"Holy s**t! I killed you! I mean- accidentally...after you started it in the first place..." B0nez scooted behind Rep, peering around him.
"...I guess you guys really do have like, the codes. If you've got extra lives. We could do that sort of with the miasma so I guess there'd be like, some kind of infinite lives thing."
He scowled, "And of course I'm coming. I want to see what's up there too. Harrison's okay he's just...dramatic..."
He bristled a lot more when Jerry came over.
"H-hey. Don't make me- look you try anything okay and I will really- um- look we really don't have to do any more PVP, I mean you both know how that will go down so, I'd just like to see like- the inner workings and everything. Same as you. We can get your Harrison, still..."
Harrison seemed to gain some resolve at the kiss, and braced himself against the wall, getting to his feet and gripping his stomach.
"D-doing what?" he growled.

"We can't get him if you're still alive," Jerry murmured, although he was already second guessing their orders. His brain was screaming. On one hand, he really didn't want to fall to his death again, and it sounded like the not-b0nez would cooperate... on the other... "We were given orders" He repeated, this time glancing to Jordan with a frantic, 'i'm doing the right thing, right?' expression. The shard was still gripped in his hand. "If we don't, then all of this is for nothing!"

He growled at her. Candace frowned and thought of a way to put this into terms maybe he'd understand. "Protecting our family."
She looked back at Jerry, looking almost ready to break down in tears if she didn't focus hard on the mission. "Jerry." It's not Harrison. It's not Harrison. It's not Harrison.

B0nez hiding behind him did nothing for his resolve, his every instinct screaming at him to protect the other man. Not his B0nez, but a guy he liked almost as much, close enough to be unable to hurt him. "I didn't know they'd come back." he admitted to him.
He knew no Harrison anywhere would resign himself to death. He ******** hated dying. It was like, his pet hate, imminent death. He always got touchy about surviving.
As Jordan took his wrists, he didn't resist, but he couldn't respond. He didn't want to look, he wanted not to be here, to be somewhere far far away, where the happiness they'd almost had was real. And Jerry was doubting himself and it was looking like Harrison was never going to wake from this coma.

Jordan's shoulders went tense as he saw Jerry's frantic look out of his peripheral vision. B0nez hiding behind Rep did nothing for his resolve. He gritted his teeth, closing his eyes for a moment. Orders - they had orders - and if he couldn't follow them, what good was he? What if something they faced out there in the real world had the ability to mirror Harrison's face, or Rep's, or any of the others he cared about?
B0nez's line of reasoning helped a little, kicking his brain back into gear. "None of us - these aren't our real bodies," he said. "Candace and Jerry returned from death. If you're parts of B0nez and Harrison, you should return to them when - when your hit points are taken out."
He swallowed, added, "You must be able to tell that none of us genuinely want to kill you. We want you back."

Jerry was trembling. His mind racing. Everyone was acting like... like this WAS Harrison and b0nez- the real hims. And... and sure they looked like and sounded like and acted (for the most part) like the real thing.... they weren't. Instructions were instructions were instructions. His grip on the shard tightened. The world outside bucked and cracked and crumbled. They were running out of time.
Roar growled, a difficult noise for human vocal chords, but was ready all the same, that signal he used to give in the back of Jerry's mind when it was time to get things done.
Finally, Jerry lunged- a guttural noise in his throat as panic and instinct took over. "I'M SORRY," He screamed, more like a war cry than an actual apology.

Jerry struck Harrison and she winced, standing in front of him after he made his first attack. Harrison would lash out, she just knew it. B0nez might not but Harrison definitely would she was sure of it.

Harrison looked them over broodingly at the words.
Still using the wall for support, he pulled Killer from his jacket and switched off the safety. He didn't share B0nez's interest in anomalies, a chance at beating the system. Not when it meant he went down with it. They were sorry, and afraid, but it didn't change where this was headed.
"You know the rules, you Judas ********. I can't shoot first."
Not-Jordan spoke, borrowing a familiar gentle tone.
"He could make vinegar sound like honey to anyone that didn't know the difference."
Harrison took the hit, but answered it with a sharp report from the gun. Blocking bullets wasn't easy on Candace.
B0nez burst out from behind Rep, jumping on Jerry's back and trying to tug him backwards with all his might, "Stop!" He commanded, "Get off him!"

Rep hadn't resisted the hands on his wrists but he did now. He couldn't stand by, he couldn't not look. Harrison's words stung, cut deeper than any blade ever could and he couldn't help himself. It was instinct, pure raw instinct that made him try to wrench himself free and leap once again for Jerry.
"You cannnae ******** do this!" he snarled, his voice a ragged mess of emotions.
Tracey caught his arm, stepping in to back Jordan up. "No. YOU can't do this William."

"WE HAVE TO!" Jerry screamed as the bullets went flying, and B0nez was on him. But it was close enough to do some damage, the crystal flashing with light.

Jordan's hand tightened on Rep's wrist. "They're not real," he hissed, fighting his own impulse to do the same thing, reminding himself as much as he was reminding Rep. "That's not Harrison. It's not."

Candace had taken a lot of hits since becoming a Hunter, hell even during her trial. She'd been beaten, smashed, set on fire, stabbed, slashed, and shot with arrows; she'd even been shot point blank with a gun during a spar and none of it had ever hurt as badly as that shot did. Candace was never taking her fear shield for granted again.
She was not Judas. This was not Harrison.
She didn't say a word to Rep, she pretended like he didn't even exist. She stayed where she was, ready to block Jerry at a moment's notice. "Again, Jerry."

Too many of them. Candace was between him and Jerry, solid, immovable, and Jerry twisted to send...something, something real strange, the same thing that had burned him, into B0nez. Harrison took out Dozy as well, and sent a bullet towards Candace's thigh. Rep- not his Rep, was being held back by Jordan- not his Jordan and Tracey.
He assigned another to Jordan's shoulder.
Both shots were shaky, and went mostly wide, barely grazing the pair.
Even pale and ragged, he hauled Jerry off B0nez. "You heard him. Get the ******** off."
B0nez hit the concrete, and his glasses clattered beside him, a crack piercing one of the lenses.

"Harri, you're... you're my friend," Jerry gasped as he was hauled away from B0nez, the little man's blood still dripping from the crystal as the Sun Hunter swung. Almost charged, so close... so close to being done.... "A dear friend. You'll.. you'll understand-" He insisted. Another slash and the shard glowed brighter than ever before, practically burning in Jerry's hand as he squirmed free. Now to just get it in his chest....

Rep wouldn't let up. He was somewhere south of hysterical and accelerating. Jerry was going to kill him. It didn't matter that that was what they were here to do, nothing mattered except stopping him. "No. No no. NO." he snarled "Its A ******** Harrison."
He turned on Jordan in his wild panic, eyes wide and terrified. "How can you let them DO THIS?!"
He leapt off the ground, even being held back by Tracey and Jordan both, like an animal on a snare, trying to get to Jerry with every ounce of energy he had, the tattoo on his chest still glowing furiously. Writhing with razor sharp claws was brutal.
