Golden Spider of Kumo Hinote Tosatsu Kumo: It's not the power of it I have a problem with. It's the fact that you are trying to combine two existing techniques into one. We have an ice technique that creates ice senbon (At least I think we do. If not, someone really needs to make it.), and we have a technique that freezes stuff on impact. Like I said, if you want to throw roses, just make a jutsu that makes a rose. Hell, you could make one that makes a rose, lets the petals fall off and fly around cutting people up like razor blades for all I care, just don't try to do something we already have. (I've actually been thinking about making that particular jutsu for crystal.) The Ice Senbon Technique Creates { I think } Either 1000 or an infinite amount. And it is S Rank. Second stage only. The One that Provides a cast of where it hits is C Ranked, and is Basically alike, It even produces more than just the one, and the user never has to touch it. I'm just wanting this purely for theatrical effects, and If I ever run out of Senbon, or I don't have enough water to use Ice Swallow { The C Rank } Then I'd like to atleast be able to produce this.Because I've said it before, Kenji is going to spam the crap out of Senbon. *cough* There is a jutsu that allows you to draw the moister out of the air giving you an seemingly endless waterange supply *cough*

so yea, if this gets approved, it'll be the main usage of the smokeshifting bloodline.

Name of Jutsu: Kemuri Soujuu (Smoke Manipulation)

Jutsu's Element: Smoke
Description: This jutsu is the foundation of the Smoke shifting bloodline. Using this, a person unconsciously lets out smoke, his/her pores creating cloud after cloud around him. Then, the user can manipulate it around however they wish to. From creating various objects to expanding a smokescreen, the smoke can serve almost any purpose. The user may also use any c-rank jutsu and below with -1 rank chakra, not needing to use as much chakra as before. However, the smoke is easily dissolved into the air, so every 5 posts, the user must send out c-rank chakra once again in order to keep a viable amount of offensive smoke. Any offensive wind jutsu above d-rank can blow away this smoke. Any offensive suiton jutsu above b-rank can vaporize the smoke. By using b-rank chakra, the user can make the smoke suffocating (lack of any air in it). By using A-rank chakra, the user can make this smoke toxic. The user of this jutsu can be creative with how their smoke comes out, whether it be a cigar, breath, or just blowing it out.
Rp Sample: Ryuji jumped back as his opponent charged. The sword the samurai was using was a rust one, but one that could still do damage. It was a hindrance, really, dodging that sword while still staying on the offensive. Keeping his eyes on the samurai, Ryuji took numerous short, but deep, breaths, blowing out smoke with each heave.
After a few minutes of catch and chase, a thick smoke covered around Ryuji. The samurai, not noticing it until now, merely shrugged it off, thinking nothing of it then a poorly performed concealing jutsu. However, as the man attempted to attack Ryuji, he was stopped by a hand. a hand formed out of the smoke! The smoke hand lunged in for a pimp slap, but the ninja was quicker, jumping over the shifted smoke. but it didn't see what came next, numerous dragons made of smoke charging at him. As the dragons collided, the samurai was thrown back, hitting a tree roughly and falling to the floor. He gazed up, but couldn't move fast enough to escape the large cloud of smoke covering him, slowly suffocating him without any air supply.

Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Shinka- Animal Evolution
Rank of Jutsu: Equal to Rank of Ninja
Description: The Animal Evolution Jutsu is one that has been passed down from the Chiroku clan for years until it was recently forbidden due to the effects it had on the members of he clan. When a Chiroku Clan member learns this jutsu they give up every and all chances they have to sign a summoning contract. The clan member taints their blood with the blood of three different animals and once their blood has mixed with the blood of the animals it can no longer be exchange for any other animals. By finding an animal of the same species that they mixed their blood with they can wipe blood on the back of the animal and apply chakra to it. By doing this the animal grows in proportion to the users chakra level. The user can only do this to one animal of the three species at a time and the jutsu does not stop until the animal has died. Starting at C Rank, any natural abilities that the animal has starts to become enhanced. The more chakra the animal recieves the more intelligence the animal gains as well though if the animal cannot speak unless it recieves B Rank or higher. At A Rank the animal can start to learn jutsu. (*Note: Animals without five fingers can not perform jutsu that requires handsigns...obviously!!)
The animal is bonded to the user, meaning they can't be more then a couple of miles apart unless the user gives additional chakra to keep them sealed to one enclosed area. Doing so cost B ranked chakra to create and A Rank Chakra to break the seal. If the animal receives S Rank chakra it's dna become altered to use the element of whatever element the user has naturally. (*Refer to chart to see what each element can do. Only one element may be picked and if the element is not the users main element then the element will not be as powerful.) All element effects fade after five posts and have to be recharged with A Rank Chakra from the user except for the Bloodkin animal of the user. The Bloodkin animal of the user is the users favorite animal species out of the three picked and the animal that the user has the most connection too. This animal does not suffer from pain when using one of the element nor does its effect fade. This Bloodkin animal is equivalent to a Boss Summon. When using this Jutsu the user has to stay within his or her rank which means a C Rank user can't give an animal D rank or B rank or anything else for that matter. When the animal feels pain the user feels pain as well and if the animal dies the user become immobile for one post.
*Chart of Elements
Raiton- The animal becomes slightly faster then normal. When the animal bites or scratches a foe they release some electrical damage. If the animal is touched someone who doesn't have the Raiton element may receive a bit of a jolt. Everytime a jolt is sent through the animals body, the animal receives internal damage to its organs and tissues. Too much electricity can cause the animals heart to stop or for it to lose control of other bodily funtions.
Katon- If the animal has a tail, then the tail may have a little flame on it and if the animal has wings some of the feather's tips may be on fire. The animal can emit short bursts of fire from their mouths but when used the animal will burn its throat slight and possible burn their whole neck off if used too much.
Fuuton- The animal is able to jump higher if it doesn't have the natural ability of flight. If the animal can fly then it can move around faster. By taking in air the animal can release strong gust of sharp wind but the wind can end up having the same effect as Katon if not used properly and can result in the animal's neck coming clear off.
Suiton- The animal is able to breathe underwater if it doesn't have the natural ability. If the animal can already do that then it can move around faster underwater. The animal is able to spit out highly pressurized water from his or her mouth that can be very sharp and powerful but if used to much the animal can dehydrate itself and die.
Doton- The animal is able to release powerful shockwaves through the ground by stomping on it. The shockwaves can travel pretty long distances. It can move longer if moved in a straight and narrow line but it is also able to be used in a circular shockwave. Each time the animal stomps it does internal damage to its own bones and tissues. After each use the animal moves a bit slower and if used to much the animal can lose one of its limbs.

Jutsu's Element: Universal
Description: This skill is a genjutsu which affects only the people the user wishes to affect. A support genjutsu, the user will take out a musical instrument and begin to play a high paced song on it. Controlling the sound waves of the music with her chakra, she will cause the soundwaves to enter the ears of the person she wishes to affect. Upon hearing this genjutsu, the person affected will suddenly feel like they are unstopable. A support genjutsu that lasts for five posts, the genjutsu unlocks the barriers of the mind that keep chakra in control, unleashing adrenaline throughout the body and giving a boost of strength and speed to those affected by this. The strength and speed boost is one rank, and this jutsu can not be cast twice in the same battle.
Weakness:The user must continue playing the song throughout the five posts, otherwise the effects of the genjutsu is nullified. Not only that, if the genjutsu is stopped prematurely, those affected by it will feel drained and their strength and speed is reduced by one rank for five posts.
Rp Sample
Robin was assigned a squad by Luo, and frankly, she wasn't liking it. She's never trained anyone, she didn't know how to train. And now, they were asked to escort a bridge builder to the far side of Water Country. It was Robin and three other genins, and the four of them were walking through the Mist taking a rather eerie path through the forest. The bridge builder claimed it to be a shortcut, but Robin had a terrible feeling about this. As her eyes continued scanning her surroundings, the five of them continued walking along.
That's when Robin grabbed ahold of the bridge builder's collar and tossed him back, a kunai stabbing unto the ground in front of him as she just saved him from certain death. Three shinobis jumped out of the forest trees standing in their way and blocking the path. Each of them had rather extravagantly adorned mask, a gang symbol maybe? Regardless, they looked utterly ridculous. As the three of them bore their blades towards them, one of them spoke about paying a toll in order to pass on through. Robin sighed as she looked back at her genin squad, hiding behind the bridgemaker. These kids were useless...she thought as she looked back at the three. Frankly, she could probably take them out on her own, them being mere thieves and her being a highly trained shinobi of the Mist. But where's the lesson in that? What these kids needed was confidence, something that they can take from and believe in. Robin took out her bass from her back and placed it over her neck, taking out the strum from her pocket. "This is the beggining of the song!" she exclaimed as she began strumming on her bass. It was a simple tune at first, that suddenly turned into a complicated and high paced mix of notes and sounds. As she continued strumming, Robin used her genjutsu prowess to change the sound that the genins would hear, making them hear not just a bass, but a guitar and drums as well. "Im hearing voices, animal noises, the creme de la creme. Effeminate abyss and I am reaching my threshold staring at the truth till Im blind. My body stupid, my stereo putrid, spilling out music into raw sewage. Im reaching my threshold, staring at the truth till I am blind."
Using her chakra, the soundwaves began going into the ears of her genins. She was using more chakra than she normally would, considering the fact that she was affecting three people with her genjutsu rather than just one. As she continued playing, the genins suddenly stepped out, facing the three thieves with a determined look on their faces. Their fear has been completely wiped out, the adrenaline pumping through their body as the genjutsu has now taken place. The three genins lunged forward at speeds they didn't even know they had, taking on the thieves head on, believing that they were unstobable. Well, with Robin's help, they kinda were. Meanwhile, Robin would continue playing her music...it was the only way the effects of the genjutsu will continue.

The base top of the jutsu is flat is a perfect place to get an enemy alone; although the entire jutsu can be controlled by the user at will, he/she can only control a small portion of the jutsu at any given moment.
Necessary edits marked in strikeout and red. As for the size, it needs to be shrunk. Yes, I’m aware you’re going for a massive thing. But even at C rank, 20 feet is a little more than two stories tall. Make the sizes more appropriate to the ranks.
Nerd:
Bullet: Does the bloodline really release smoke without meaning to? That’s weird. Approved.
Manipulation: Denied. Simply because this can do literally anything, I can’t allow it. You’ll have to stick with making jutsu for the different stuff you want to do. Sorry. It’s just too easy with something like that to forego learning any jutsu at all, and do whatever you want.
Robin: A musical genjutsu to power up your allies, complete with logical weakness? My friend, this is one of the few techniques I see nothing to change on. Approved!
Yes, the gold does mean this is something truly amazing and awesome.

Mistah: Oh God the PAIN!
Okay, after downing an entire bottle of Advil and biting a hole through my lip, I think I've got this somewhat figured out.
My main problem here is your bloodkin animal. The animal still needs to suffer if overusing techniques, it can have a slightly higher tolerance limit, but it can't be immune. I say this because, what most people will do is just pick the strongest animal they can think of, and claim it's their blood kin animal. While that will still happen if you weaken it, it will make things a lot more well balanced.
On the keeping within your limit, I'd suggest making it within or below your rank, just for the sake of having things a bit more fair. I'm also going to say no to letting them learn jutsu. You can make some special jutsu to work with the technique, but they shouldn't be able to just learn a bunch of regular jutsu.
On the elements, I'm going to ask for a note stating that it must be kept logical. If I see people using this jutsu to give a fish raiton, or an elephant fuuton, I am going to personally kick their a**. Actually, giving the elephant fuuton wouldn't be so bad, so long as it was kept to the projectile. Trunk Blaster anyone? I do not however want to see an elephant jumping fifty feet in the air. That is utterly retarded. The fish example is self explanatory.
Actually, go ahead and give the fish raiton, but don't expect it to survive for more than two seconds after you've done so. Anything you do to the animals has to be kept within the realm of logic, or it's just stupid.
I'm also going to state, on your blood kin animal, that you can only have one, ever. If this animal dies, you can't make a new one. You can make another of the same species, but it won't be as strong as your original blood kin.

Description: Genjutsu tends to be a very powerful tool in breaking the minds of shinobis, especially lower ranked shinobis. Robin knows this all too well, having shattered the minds of many shinobis with her powerful genjutsu. Knowing this, Robin has developed a medical jutsu that will heal the mind of such trauma casued by genjutsu. This jutsu heals people from the pain and effects caused by genjutsu.
Restriction This medical jutsu can not be used on one's self, only on others. Also, the user can not heal the effects of genjutsu higher than their own rank, unless they are of the Medical proffesion. If they have medical as their proffesion, then they can heal the effects of genjutsus one rank above them.
Other Notes: The cost of this jutsu depends solely on the genjutsu casted on the person being healed. If the person being healed was affected by an S rank jutsu, then the user must sacrifice the chakra points of an S rank jutsu.

"Great, what a poor excuse for a shinobi...to be able to be fall into the effects of Makihige no Reikon so easily," Robin sighed as she walked over to the unconcious genin. "Well, you're not going to be a genjutsu specialist that's for sure," she told him as she crouched down next to his unmoving body. She had used Makihige no Reikon to strengthen the boy's mind, but obviously it was a fail. Placing her hands on the genin's head, Robin began chanelling her chakra into his mind. Closing her eyes, a sweat dropped down her forehead due to the severe concentration...the fact of the matter was, Robin was using a ton of chakra, more than she should be using in order to relieve the mind of any psychological trauma that the boy may have experienced from the genjutsu. Makihige no Reikon was an S ranked genjutsu, which meant that she had to give up that much chakra in order to wake him up. After several seconds of focusing her chakra, the boy woke up, completely calm but rather embarassed about falling unconcious.
Genjutsu used:
Name: Makihige no Reikon (Spirit Tendrils)
Catalyst: The opponent must be able to see the hand-seals being made
Description: For this technique, the user forms some handseals and seemingly calls forth a number of glowing golden tendrils that emerge from behind the user, as if protruding from the user’s back. These tendrils then, however, fly towards the target and stab him in various places, but then “lock” into the wounds, and twist them slightly, then begin delivering excruciating and massive electric shocks. Of course, this is all in the target’s head, in reality the target suffers no real wounds, but the mental feeling of pain is so intense that it can cause the target to enter an unconcious state.

Robin: We didn't have this already? Even though a lot of our genjutsu require it for recovery? That's... Weird...
Now, the way you have it, if a chuunin gives up the full S-Rank chakra cost, they can cure an S-Rank genjutsu's damage? That should be edited to have a maximum limit to how far above your rank you can go with it. I'm going to say one rank above the user as a maximum.
Other than that, this is pretty much set. I love it when people submit stuff I can push right through, it's awesome.
{ Robin seems slightly sadistic... Using a genjutsu like that on a genin, for training... /shudder }

I edited the restrictions to say that the user can only heal effects of genjutsus up to their own rank, unless they have medical as their proffesion. If they have medical as their proffesion they can heal effects one rank above them.
Thank you, I have a lot more jutsus to approve but I read Gregar's custom approval tips and only doing one at a time.
(Yeah...Robin is all about training the mind rather than the physical body, which is why I needed this jutsu approved otherwise Luo will have a bunch of shinobis with shattered minds)

Robin: Perfect. Approved.
If you think most of the jutsu you've got lined up are mostly set, like these last two have been, just put em up in clumps. Don't flood me with twenty, but you can put em up maybe five at a time. It's actually easier for me to do a bunch of them, than to keep coming back and checking again for new ones. It's just a pain if someone puts up ten or more that all need extensive reworking done.

Rp Sample
Nemu ran as she was being followed by two Kumogakure ninja, the Otogakure ninja glanced back looking at the two ninja that where following her, hoping that they would not catch her. ‘I only have one shot at this...’ She thought as she made her way into a forest with her two followers hot on her trail. Nemu then jumped on to a tree and waited for her persecutors to pass down below her. She then stalked them for a few moments until they stopped and began to talk. She took this opportunity and began making seals ending with her two hands together. She quickly jumped down slamming her hands between the two ninja on the ground; she blasted the ground with her chakra making a thirty foot tall chunk of crystal from bellow them. The edge of the crystal was just where she had placed her palms giving allowing her only to fight one opponent, but that played to her favor; she quickly jumped away from the man, twirling in the air looking down at him. The ninja quickly turned as she landed, running at her with a dagger in his hand. She made a single seal forcing a lump to rise from the flat surface of the plateau, the man tripped on said lump making his face smash into the hard crystal knocking him out.
After the first enemy was taken down Nemu ran back toward the edge of the crystal jutsu, she saw the other man trying to climb the crystal using the wall walking technique, but the constant radiance of chakra of her jutsu kept canceling out his chakra. She sighed as she made seals taking three shards of crystal out of the plateau and making them spin around the palm of her hand using her lightning chakra. She waited for the full effect of the jutsu to activate, the speed boosting sparks. In a sudden burst of power the sparks shoot off the crystal and to her hand, lashing at her doing some, yet very insignificant, damage to her arm. She jumped down the plateau as the three crystals’s clamped into each other, letting go a loud burst of noise, so powerful at that range that it gently cracked the tip of the plateau, she then made a single seal with her other hand making a slab of crystal come out of the plateau, she planted her feet firmly on the slab and jumped back down with even more speed, she repeated the process, using her legs as spring to raise her speed, until she was too fast for the ninja to escape her attack.

Akura: #1. You forgot to edit the dimensions like I asked. It needs to be a good bit smaller. Maybe drop the size for each rank, such as, you have it 50 at A, and 60 at S, drop S to 50, and so on down through, and we'll see from there.
#2. You need to add a chakra drain to keep the no climbing effect. As soon as the chakra drain is cut off, it can be climbed.
