Amanda fixed one and a half sandwichs and grabbed a beer and a milk then headed back up, passing him again on the way. her mind in thought so she didnt notice him being awake

Angela looked over her shoulder at him "oh, morning" she said, not realizing it was morning and she was going on no sleep. she went up to her room and Emma was awake. she handed Emma the half sandwhich and the milk and emma started eating. then Angelia sat down and opened the beer and took a small sip then started eating. she left her door open, not hiding anything at the moment other then the fact it seemed Angelia and Emma were already close

Vincent walks in to Angelia's room "I will be in the weight room if you need me" then starts walking to the weight room

Angela looked over at him as she took another small sip "alright, tho you dont have to tell me" she said and sighed and took another bite. still feeling he might hate her or something

Liz finishes up cleaning up the broken glass then goes to the kitchen and eats a little. She began to wonder if emma has talked to her master and the guard yet.

Vincent stops lifting weights and heads out side to the strongest tree he can find, then takes his shirt off and hangs up side down off of one of the branches and starts doing crunches
