Darkerdemons If recolor seems too different, let me know and I'll aim to come here at least a few times each week. wink Thank you hon, but I'll survive and learn to use recolor smile . I see you caved and bought a Dell lol so I don't imagine you'll be away from Gaia for long lol biggrin

^^ b Found you, Calacie, and added you to my friends list. Congrats on getting the new laptop/destop, Dark! Hope you'll have less trouble with Gaia now. Also, I'm not too sure about the joint chat. Was is on recolor or Gaia? I'm not sure if recolor has such a feature--except for the general announcement that goes out to everyone on the friendliest. Gaia is still a bit tricky for me. Did they modify it again? It looks a tad different.

Maybe it's because I use Chrome? Gaia looks the same to me, they do have room chat you can make here. I think the only thing that's changed lately is the header? Not sure.

It's not the browser; recolor's just tricky. I'll send you a message then you can add me through that. On the left hand side you'll see a golden exclamation notification (it lets you know you have a message). Click the exclamation point to open up your dashboard and you'll see that you have a message from me (highlighted in yellow); click that to open the chatbox. Once you've opened up the chatbox, click the thumbnail of my avatar (ginger with the green bandana); my profile will show up and in the right-hand corner you'll see "chat", "friend", and "block". You can select one of those options. To locate other users: Go to your dashboard again, by clicking the round circle icon with the three gray, horizontal bars. Dashboard>Friends Chat>[List All]>Searching For Friends. Just let me or Dark know if you're still having trouble.

Calacie Darkerdemons Calacie Thank you Thornwick smile I have made a recolor.me account, same name as this. I haven't had much of a chance to look around so if you want to add me please do, as I haven't quite figured out the site yet! rofl This heat and the computer must be fiddling with my brain. Still haven't put that wishlist together. Will try to get that done tonight after my cold shower. xp ^^ I have two accounts of the same name of my two accounts here. On recolor I use Strigoii more for some reason. There's no hurry, and it was only if you wanted to smile I had my shower and then forgot again. Yeesh. Will see if I can copy the list on the iPad.

So I decided to try and put something together for the swimsuit avatar contest... And this is what I end up with... emotion_facepalm Kind of a silly idea, but I wondered if either of you had any suggestions for me. I kind of want to keep the effect with the solid instrument. Not sure about the eyes, lips, and hair though...

She's still got a swimsuit on, so it counts, right? lol I think this is my not-so-discreet message that I am tired of the heat of summer and long for winter... and curling. Awwww, won't be long sad I didn't see she was wearing a swimsuit, the white on white kind of blends into her skin smile Also, I have crap eyesight and my laptop graphics aren't all that great.

Thornwick I like it! heart Sorry for the late reply. The pink in the lips throws me off though (it would be great if there were more pinkish tones in the ensemble)... Maybe something blue or pale grey? You noticed the lips too then. Hm... Maybe I was going for a Yuki-onna in a swimsuit look, lol. I tried using the teal swimsuit also in my inventory, but the color clash was too much. Sometimes the kimono she wears is described as being pale enough to be translucent, so it would make sense for the bikini to not show up as much?
