Kai was a bit taken aback by the sheer largeness of the room. He didn't let it show on his face, though. He looked around, it was pretty much a big, empty hallway. The only semi-exciting thing was a large grand staircase at the end of the room.
Standing at the foot of the staircase in the centre of the step was a single figure. "You're the One I presume" he asked, raising an eyebrow at Kai's following.
Kai wisely didn't say anything, instead coming to a stop in from of the black clothed man and studying him.
Kisa came to stand beside Kai, just a little bit behind him. "Yes sir. He was identified by my charge."
The man raised an eyebrow. "And who are you?"
"Sorry sir." Kisa said, inclining her head toward the new stranger. "I am Agent #2347 I was sent to watch the only person who could locate our target."

"You can have your arms back at anytime." Brooklyn told Bryan quietly. "I haven't been holding them for quite some time." The voices came closer and Brooklyn sighed, standing up and offering a hand to help Bryan up. "But I guess that you're right. We may as well not stir up controversy."

Bryan smirked. "Doesn't mean we can't go burst somone elses' bubble," Bryan said taking Brooklyn's hand and standing up. He pulled the other closer to him and kissed him deeply before grabbing his arm and pulling him toward the voices. "Feel like spying?" he asked, smirking.

Taki came up to stand beside Kisa and saluted quickly at the man, his face emotionless. "Sir, We've completed our missions, do you want to ask anymore of us or just send us back to our duties?" He asked flatly.

Boris considered Taki's question for a second. "You stay with him" He said, gesturing toward Kai. "Take him to the medical labs. They're waiting to test if he really is the one we're looking for. Then you may leave him in one of the cells and go back to your regular duties." He looked over at Kisa. "You can return to your quarters." He paused for a second. "...Well done." He added reluctantly.
Kisa nodded. "Thank you Sir." She said before turning and making her way out of the room. She had done her work. Now she could forget about this entire messy business.
Kai frowned slightly at being ignored and talked about like he wasn't in the room but stayed silent. He could ask Taki about it later. It didn't look like he was getting rid of that annoyance yet.

Brooklyn shook his head. "Not really." He said, leaning against Bryan's solid frame. "Why not let them think that they've gotten away with it unnoticed?"
"Hilary? What are you Do-ING!" Came a yelp.
The yelp was quickly smothered by a loud moan. "H-hilary?" Came a faint voice.
"Mm Kenny?" Came the voice of Hilary again.
"Could you.... do that again?"

Bryan stopped walking and grinned. "Well, at least we know who it is now." He turned back to Brooklyn and smiled lopsidedly. "You're no fun, y'know that?"

Taki furrowed his eyebrows in annoyance. "Yes Sir," he said quietly. He turned and walked over to Kai, motioning to follow him with a tilt of his head. Oh joy...

Kai nodded and followed him. Once the were outside the door and out of Boris's earshot Kai made a face. "Where's taht Hell you were talking about?" He asked.

Brooklyn grinned. "Please." He heard another quiet graon and smirked. "Do you really want to watch that?"

Bryan rolled his eyes. "No, i just felt like frightening them out of their wits." He looked down at Brooklyn. "But something tells me you won't let me do that, huh?"

Taki turned to look at Kai and blinked. "Hell? Well, maybe it won't be so bad now that I'm around," he smirked.

"You told me that my life would be hell after meeting that guy- I was actually expecting it to be more than one..." HE said as an afterthought before dismissing it. "Did I miss the memo? And what are the cells he was talking about?"

Bryan sighed and wrapped his arms aorund Brooklyn's shoulders. "Yep, deffinitely no fun."

Taki smiled sadly at Kai and shook his head. He continued down the hallway without answering Kai's questions. He really shouldn't go looking for these things...

Kai frowned at Taki's non-response, not taking it as a good sign. "It' s still coming, isn't it." He stated resignedly, not looking at Taki. "What's going to happen?" He asked.

Taki stopped outside a set of white doors. "I don't know but once you go in there you're no longer going to be some person." He turned to face Kai. "Now, your just their specimen." He looked at the door and glared. "Sorry," he muttered.

Kai swallowed the lump of pure fear in his throat and looked at Taki, nodding. "Ok then." He said softly, trying not to let his fear seep through to his voice. The last thing he needed was for Taki to know exactly how scared he was.

Kisa wandered through the hallways with a pure goal in mind. When she saw him it took all of her self control not to run over to him. She walked past him and signalled discretely to him.
She frowned when he hadn't noticed. Then remembered.
Last time she had seen him she had look much different.
Agent #1096 walked past the person he loved and hadn't even noticed it.

Taki nodded and opened the door to the lab. He looked aorund the clean, white room searching for anybody. He shuddered slightly, hating the way the room just seemed so bare.
"Hello?" He called. He heard some shuffling near a room in the back and whipped his head around to meet it. A tall man in a white coat walked out. His grey hair ruffled and parts of his beard sticking up in odd places. Taki smirked. Well, at least someone is sleeping around here...
"Who's that?" The old man snapped blinking blearilly at the two. He pulled a pair of glasses out of his fron pocket and put them on, adjusting them so he could see. "Hm, Commander Keiji, eh? I haven't seen you around here for a while."
"Can't say I'm disappointed," Taki said balnkly. The old man glared.
"As insolent as always, why i should really-"
"Do nothing. You don't have any authority over me now," Taki cut in.
The man smirked. "Ah, so it's true, you really did replace Ki-"
"Shut it old man and get back to work," Taki snapped.
The man chuckled. "Ah, i hit a nerve." He suddenly noticed the other presence in the room. He glided over the floor to Kai and squinted at him coldly. "And whose this?"

"Someone who doesn't like you already." Kai said, looking at the doctor coldly. What were they talking about? he wondered as he broke the glare at the doctor to look at Taki. If what he had said was true he really wasn't going to enjoy whatever was about to happen.

Kisa sighed, dejected and made her way to her quarters. As an afterthought she allowed at least three different people see her using her key to get into the room that had been hers since she was a child. Gossip would spread that she was back. Hopefully Sacha would hear it.
Kisa flopped down on to her bed and shut her eyes, trying to fall asleep. It didn't work. The once familiar bed was now unfamiliar to an unfamiliar body.

The doctor glared. "Oh, look, you hurt my feelings..."he muttered sarcastically.
Taki didn't notice Kai looking at him, he was too busy glaring at the blindingly white wall. How dare that old fool nearly bring up his former Commander's name. He let out a growl and turned back to the doctor.
"So where's the rest of your freak show? I know there's more of you around here somewhere, Ralef," he snapped out. He really didn't like this man.
"I don't think it's any of your business Commander, but their in Lab C setting up for whoever Boris has sent," the doctor said Darkly.
"Yeah? Well, there's your precious specimen. His name's Kai Hiwatari," Taki snarled before walking past both of them and walking out the door with a slam.
Ralef smirked at the door. "My, my, my, I think someone still isn't over the past yet." He turned back to look at Kai and raised his eyebrows. "Hmm..." He walked over and circled around Kai. "You're not much but you never know. Come on then, " he ordered, pushing Kai roughly in the direction of another door.

Taki stood outside of the door to the lab, breathing deeply, trying to regain some composure.a*****e, he thought, Sorry, Kai.
With another deep breath, he replaced his emotionless mask to blend in with the rest of the soldiers and headed back towards his room.

Kai watched his only ally leave him with a feeling of hopelessness. He scowled as he was pushed but complied with what the doctor wanted. He had a feeling that doing anything other than what he wanted would lead to pain and lots of it. Then again, whatever they do will probably lead to lots of pain too He thought as he pushed his way through the door Ralef has pushed him toward.

Kisa's eyes jolted open when she heard a rattling sound outside the room. Must have dozed off She thought, watching the door open slowly.
The teen who opened the door looked at her in shock. "Oh! I'm sorry I thought that you were so-"
"-Hello Sacha." She interrupted him.
The brown haired boy frowned. Only one person knew him as Sacha. And she had left without any warning. "Who are you?" He asked, stepping through the door and closing it behind himself.
"Who do you think I am?"
