A puppet is a weapon, therefore you choose the Weapon master, apply to the Custom Weapons with a puppet and done. That's how i think it is, I may have forgotten something for it was a pretty long time since we discussed it.

No puppet master yet, feel free to make custom to achieve a puppet master, or come up with a class if you want..
Humanoid summons are iffy.. you could kill two shinobi, experiment on the bodys, and then use the resurrection jutsu on what you created from said body's xD

Havik, a puppet master is not needed. A puppet is simply a larger weapon. We had in mind [Me and Lilly] a Puppet Master Class back then, but Cobra didn't approve it for he said there isn't gonna be one. That's how my memory tells me.
Whom do you sacrifice for summoning them up?
EDIT: I don't know about the future, if I knew I'd be a fortune teller and not with you right now. I'd be floating in money and probably you'd be reading about me in the internet right now, or the newspaper.
However, logically we don't need a special Class on it.
You just need Chakra Control, Great Chakra Reserves and done. Those would be the requirements set by me.

Mum and I both have crushes on Severus~ Though my favourite scene in the entire franchise is in the movie of the same title - when Sev launches Harry up into the air while Hagrid's hut is burning!
