I think it does since those features came on others conoles before... Now the PS3 makes then part of it... Seriously I think the PS3 wont take a lot more now with these features you all say.

the yellow light of death for PS3 is caused by an over heating and cracking of certain key circuits.

The only way i see to avoid that with the bigger units is to treat the thing like a child and keep it cool, clean it and even be nice to it.
((i did some of that and it clearly wasn't enough))

And keep it in a cool temperature.

I miss the old days when you bought a console, plugged it in and it was ready.

No installing software, no uploading occasionally bad patches, and the only way it broke was if it feel, and sometimes they still ran. Look at that Gamecube, and the PSOne

Nintendo has always made quality systems. the reason why the red ring of death happens on an Xbox 360 is because they rushed them out during production. I haven't played any of the slims but perhaps they actually took the time to make them quality systems this time around, but again, i can't say for sure lol.

I fully agree that Playstation is totally copying Wii by all means, i mean the controllers actually look similar, except one has a big ball on the end of it lol. people are out there saying that the move is better in some ways compared to the wii, but that only means when Nintendo release the next wave of Wii systems that they'll be that much better than playstation, Nintendo has been perfecting the motion play for years, now with their success and their research, the other companies are trying to compete with the Wii.

If any of you didn't know it, The Wii is the top gaming system as it stands right now, it's leading the sells and broke a world record for best selling console in '09. And have any of you heard of a Wii frying like the 360 has, and now PS3 frying too. I haven't, the only problems i recall for the Wii was the wrist strap and a little shotty accuracy with the motion controller, but those have both been assested and fixed.

Nintendo will always remain king of the gaming industry. They are the ones that brought video games back from the dead, and their characters are unmatchable. No other system really has any brand named characters to their name. Xbox with Halo maybe, but that's the only one i can think about for microsoft, with Playstation, all their characters have either ported to other systems or went the way of the dinosaurs.

You now on the subject of video games I'm sure theres one thing in that catagory the we can all mybe agree on. We don't like the fan boys. I'm not talking about the guys we buy th same companies system every generation thats just fine. I'm talking about the guys who are so brand loyal that they take it as a personal insult if someone plays games on anther system. What I chose to play is my bussiness and nobody elases. I got a PS3 to play game with my freinds. Not to say screw you to microsoft or nintendo they are both good compaines and make good systems. But these fanboys seem to think that if I don't agree with them I might as well be slapping their mother in the face and hell someone may just do that if they don't shut up. And we all know tha this isn't just recent problem even back when I was younger with the Sega Genesis there were the guys who mocked me for not have the Super Nintendo. It was like cooties for nerds I gusse. A few years later I was enjoying my N64 but wait then I had the Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation nerds hounding me dhut up I'm trying to play Golden Eye, Perfect dark, Super Smash bros., Mario Kart, Pokemon Snap, and the Legend of Zelda games you jerks. And some years after that I had my PS2 playing some of the PS1 games I missed out on and playing games like God of War 1 and 2 Star Wars battlefront 2, Splinter Cell, Gauntlet Dark Legecy, DBZ B 1-3 and DBZ TB 1-3 and I also had my wii playing Resident Evil 4, wii sports, Mario Kart wii, Super Smash bros Brawl, and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn but fanboys seem to know no age limit. Whats that you say my PS3 sucks and your X-box is better? Well thanks for letting me know enjoy your virginty skippy. And now I have my PS3 playing games like God of War 3, MGS4, Fallout 3, Killzone 2, DBZ Rageing blast, and other good games. But these fanboys seem to think that just because they have a system of choice and others don't that that makes them somehow a superior person and thats something we all probably hate. You know what since I'm already on the subject of vide games about theres one other thing we all might hate. People who won't shut up on the PS3 headphones thing or X-box Live I think its called. These people can come in 2 catagories: annyiong trash talkers, and kids who never shut up. Wow you mean your freind killed 5 people with a gernade BADASS! I wish I was there to see that but then again the kids aren't as bad as the trash talkers with think their so good. Whats that I got owned? Ok I killed you back. Oh whats that you say? You can kill me more? You must be pretty fricking good at this game. What elase have you done with your life? Oh you just made Asstent manager at McDonalds? Amazeing. Wow I really went on a rant.
