Yuma nodded, her clothes hanging over an arm.
"Somewhat..." Tip muttered. "They are related, but teach different subjects. Bloors is fine-arts, Fraggens is Physical Education, Dolores is for science, and Bartens academy is for History." He said, putting a finger to the corner of his mouth in thought.

"Oh...Are those schools in the middle of a war too?' Kozue started to rub her hands together. She was starting to feel anixous and she thought if she kept her hands busy the feeling would go away.

Kai smiled and led her to the door then down the hallway, "I really hope you stay. You aren't going back to school as far as I can tell, you havn't said anything about a family of your own...what can you loose?" He shrugged and stopped in front of her door, his hands in his pockets, he smiled, "If you have decided, don't answer yet, sleep on it." Then he leaned forward and placed a kiss on her forehead, "Good night!" he grinned and left he in front of her door.

A slight blush appeared on her cheeks, but disappeared after a short while. Yuma entered her room and went and changed into some pajama's in the closet. She curled up on her bed and decided that sleeping on it might be best. She'd tell him in the morning. Yawning sleepily, she turned off the bedside lamp and fell asleep.
"Yeah." Linx said, passing Kozue some bread, and offering to put some of the stew on the plait Mrs. Doomsdon brought to her.
Daft yawned sleepily, noting that it was rather dark outside. "what were you doing looking for the school at night, anyways?" He asked, his bored demeanor returning slightly. In his head, he was still trying to figure out what had happened between him and Dorian, but for now, he would be at least slightly social.

Kozue muttered a thank you and began picking away at the bread infront of her.
"Well...I was dropped off and I knew I was suppose to look for a school so..." Kozue trailed off hoping that people could fill in there own blanks. She continued picking at her food.

"Good luck with that." Daft muttered, his eyes shifting to Dorian for a moment. He went back to staring at the table, then at his food. It was only about half-way eaten.
"Something wrong, Daft?" Tip asked, looking to the bird-boy curiously. He got a flash of eyes, and nothing more. "Daft?" He bent over to poke the other boy.

"Sorry..." It seemed that the school was a touchy subject for most of them, she decided to stop asking questions for the time being and at least be happy she wasn't kicked out.

Dorian gave Tip a look, "Daft is tired." He said, "So am I, we'll wash our plates and hit the sack. He stood, taking Daft with him, then he grabbed his plate, snagged Daft again, hoping the boy had grabbed his plate and practically dragged the boy into the kitchen. A few moments later there were th sounds of washing dishes.
Aya and Sawyer watched with wide eyes.
"That was interesting." Aya commented, "I'm a bit sleepy too...It's nice to meet you Kozue." She smiled, picked her plate and headed into the kitchen.
Dorian and Daft in tough came out again, "Thanks for dinner Mrs Doomsdon." He called as he dragged Daft upstairs.
Miho stood behind Kai's chair, giving him a gentle massage, "You sure it is wise to adopt her?" She asked
Kai glanced up, "Why not? You know how much the girls will love her, she seems like such a shy thing. And she did not say anythign about attachments."
Miho was silent again, "I will check to see if she is still connected to Bloor but I do not sense him." She said
Kai nodded and then winced as she worked on a knot in his shoulder, "Best do it while she sleeps." Kai observed
Miho smiled of course.
"And try not to pry." He glanced up.
Miho pouted down at him.
"No peeking." He said firmly.
"Oh alright." She smiled down at him.

Daft followed Dorian, and had taken his plait. "Thanks..." He murmered when they went upstairs.
"If you would like to stay, I'm sure we can find a place for you to sleep..." Derek said to Kozue. "Just let one of us know." He said, standing and taking his own plait into the kitchen.
Tip was still frozen in place of trying to poke Daft, then relaxed and sat back down after he realised the bird-boy was no longer there. He sat, blinking, for a little while before returning to his food.
"Interesting indeed..." Linx murmered, finishing off his food. He went to take his plait into the kitchen.

Aya came back to grab Derek's mother's plate, noticing all the food was eaten and she hadn't grabbed anymore, "I'll take that." She said and brought it into the kitchen.
Dorian grinned and stretched then he morphed into his cat form, padded into the room Daft had been lying in, kneeded above the pillow and settled down.
Sawyer stood and took Mr Doomsdon plate and follwed Aya and Linx into the kitchen.

"Wow... we should have these kids over for dinner more often!" Mr. Doomsdon exclaimed, grinning at Mrs. Doomsdon.
Daft sat on the edge of the bed. He sighed slightly and ran a hand through his hair. He smiled feintly at Dorian, but otherwise looked to the floor. The earlier events of the day flooded through his head, and he couldnt help but frown at them.
Daft yawned and lay down on the bed. He was tired of sleeping, but soon the dreamworld took him over.
Derek took over washing dishes, having everyone drop them into the sink. "You girls can probably take over the spare room, if you dont mind the ferret cage. Linx and Tip, you guys share Mannen's room. And, if Daft and Dorian went into the right room, the three of us will be sharing my room." He said, yawning a bit as Tip brought his plait into the kitchen.
Yuma rolled over in her sleep, her hand pawing slightly at the air by her pillow at the cat toys she was dreaming of.

Miho sat down next to her, watching her dream, her eyes glowing a bit in the gloom. She rested her hand gently on the girls temple and closed her eyes. She did a quick sweep, careful not to disturb or make any impression in teh dream she was having before she pulled away. She hadn't felt Bloor's influence on her. She opened her eyes and stood and her eyes alighted on the collar. She frowned, So that's how... She did not take the collar with her, not wanting to alarm the girl. Miho dissolved into shadow and was gone.
Kai was snoozing when he felt a soft touch on his head. He opened his eyes to see Miho, "I didn't feel anything." He heard her say before she left him. Kai drifted off to sleep again.
Aya relinquished washing duty reluctantly, "I don't mind ferrets." She commented looking over at Sawyer.
"No problem here." She concurred.

Derek smiled. "He usually sleeps through all the night, anyways. Any time he moves about his cage is when he's hungry. Shouldnt be much of a problem with noise." He said, finishing up the last dish.
Mannen entered the kitchen and poked Tip and Linx. "I've got a bunk bed like brother. I'll sleep on the floor." He offered.
"Nah, I'll sleep on the floor." Linx said, already heading upstairs. He disappeared into Mannen's room and fell asleep on the make-shift bed almost instantly.
Tip shrugged, and he and Mannen both made their way upstairs. Tip got bottom bunk, Mannen, top.
"You two gonna be ok? We've got extra blankets and pillows, if you need them." Derek said, turning to Aya and Sawyer. "We'll probably wind up taking you back home tomorrow." He murmered to Aya. He pulled off the rubber gloves he'd been wearing while washing dishes, and rested a hand on her head.
((Gotta go work on school stuff. I'll post when I take a break, again.))

Sawyer and Aya looked at each other then grinned at Derek in response before scampering into the guest room and closing the door behind them.
