He said cut-and-dry, fully believing in his own and Zack's resolutions. He bent down at the waist so that his eyes were level with not Aerith's but Ariel's, his brows furrowed and his lips pursed in comical scrutiny. The accent he was used was an obnoxious and comical German one.
"I zaid I sought zhe Fairs, mein hübsches, pweffering your mozer. However, can you explain your whereabouts evenink last?"
After all, the little girl did have the blood of the Cetra running through her veins. Kanzaki had not met the girl ever, but it didn't take much to put two and two together, with his sharp mind.-= Kanzaki Theme=- cσмє ωнαт мαч!

Her with a gun, a Lazar gun at that...Could be more deadly then the monsters there self!
Turning her attention back to the suited man, Ariel blinked at him, the girl now had the look up slight puzzlement on her features. " Huh? I...only got some of that." She took a small step back, though her eyes never left the strage mans own. "...I'm Ariel..That's my mother..." She pointed at Aerith, who was now standing a little t the side of the President. "Who're you?"

He hated it when his jokes flew over people's heads. Either way, he had a means to go about finding out what he wanted. Either the girl knew, or by asking he'd get Aerith fired up about a possible offensive question. He'd get an answer regardless. He folded his arms, looking back down at her suspiciously, not that he had any real reason to be. He had stopped wearing his contacts at this point, blaming his mako eyes on a trick of sunlight and swamp gas refracted his golden hues.

Renka also looked at the weirdo...the odd accent bugged him for some reason... When Ariel stepped away from the stranger Renka moved a bit closer to the girl..he didn't really like this guy, odd accents could be dealt with, but that ending title just made him frown...he knew a number of vampires and they didn't sparkle... He stood with a ever so slightly defensive/protective demeanor..not one to trust oddballs like this Edward fellow..

Ariel looked up to her mother a moment, then slowly nodded to the mans question. "..Um, well...Yes...I didn't really know about it tell I kept hearing voices...They told me what to do, so I did..and....well, it got rid of the big ball of fire in the sky.." The young teen smiled faintly, maybe some time ago she may have took his last words seriously, but it was obviously a joke. He seemed to be full of them. "Why did you want to know, Mr. Edward, Vampire Extraordinaire? " She added to carry on his little joke.

His slight annoyance at the entire situation couldn't be solely directed at Ariel. She had after all destroyed the thing. It was just the circumstances around it that irked him. He adjusted his tie and ran his hand through his hair, keeping his head down just enough to where he could stare at Aerith.
"I may not be much, but as President I might wana know about cataclysms like, you know, one that almost killed the planet once already. Avalanche isn't always gonna be around, but Shin-Ra has been built up in the past to deal with things like this. Goin' vigilante and keepin' that sort of secret rubs me the wrong way. Zane grinned slightly, "you are my life" he said, grinning at that, maybe just trying to make her blush, maybe meaning it, there wasn't really anything else he was doing except trying to help her, which seemed to have been working! "'Sides I'm fine, I'm not huring in the slightest, I healed myself, because of my cool Cetra powers! So, don't be so concerned!" he said, with a slight grin, then shifting his positions to beside her "you wanna watch me and make sure I'm ok? Wanna go on... One date?" he said, grinning slightly, though, he made sure to say it to where he could say he was joking if she got mad!"A hero's not afraid to give his life!"

Ariel smirked at the mans words. "Well, I can get away with it and avoid the men in white coats, because....it's a Cetra thing!" Her tone of voice was now slightly playful at that.He may have been a sarcastic thing, but with her positive and fun attitude she could win over any sarcastic people.
Aerith however, wasn't so playful. The young Cetra looked back at Kanzaki a moment, before lowering her head ever so slightly. This did not make he feel like the best mother in the world. All her children were so rebellious, going off on there own or just not listening......Or trying to destroy the world... "No...I didn't.. If I had I wouldn't have let her do such a dangerous thing..As for who summoned it...I can't say.." She wasn't about to say her own daughter, Sephriea was the cause of the second summoning of Meteor..
Aisha looked at Zane for a long moment, her crimson eyes locked into his diamond-like ones. "..No I'm not.. " She said quietly.though those words seemed to give her such a gentle warmth in her heart, something very rare for the girl to ever feel. At Zanes next words, Aisha shook her head again. Her features still that of worry, despite how much she tried to hide it. "I don't care what you say, that man did something to you, and I intend to find out.." She sighed, he could be so....annoying sometimes! "..It seems when ever I'm away from you, you're getting hurt..So I have no choice but to watch over you...If you want to take -that- as a date, then...whatever."

Heh, so can you, but still!" he mainly just didn't want her to get hurt... He felt a little usless now... As if he couldn't fight, and had to be saved by a girl! Which couldn't be considered accurate, considering he had been stabbed in the back, with no way of knowing the man was there, but, he'd accept that! "heh, ok! You know you want to call it a date too! Kanzaki, deeper down in his core than he allowed most to see, was a cynic with not-so-healthy views on the way the cookies crumble. It'd take more than a child's laughter to break him. That, and he was being goofy, which was a greater armor than being a stick in the mud was toward any situation in life. He ran his hand through his hair, sighing. He could tell well enough that he'd struck a chord in Aerith, which he wasn't terribly happy about. Suddenly his previous concerns seemed paltry. He nervously rubbed the back of his head, looking to the left and right as if he'd done something wrong. Still, a part of her statement concerned him. 'I can't say.'
"Ahhh... uh... Look don't worry about the rugrats. We can install a chip in them like we do with pets."
He said sheepishly, trying to lighten the mood by putting his hand on Areil's head. Hopefully while Aerith wasn't looking, he nodded in the direction of the manor, a subtle hint for Ariel to take a hike. SOON ENOUGH! a hand on his own head, making him scowl.

Aisha crossed her arms, already ideas were in her mind as to how she would get information from him.If pain would bring out that info, she would be sure to bring it. Just because she had a softer heart for Zane, it didn't mean she was 'cured' of her evil side. That would always be there, and she would still remain as she always was around any others. She already didn't care much for Kaden or Ariel for that matter. "Zane...be serious for once. You just got stabbed in the back, and had god knows what the hell power or spell was put in you.."

Aerith shook her head,raising it slightly to look at him. She held a small amused look upon her face, obviously knowing he was joking about the chip. " Maybe. Next time you run off, Ariel.." She glanced down at her daughter. Though she didn't mean it in the slightest, she hoped it would keep in her mind for her next exploration trips without telling anyone where she was going. Hopefully it would stop her from doing such things..
Meanwhile, Ariel grinned the moment Aerith turned away and the man gave her the little escape chance. Nodding, she turned away and started to head back to the mansion, pulling Renka with her as she headed inside. She figured he would get bored like she was around the two adults there anyway! Slipping into the living room with him, she laughed a little.."Okay.. Freedom. Sort of! "

He knew her all too well, and knew what she was thinking, he gently put his hands on her shoulders, staring into her crimson eyes with a concerned look in his diamond ones "please Aisha... Please, don't go looking for trouble... I..." his hands tightened very slightly "..Don't want you to get hurt..." then he went back to the way he was before, letting go of her shoulders, he shrugged slightly "it's fine, really, I feel fine, he was just trying to scare us..." he said, not really believing that, but he wanted Aisha to believe it at least...
