Yami and Malik were still a bit down the hallway. He (Yami) could hear incoherant voices, though, and he paused in his tracks. <"That..sounded like Mokuba..."> He guessed. <"He must be talking to Seto... If that is true, then I should probably not interfere..."> He grew aware of the boy following him. He turned to Malik slightly, as he wondered what he should say.

"I hear people talking.. We should go and check it out." Marik said, wondering why Yami wasn't following his ears.
Seto rolled his eyes, wondering how to explain Mokuba what was going on.
For the first time in.. ever, he found his little brother annoying.
He didn't want Mokuba to care at the moment.
He knew what he was doing, and he enjoyed it, but the thought of his little bother (typo XD) having a crush on him "..is ridiculous." He thought to himself.
"Mokba, you're my brother. My BROTHER. You're not supposed to love me. Honestly; I believe you've spent so much time with me you're starting to make up feelings. It hurts me to say this, but I think we need some time apart. It's obvious you don't understand what's going on, and I know this is not the time for me to explain it to you. I believe getting some new friends is exactly what you need. You should invite kids over and have fun with them, instead of hanging around me. When we're out of thhis crazy building, that is. "

" No, You dont get it! The reason I like you is because Im so close yet so far. Time apart makes it worse, we are already more apart then ever. The only way I can be close to you anymore is if I follow you around like a little puppy, thats the only way I can get anything out of you. And now Yami will take more time away from me and you wanting time apart will make it worse. The reason I let you do all those things was because I wanted the attention, that and it felt right. But you were finally with me, I felt like I was your world, even if it was Yami you were thinking of I blocked it out. You were holding me like you use to at the orphanage and Im sure you cant grow out of just hugging. The rest was extra, but I didnt mind it. And Yami never tried to make you love him, how could you love him, I would understand if it was someone worthy of your feelings, but he did nothing, he never tryed. " Mokuba ranted on slight tears running from his eyes.
He ranted cause he thought his brother would let him, he always use to. And of course he thought Seto would understand and there might be a better way then just being seperated. He couldnt believe Seto was thinking of time apart, he never thought like that before. Which made him think one thing of course, this is Yamis doing.

Yami took a moment to think. He most certainly didn't want the kaiba brothers to think that he had been evesdropping on their, probably important, conversation. On the other hand, however, he didn't feel ready yet, telling Malik about him and Seto. If they were to just wait in the hall, even if Yami didn't tell him directly, Malik would probably be currious as to what they were waiting for--and might even be able to pick up some of what the conversation was. <"It's true, that he could be talking to Mokuba about something other than myself, but if they are talking about me, then I don't want Malik to hear any of it..."> He wasn't sure if he wanted to hear any of it either. Mokuba was probably very testy about the entire situation. He surely had not shown him anything but surpressed hostility when the three of them had been together before.
Yami glanced quickly around the hall. It had occurred to him, that if they were to walk by, they ought to make some sort of noise doing so, so that the brothers would know they were comming.
Yami looked back to Malik, and said in an exaggeratedly loud tone: "I completely agree with you Malik..." he softened his voice when he realized how fake it seemed. "We're almost back anyway..." he mumbled in a much more normal tone.

Marik smiled and let his ears guide him.
He made sure not to be visible for the Kaiba's, though.
He leaned his back against the wall next to the corner the brothers were standing nearby. This way, he could hear everything.
Seto growled a bit, and his hands turned into fists.
"Would you just.. Shut up? YOu don't understand! I don't want you hanging around me all the time like a puppy. Won't you just.. Get a life?" Seto shouted at his little brother. He tried to control himself for hitting poor Moki on the head, but the temptation...Good Gods.. If Mokuba wouldn't leave soon, "..get away, Mokuba.. Just for a moment.. Get away.." Seto continued, softly, sounding like he was exhausted. He tried to protect his brother for the rage running in his blood.
whee ((finally. Action.))

Mokuba had fallen back as if it were a real physical blow, his eyes were wide with shock, Yami had done it, he had taken his brother away. Seto wouldve never been like this without Yami. He remained on the floor, to shocked for his body to move. It was as if he hadnt even heard Seto telling him to leave, it was all soaking in to slow. The memories were flowing back to him, his brothers big kind eyes smiling at him. Holding him from those surrounding him wanting to hurt him, how warm he was with those embraces. The sound of love in his voice when he called his name to protect him. The determined yet still love filled look in his eyes. The kind gentle voice he gave to him that he would never to another, even to the stupidest little questions that hed laugh at others for. And now, all he could hear and see were hate, annoyence and disgust. He wanted him to leave, leave him alone and get his own life. His eyes were wide with hurt as a few tears fell from them as the memories flashed. " S-Seto.." was all he could say. It was sad yet hopefull as he slightly reached out to touch him.
((Hows that for drama! xd and now..here it comes.. eek *waits for Seto*))

Yami noticed the voices continuing, and if anything, becomming more emotional. Obviously, they didn't realize that the two boys [Yami and Malik] were there. He extended his hand slightly, as if to take Malik's shoulder to get his attention, but he froze as a short silence followed Seto's harsh tones. Yami curled his fingers back into his hand and let his arm drop. He would never admit it to anyone else, but he was starting to be interested in their words. <"Maybe...this is the only way to figure out how they really feel...?"> He knew that the conversation had gone on for a little while already, but he was silent as he listened for further words.
(whoa, forget TNT, YOU know your drama. [Inu might get this--but set0, here in America, we've got a tv station called TNT. Their motto is: "TNT:We know drama..."] Talk about angst! heart *LOVES angst* angst angst angst! heart )

Seto said, as he put his hand back.
He was numb with anger.
Why was Mokuba being so annoying?
Didn't he want him to be happy?
All his life he never felt proper love*, and now he did, Mokuba was trying to ruin it for him.
He didn't notice what happened next.
He didn't feel his fist bash onto into Mokuba's jaw, nor did he hear his brother's scream in pain.
He didn't care when his brother fell to the ground...
He walked away, back to the main room, shaking all over.
He was furious.
And he didn't care.
* his parents didn't disappear; they were child molesters. Mokuba doesn't remember what they did to them, but Seto does... surprised

I'd say angst is more like a huge bunch of really strong emotions discombobulated into one action. dictionary.com defines it as such: A feeling of anxiety or apprehension often accompanied by depression.]]
Yami's eyes widened slightly when he heard the unmistakable sound of flesh combining with bone. A moment later, he heard a door shut violently, but knew that mokuba hadn't acompanied his brother. He stepped out from where he was evesdropping to where mokuba was picking himself up off the ground. <"What had they been talking about that resulted in Seto... I thought that they were really close, why would...It must have been quite the topic, whatever it was..."> Yami's thoughts trailed. He leaned forward a bit and extended a hand towards the younger brother. He didn't appear to even notice that Yami was there, so he asked, "Are you alright, Mokuba? What happened?"

Yuugi blinked when Seto re-entered the room without his younger sibling. He seemed to be all up in a furry at the moment, so Yuugi decided that he shouldn't ask about what was bothering him. "Wheres Mokuba?" He asked, not knowing that his younger sibling was perhaps, the very source for his anger.

Kage no Tenshi sat unblinkingly at the screen. She was nearly as much in shock as Mokuba was. "Wow. That went... extrordinarilly well..." she said. She set down the long since abandoned coffee mug in order turn the camera's more specifically on the reactions of the Kaiba's outburst.
In her view, and perhaps also Mokuba's (she hoped) Seto had just convinced the world that he no longer appreciated his brother in any style, shape, or form. This would certainly help Kage no tenshi on her plan to overthrow the boys' titles. 'If Mokuba thinks that no one understands him, he'll be lost--but--I've already introduced 'tenshi' to him. He believes that he can trust her: and in thus, placing himself in my hands...' She interrupted her train of thought with a wicked smirk. "Ooh, its foolproof!!" she chimed, her smirk changing into a large evil smile.

Seto remained silent for a while, trying to re-gainhis calmth.
It was too difficult.
"Would you just .. mind your own business!?" he bitched at Yuugi, before sitting down on some bed.

Yuugi was slightly taken aback at Seto's reaction. He swallowed his own protesting words and swung his legs over the side of the bed, sitting in an upright position; as to watch what Seto would do next.
Yuugi had seen seto like this only a few times before--he wasn't the type to get so worked up about something. "Everything alright?" he asked, although it was apparent to him that everything was not alright.
