Alan, forgetting his apprehension and the look in her eyes, sprung up and clapped his hands. "Oh, thank you!" he cheered, pulling out a notepad and scribbling a number, then handing it to the woman. "Here, this is my number. Just call me tonight, and I'll tell you where and when the date will be!" Suddenly, he frowned. "I'm so stupid. I completely forgot to introduce myself! My name is Alan Brandt. I'm the physics teacher at the academy. It's so nice to meet you!"

"The good thing about children's clothes is that they're always on sale. That's all I can fathom that's good about them, though." Nikolai said as he looked at the mall's map. He had been on countless dates here, yet not once did he visit a children's store. Maybe once or twice to impress the date's younger sibling or so, but that was far too long ago. Ah, he'd have to get a heavy jacket while he was here, too. The weather was getting worse and he didn't want to feel any chilliness.

Still giggling from the playful lift, Aysun gave it thought. "I wanna look pretty!" she said.
Nikolai turned to look at the two and quickly looked back forward, rolling his eyes at the father-daughter moment. How vague, he grumbled mentally when he heard the girl. He turned when he saw the two going to Limited Too and followed them in. At least Leon didn't pick a bad store, though Limited Too wasn't his absolute favorite. It had a decent sale going on, however, and he saw potential here. "Hmm." He looked down at Aysun to judge what colors would match her best. It'd be nice to compliment her purple hair, so bright, spring colors were sure to help.

By the time Leon turned around Nikolai would have two shirts, two blouses, three skirts, and one pair of jeans hanging from one arm alone. "Don't be so disheartened, dearie. Being bad at fashion makes you a man. We can't all be perfect like I can, hmm?" He reassuringly pat Leon's cheek before looking at the girl. "Come now, dearie. Let's get you to try these on." he ushered and led her to the dressing rooms.
Nikolai may not be good with children, but he was good at fashion. He examined Aysun each time she came out in a new outfit, evaluating the form and the color scheme. Some were too big on her, some had distracting colors, and some were good matches. The only real trouble Nikolai had was actually dressing her. Whenever he tried to help her put something on, she would yell for him to stay out, claiming that she didn't want him to see her naked. He had seen more naked bodies than a hospital but that clearly wouldn't stop her.
After a while, Nikolai and Aysun went back to Leon, a satisfied smile on the Sin's face as he held up two blouses and two skirts. "I suppose this stop wasn't a complete waste." he admitted.
Aysun giggled and ran towards Leon, tugging at his shirt excitedly. "Nikki said I'm gonna be really pretty!" she exclaimed.

Aysun blushed and gave a wide smile when she heard Leon's compliment. "I'm gonna be a pretty princess!" she cheered and eagerly watched the cashier put the clothes in the bag.
"Not here, no." Nikolai said while resting a hand on his hip. That child was rather loud. "But don't think the day's over, dearie. We've at least five more stores to go to." He turned his head to hide his devious grin. "And I certainly am not holding those bags!" With his head turned, he found himself staring at an employee grumpily rebuilding a display. What happened there?

"Ice creeeam!" Aysun beamed and jumped up-and-down in her spot excitedly.
Goodness, don't get her even more hyped up, Nikolai mentally sighed but smiled at the man. "I don't see why not." He turned to halfheartedly look at the pants, the only things he considered good at this store - and even that was a stretch. Their prices were far too high for their products, but they were having a sale on pants. Leon's size, that is. No matter, maybe there were jeans that would really bring out that firm rear~

Nikolai was observing a air of jeans he thought would be perfect for the man before hearing a few women giggle and take pictures. He glanced at them curiously then followed their gaze to the sparkling, pink sight of Leon and Aysun. Nikolai's expression fell to a huff. Hmph. Look at those two, practically showing off their good looks like eye candy to the world. He hated children so much...!
Are you sure you're not just jealous, dearie? mused Sloth, whom Nikolai was sure was grinning. Despite the unwanted conversation, he was glad to at least have someone to vent to.
I'm not jealous. I just like how annoying children are, especially when they take up all of Leon's time. This is not at all how I expected Valentine's Day to go!
Mmm, I've never seen you so jealous before, darling~ Sloth purred, making the host clench his jaw and angrily look through more pants.

From behind it looked as though there was fire surrounding Nikolai with matching devil horns sprouting from his head. When Leon spoke to him, however, he smiled at him as sweetly as he always did. After being around him for so long, though, Leon would most likely be able to see the anger behind the smile. Then again, Nikolai was a good actor. "I was only looking at some things on sale, is all." he assured then looked down at the dress and headband Aysun hugged to her little body. "Did you pick that out yourself?" he asked. "Not bad." He exhaled through his nose slowly as Sloth laughed in his head.
