Jack leaned against the wall and dozed off for a few minutes, he was in a state of dreaming, everything was white, then out of nowhere a man looking about a year or two older walked behind him smirking.
"So... you must be Jack....."
The man had said, studying Jack.
"and you are....?"
Jack said looking at the man in wonder on what he was talking about.
"Well.... I am you...., but from another dimension so to speak..... It's simple really...., there are many more of me.., well us.. in other dimensions, they can be very different from one another, but in all of those, there is always a Jack like me and you, pitted up against the impossible, and it may seem like a coincidence, but i have traveled these worlds, and have proven we are all connected in some way or another. And through sleep, or deep thought, if another one of us is doing the same, they can patch through to the other, which is how i found you. I have met another Jack who was in the same situation as you, last time i checked, he was with another group of survivors who had just seen hell that escalated even worse, and as you might have seen. Some of the infected are test subjects gone loose, and to put things another way, you became a test subject as well, but not looking like the torn up freaks the group of survivors you are with have dealt with, I'm talking enhanced strength, regeneration, all the good stuff, but he used it to help the survivors out... what i am trying to say is..., the odds can be stacked against you all the want, but we always seem to come out on top in the end, so don't give up hope.. Anyway i have to go now. I will see you sometime."
Jack listened in confusion at first but listened in on what the other Jack had to say, and as he was going to leave Jack looked at him.
"I have so many more questions to ask though.... will i see you again.....?"
The other Jack looked at him and smiled, and nodded.
"We are all connected, and can talk at anytime remember? I wish you the best of luck."
Jack had finally woken up, no time to even think about what had just happened, since he was happy to see Natsume was alive along with her sisters too, he got up and walked over to her and smiled.
"I am glad to see you made it alright."
He put a hand on her shoulder then looked at the two other sisters.
"All of you.., it has been hell the past few days...."
