Why are all these Hollow attacks happening?

Well the attacks happened to give people something to do though attacking Tsuri by himself was completely evil currently there are like three other attacks happening all as bad as the garden problem.
Sadly Tsuri can't contact them right now he has no means of doing so currently though It might be time for someone else to make their reappearance.

And yes the other Captains and Lieutenants need to get their butts in gear. What is the easiest way to get their attention.

Oh it's really hard to get the attention of Hiroshi, with his overly lazy self. Someone would have to seriously spam his soul pager or drag him out of his bed for him to do anything. xD

No he was merely relaxing in the garden so he left everything but his zanpakuto in his office I never stated it within the post I just kinda implied it (I'm thinking of having him have problem with technology so he doesn't know how to use it).
as for the others Currently the twelfth division (Genzou and Chi) are all engaged in battle along with Shizuko and other then that everyone else within the soul society is free not sure how to contact them or where they are for the matter.

LOL. I wouldn't entertain the thought if I were you. I look at all the threads in all the guilds I'm in. It's something I picked up as a Captain in many guilds. This is maybe the first time anyone ever assumed I was stalking them though xD!

Someone can call Mana to the scene if they need assistance, I'm not doing much and don't care where I go. Mostly just want Esmeralda to show up so I can kick her hollow booty back to hueco mundo. * ^ *
