I'm one Nightmare...
This was bloody miserable...
There was something to be said about whomever did this for a living... and Yuzuki was sure that it sounded something along the lines off 'You can keep it.' She found a new respect for people who did this for a living, traveling from one place to another with foodstuff and packing it around in a gourd... granted, the old man was old fashioned, farmers now aways probably carried it around in carts or something with wheels and pulled by creatures with four legs. You know... the smelly creatures that mankind bred to do that kind of stuff. She looked around as she continued to leap from tree to tree. She had a stupid song about a lumber jack stuck in her head now, and it was starting to drive her nuts. She was also starting to slow down slightly. She was hopefully about half way there. She didn't stop very often, to sleep and have breakfast and dinner before she started or stopped for the day, perfering to eat lunch on the go. Not that food pills counted as lunch or anything like that, but it was the best that she could do. It wasn't like the Raikage sent her catering or anything like that. When she got back there was going to be a hotspring with her name on it. Until then she steeled herself mentally and trudged forwards. Desperatly trying to think of another song that didn't have a cross-dressing lumberjack in it.
Yuzuki was starting to let her mind drift a little bit, though kept enough awarness of the things around her that she would catch something odd about the ever similar landscape that was passing her by. Mostly it was about how her sister was nominated to be a Jounin. It was so frusterating for her, she had a feel that the Raikage would mention something to her when she got back. Not to rub things in her face intentally or anything. But it was often a thing of pride for an entire family when one of them achieved such a title. Come to think of it, didn't the old man say that he had a son that was a Jounin before he died in service of the village. When she got back, she would offer her little sister as a replacement for his son, her parents might not like it, but as it stood, aside from her mother who was an academics teacher, she was now the only one who wasn't a jounin or at least becoming one yet. It made her feel even more isolated from her genius family, the black sheep, she was. Born from the stock, but not entirely fitting it. She tore herself away from those thoughts and pulled her full attention back to her surroundings, now was not the time to brood, now was the time to work....you won't wake up from.

As Yuzuki continued to walk through the Forest a slight rustling could be heard off to the side; as the Girl looked over towards the sound; a small pure white Bird popped out of the tree line. However as she looked back in front of her there was a figure standing in front of her; the figure was a young boy; well not really young; it was hard to tell with the Mask covering his mouth, however his multi colored hair was 'odd' to say the least. "Well,well,well, what do we have here?" He asked as though having just found a stray Dog in the Rain. From what his voice sounded like; the boy was maybe late Teens, Early twenty's. "A cloud Ninja it appears" He said clearly having already known that Yuzuki was from the cloud.

Yuzuki got into a defensive posture as soon as the boy made his appearence, or was it a young man? She couldn't tell, really.. then again this could be a genjutsu too, the white bird might have been a tip off, though she would wait a few moments to see what this young man wanted. She assumed he was at least a Chuunin, judging by his mask, he might even be a Jounin. Yuzuki brough her hands together to make a sign, though didn't activate anything yet.
"I suppose I can't deny that fact, seeing as you seem so sure of yourself by your tone. But pray tell, what's a handsome man like yourself doing all the way out here by yourself sugar? Looking for something?"
Yuzuki wasn't sure what to make of the situation, she couldn't see anything on him that would indicate what village he was from or what his alliences were. If he was Udai council he would likely have something displayed on him proclaiming it, arrogant buggers. Yuzuki tilted her head slightly to the side. "Do tell a poor girl though, Lovey, is this going to be a conflict based encounter? I just got my nails done and I'd hate to ruin them if I have to leave foot prints all over you."...you won't wake up from.

"Hey now; no need to get offensive; even though i do like them feisty" The boy said putting one hand in front of him and waving it slightly as though giving the 'calm down' motion. "Also just a bit of Personal Advice; Acting like a whore; AND threatening someone the moment you meet them isn't a very good way to make a good first impression" He said taking his hand down and shrugging slightly, the small white bird flying around Yuzuki once before landing on the boy's shoulder much like a parrot sat on a pirates. "As for this being a conflict based encounter; that is really up to you; I don't really feel like, as you so elegantly put it; 'leaving foot prints all over you" He said looking at the bird slightly that was sitting on his shoulder; the bird slightly flapping its wings as he did so.
"So how about you calm down" He said putting his hand back in front of him; Palm out to Yuzuki. "And sit down" As he said that he pointed down to the ground. "And don't worry I have no interest in your little pity mission you are on, so I'm not going to take anything from you" He said tilting his head slightly to the side before lifting it back up right.

"No, perhaps not, but it doesn't leave a true impression either. All war is deception, wouldn't you agree?" Well, at least this boy polite among other things, she lowered her hands but she still remained leery of the boy having just met him not long ago. She did visibly relax somewhat though. She pondered for a few minutes before shifting her weight on one leg and crossing her arms under her chest. "I'll hear you out, you have the curtesy to at least not attack me right away so I'll listen to what you have to say, you seem to want something, or you wouldn't have bothered to approch me."
Yuzuki took a step closer and was about to sit down when something in her legs told her that she wouldn't likely be getting back up if she did so. Instead she bowed her head slightly and closed her eyes. "Pardon me if I stand, my Petty mission, as you so accurately put it, may result in me not being able to get up again afterwards. Do go ahead, though."
Yuzuki wasn't sure what this was all about, nor was she sure that this was a good idea to even have an audence with him. She wasn't totally convinced that this wasn't a genjutsu. If he was a genjutsuist then she wouldn't know till it was too late if it was. She raised her hands agian.

"Fine, fine, stand if you really want to" The boy said shrugging slightly to himself as he said this. "And there is a good reason why I didn't attack you" He said before pausing slightly as Yuzuki put her hand up. Before rolling his one visible eye as Yuzuki attempted to escape a Genjutsu that wasn't even there. "You really are Paranoid aren't you; If I could cast A Genjutsu without you knowing it and then just stand here; Do you really think you would be able to break it that easily; and even if you could; don't you think I would have something planned, seeing as how you Focus on Genjutsu" He said putting his hands in front of him the same way a political figure would when giving a speech.
"Well anyways; your schizophrenic habbits aside" As he said that the Small Bird Took off of his shoulder once more; shooting strait for Yuzuki; stopping in mid flight a few feet in font of her; before attempting to land on the top of her head. "Ive been watching some of the things that you have been doing in your spare time; Letting a demon lose, Attacking team mates, so on and so forth; being a b***h in general" he said lifting his shoulders up and tilting his head to the side slightly as he said that last comment. "I was wondering; how would you like; to no longer be a part of the Village hidden in the clouds; at least; not really a part" He said still looking at the girl who was standing in front of him.

"Parania is a survival instinct, dear sir. It keeps one alive when your dealign with a cloak and dagger industry such as this one." Yuzuki glared up at the bird that landed on her head, if it pooped on her, she made a note to have some rose pheasant tonight with the rest of her meal. Her eyes came back down to the boy infront of her, his quip about her being a b***h wasn't appreciated, though it wasn't far from the truth so she wouldn't react to it spare the narrowing of her eyes. She crossed her arms under her her chest again and tried to read the man that was infront of her. Who was he and where was he from. She didn't see anything that gave his loyalty away though. But... what he said, kept spinning around in her head, what did he mean? Well... apart from asking her to be a spy to... wherever he was from. She closed her eyes and bowed her head, causing the bird to flap its wings to gain balance.
"Let me make something clear to you, Dear sir, everything I do has a reason behind it. I have goals, and I plan to obtain those goals by whatever means necessary, if I have to unleash a demon, then I will, if a team mate gets in my way, then I'll crush them. The only thing stopping me from obtaining my goals is the man that holds power over me. Once I can eclipse his power, I will be free to do what I need. That being said, it will be no different for whomever you serve. As I stated before. I do nothing without purpose. So if you have an offer, please continue. I make no promise that I will agree to join... wherever your trying to pull me into, but if it benefits me and helps further my goals then I'll give it some serious thought."
Yuzuki lifted her eyes and watched the man, who was he and where did he come from... and why bother to approch her? There were others with far more talent in the Village, so why single her out? If they were looking for a weapon, then they would soon realize that a weapon, if not weilded properly, will come back and destroy the handler. However, this man had her interests for now. Wondering if she was going to be able to use what he had to offer to her advantage....you won't wake up from.

The Ninja Nodded slightly. "To much of it is a bad thing; plus you only look for clear threats" A few moments later the boy lifted his arms above his head and stretched as far as he could. "And it Benefit you? Well First of all I could let you live for one" He said rather bluntly. "If you haven't noticed that Bird doesn't have any feathers. Its a Flying Ball of Explosive's" He said shrugging slightly. "If it go's off your nothing but ash; and about twenty Five feet around in you all directions is leveled" He said shrugging once more. "But then again; I won't do that; you arn't any use if you're Dead now are you; that and I'm a little close for comfort" As he said the the boy Remained in the same place he had been standing in before "As for what we are dragging you into; think of it this way' there are groups far stronger then ourselves who wan't the village's destroyed; we go rogue, those groups won't wipe us off the face of the earth with the Villages' and seeing as how we are a 'minor' threat the village's will continue to Focus on the larger groups, Meaning as long as we don't attack the village's directly; no matter who wins this little civil war thats going on in the world right now' we will still be alive at the end"
"All together this is survival; Rogue's Want the village's gone, and the Village's want the rogue gone' as long as we are not with either we will be fine" He said still looking at Yuzuki. "I can guarantee that something will happen to one of the village's and if you don't accept this now; you won't find us again" He said rather simply to the Genin in front of him. "If you accept you will remain in the village' act completely Normal; for now; and when the time comes you will get a job from us' if you complete it you will be considered a member"

The whites of Yuzuki's eyes grew, but the Iris and pupil shrank, a twisted little sneer pulled across her face. "Are you making threats, then perhaps you should precieve your own predicument. You know that I specialize in genjutsu, you know that my speciality is warping the mind of those around me and bending it to my will. Let us not also forget, that as you no doubt saw before that I can summon giant scorpions that will obey my command. Now you must ask yourself, 'have I been put under a genjutsu already?' I had many chances in the past, especially when I first raised my hand when we met. How do you know that your not talking to an illusion of myself while my big nasty pet had his pinchers mere moments away from tearing you in half little man? Do not think me stupid, do not assume that I am a push over or that I take kindly to those who threaten me. All war is deception, never forget that. Now, before this gets messy and I make my choice, I want to know more about this group. What are your goals? What purpose do you serve, it may very well help me with my choice, you understand."
Yuzuki looked at him intensely with her eyes. Honstly? Who gave themselves to a cause and never knew what it was? it wasn't like she was asking them to reviel who their head was, where their location was or who they were out to kill. She didn't care about that. Only if their goals were in alignment, or similar alignment with her own. "You can't expect someone to be loyal to a cause that they don't know what they are being loyal too, can you?"...you won't wake up from.

The boy remained in the same spot as ever. "It wasn't a threat; just a comment; also... are you sure its the best Idea to try to tell me I'm in a Genjutsu' If I am Then Making that bird go boom; won't effect you at all now will it?" He asked raising his hand up and putting his middle hand and thumb together as though he was gong to snap his fingers together; It wasn't really needed and was more just for show. "Also if you agree then you will learn more Later; seeing as how if I tell you details and you don't join then I have to go through the hassle of getting rid of you before you tell anyone; or if you already have; I have to get rid of you and anyone you already told" He said shrugging slightly. It was clear the boy was't threatened in any way' in fact he had been in the Cloud village's prison a few years ago; and had only gotten out due to the fact that the Prison had been leveled when the Wild Cards had attacked the Cloud. In truth he was about the same Rank as a High level Jounin.

Yuzuki's eyes narrowed, not because of the threat, but because of what the man said, he wasn't giving her anything to go on, nothing to make her choice with. She wasn't going to go blindly into anything. But... if she could get out from under the Raikage with this group... on the flips side, she could tell the Raikage about this encounter. Not that he'd be able to do anything about it. Yuzuki closed her eyes for a moment in thought, it wasn't a decision to be taken lightly. But... she did want freedom, perhaps this was a good stepping stone to get it. She opened her eye a moment later. Was it going to be worth it though, or was she going to be wasting her time spooning this group of incompetants like she seemed to be doing back at home.
"Very well, I will await your reply... but let it be know, I will not be around in your group to be wipping the asses of incompetant members. I might as well stay in the Village if thats the case. Can you at least assure me that there is some intelligent life that rules over you and works in your ranks?"
Yuzuki's face soured at the last question. What was the point of going from serving one group of idiots to serving another? Though if they were that stupid, she would find out and then manipulate them as she saw fit. She had no idea where this group came from, what they were called or what they were trying to accomplish, but it was better than world peace and further degrading humanity....you won't wake up from.

"Also seeing as how you are not against us; I will give you some advice; I saw something... odd; so all I can say; is that I would HIGHLY suggest that you, not go to the leaf" The boy said before lifting one hand up; as he did so the 'bird' on Yuzuki's head flew back over to the boy and landed on his hand.. "If You wan't I can take that to the Stone and sell it within the Day' I normally wouldn't care less; but seeing as how the old man in not part of the cloud I have nothing against him" He said simply.

Yuzuki's eyes narrowed with sadistic, fiendish delight at hearing that there was something foul in the Land of Fire. How delicious, it was about time those arrogant bastards got a little taste of what was good for them. Perhaps a shot of reality would make them open their eyes and humble them slightly. It would be good to show them what their bloated pride would reap. Yuzuki looked over her shoulder at the gourd on her back. She then gave a weary eye to the mysterious ninja that was occupying her company before taking it off the pot and giving it to him. Chances are he could get it to the Rock faster than she could get it to the Leaf, if all else fails then she'd lie and say that she was ambushed and it was stolen... would have been great to have someone with a nose for that now wouldn't it. However, before she gave the pot to the other ninja she took out the paper with the instructions to make sure that she could actually get away with this. Her eyes widened fractionally for a moment, it looked like she needed to return with the money so she needed to burn some time. "Sure, I'm sure you know its situation. Though, how long do you think it might take you? I do have to give this back and report in once its done, unless you have something planned for me to do in the mean time?"
Yuzuki wondered if it was going to be something spectacular, She had no idea who this orginaizaiton was so she wasn't sure what to expect. There were low key apparently, so she didn't expect to see fireworks....you won't wake up from.

"Don't really know; but if you don't go to far I will be back before tomorrow morning; so You will be back to the old man as sooner then your normally would have been without me going" He said nodding slightly. "As for what you need to do; I would Suggest training some; I would say go to the Sound Village seeing as how its not far from here; but I have a feeling you wouldn't last long there" He said simply to the girl. "Frankly I don't really care what you do; but I have noticed that you don't have that Much of an offensive arsenal; I might suggest some Elemental Ninjutsu" He said before pulling out a small book and tossing it to the girl. It didn't have any high ranking jutsu; just the C Rank and lower one's of each element.
A few moments later the boy slipped the Pot onto his back and made a single hand sign; the once small bird that was on his hand; lifted off; and became large enough for the boy to easily stand on. The boy then jumped onto the massive bird and gave a slight wave to Yuzuki.

I'm one Nightmare...
"I'll stick around here then." Yuzuki nodded, her eyes widened a little bit as she unexpectly tossed the book that was tossed at her back and forth from hand to elbow then into her grasp. She looked at the book and quirked an eyebrow before opening it up. She looked up in time to nod her thank to the mysterious stranger. You know, Mom was right... all the strangers had the best candy. She scanned the wind techniques, she could do those, the rest of them were out of her abilities, at least just yet. Wind Snake technique... she never heard of that before, that would be interesting to learn. The other one that she could learn is the Air bullet, Yuzuki propelled herself up into the tree and started to drink in the knowledge of the new jutsu, everything else in the book for the wind she already knew, at least it gave her something more to do while she waited for her mysterious man to return. As she proofread, she made a note of which element she may like to learn next. Earth looked amusing, by she wouldn't get too excited about learning anything from there just yet. Right now her focus would be on the two that were in there, and then she would see whatever the book had to offer her....you won't wake up from.
