I'm only on Sakray. Don't have the patience or the free time to invest in playing on main.

Standard 2h swordie build
1h mastery 1
2h mastery 10
Bash 10
Provoke 5
Endure 1
Magnum Break 10
that's 38, leaving you with [up to] 11 extra points.
I don't know whether Endure is still nerfed or not, if it isn't then you/she might want to look into a more points into endure. Otherwise, she could put some more slots into 1h mastery to help level up to knight faster.
At lord knight she'll want to pick up
2h quicken 10
Counter 5
Bowling Bash 10.
Aura Blade 5
Parrying 10
later on you'll probably grab
Pecopeco riding 1
Calvary 5
just 'cause you have extra points.
Don't forget to pick up the quest skills. As a knight they're especially useful.
As for stats, I'm not an expert on 2h Knights, but she'll probably want a AGI/STR or AGI/VIT hybrid to make it easier for her. It won't be min/max'd, but it'll be easier/more fun to play.
So that's probably something like
80-90 points into AGI
70-80 points into whatever the secondary one was
50 or so points into DEX or whatever amount keeps you hitting constantly
10 INT for the SP.
and the remainder into whatever the secondary stat wasn't.
1 Luk. Because you don't need it.

Ok. When I go white I might add 2 handers, since it looks like Marni's making a 2hs agi knight. Or I'll add spears so I can outfit the Lancer I'm gonna make eventually.
