Mephlius wasn't going to take direct threats. He placed the gun right next to Kuro's ear, aimed at the mat, and fired. The loud BANG of the gun would be horrible to his Vampire ears. He picked up the crunched UV bullet from the ground, which was still glowing with pure UV vapors. He pressed the crumpled bullet into Kuro's neck.

"And I want to try out those new UV bullets." Amnity smirked sadistically, her murderous side suddenly showing itself. She knelt down infront of him, laughing devilishly as she watched Mephlius dig the bullet into Kuro's neck.
No! WHAT the HELL are you doing?! Her conscience screamed at her. Stop it! Stop it! This isn't right! You're torturing him!!! Her eyes glowed back to it's natural red color. She looked up at Mephlius, not saying anything, but her eyes had a pleading look.

When the bullet began to lose it's UV-ness, he took it off, and tossed it aside. "You see? I can do that too. Does that make me as amazing as Alasdair? Does this mean you're going to serve me as a mindless slave, now?"

Mephlius looked up at Amnity, to see whether or not she approved. Clearly, she didn't. Mephlius saw her pleading look. "Am..." He looked down at his right hand, the fingers just over Kuro's forearm. All he could see were the fingertips... and the claws. Damnit... not again...

Amnity didn't make eyes contact with Mephlius as he continued to interrogate Kuro after tossing the bullet aside. Her name was called, and she finally mustered up the strength to look at him, but immediately caught sight of his claws instead. "Mephlius!" God...He's going to kill him! Amnity placed her hands on his, looking into his eyes with a pleading look. "Don't Mephlius...You can control yourself! You won't kill him..."

"Not unless I have to, Am..." He looked at her, and mouthed. "I'm not gonna kill him..." He resumed speaking. "I mean... we're not dealing with Kuro anymore, are we? This is Alasdair's twisted version of a Kuro..." He made sure to use 'a Kuro' the second time, to make him feel like a replaceable object. To Alasdair, that's all he was. However, when he spoke of Kuro before the mind control, he didn't use 'a Kuro'.

Kuro howled in pain at both the shot and the bullet. "Fine, kill me, but you`ll regret it everytime you think of how I used to be."

Amnity was about to say something to Mephlius when Kuro suddenly interrupted her. Angry, she slapped him upside the head. "For a slave that has nothing to lose, you really have a f***ing mouth!" She emphasized the word slave, because that's what he truly became. "People that have nothing to lose are only easier to kill! The real Kuro wouldn't let himself die so easily!" She was actually more annoyed then angry. "And you're right...I do miss Kuro...But I wouldn't regret killing you."

Kuro ignored the hit, "A slave? This is nothing. Wake me when you get the nerve to pull the trigger." He closed his eyes in nothing but a sign of disrespect.

"It's not a matter of nerve... Kuro II." ((Not literally i i... 2. Kuro 2.)) He sighed. This was going nowhere. He couldn't tell Kuro why he couldn't pull the trigger, but he couldn't keep arguing without telling him why.

"Yeah, you keep telling yourself that, Kuro..." Mephlius was glad he got to say these things with a good excuse. He'd never been a huge fan of Vampires... and their weakness to crucifixes. He had always kinda wanted to say these things to Kuro, but since they were friends, he couldn't. Now that he had a good excuse, he could let out a pent up rage.
