Hatake Bonuses:
• Able to Transmit their white chakra into weapons, making the weapon have extended cutting range and power.
• White Rasengan: of course one must learn rasengan to be able to use this technique. The white rasengan is no different from a regular one. the change of color is entirely for theatrics.
• White Chidori: of course one must learn chidori to be able to use this technique. The white chidori is no different from a regular one. the change of color is entirely for theatrics.

(The Medical Shinobi can learn only 2 taijutsu/weapon styles, and can only learn up to 1 rank below their current rank for their secondary style, the primary style can be mastered up to their rank)

Learning Modifier: Medical Shinobi recieve a -1 post learning bonus when learning medical jutsus, but recieve a +1 learning post penalty for all other types of techniques.
Shinobi Types:
Chakra Control:
This Shinobi is a master of Chakra Control, allowing them to more easily learn to mold their chakra to perform jutsus, as well as allowing them to use their chakra more effeciently when using jutsus. At higher ranks they even learn to mold chakra without the use of hand-seals.
(-2 posts for training, reduced chakra costs (see Chakra System), can perform jutsus that are two or more ranks below you without hand-seals.)
Elemental Control: (Lightning)
These ninja are masters of there elements allowing them to learn elemental jutsu with a easier time and make there elemental jutsu stronger. These ninja also get stronger jutsu when in extreme environments with there element. However when they are trying to learn jutsus of other elements they have a much more difficult time, and if they are in an extreme environment with the opposite of their element their jutsus are weaker.
(-3 posts learning of jutsu of their element, +1 rank to jutsu used normally, +2 ranks around the elemental ninjas element, +1 post when learning jutsus not of the shinobis chosen element, -1 rank to power of jutsu when used in an extreme environment near their elements weakness)

Kaiden nearly walked into Kyo as he walked to the Raikage's office. He heard him shouting at the Raikage. It seems she's abot to leave. Looks like I made it just in time, he thought as he approached the opened door. He looked into the room at Sosay. He began to speak, "Lady Raikage, I'm a new genin, Kaiden Shiro. I came to see if I could get a mission."

XXXXXSosay smiled and watched as Kyo exited the building. Forming hand signs, she had formed a clone of herself. It only held a forth of her chakra, not a whole lot but enough to train with. Sge nodded off to the boy and watched as her clone too disappeared, only in a gust of wind. But before she could do anything another genin appeared only this one was searching for a mission to do. "Mission eh. Well Kaiden, if you look right over there, I believe that board has a list of missions that are needed to get done. You may pick any E or D ranked missions. No higher then D." she replied, looking back to Ken with a smile and jerking her head in motion to tell him to come to her. { OcC: @Kira: Just look at the mission forum here in kumo and pick what mission you would like to do. }

Ken looked up from the desk, where he'd been doodling on a scrap piece of paper with one of Sosay's pens, seeing her motion for him to follow. He smiled and stood up, walking over to her.

On her way to the Raikage's Office, Haruka made sure she would finish her mission. She placed one poster everywhere it was allwoed for her to do it and of course, where people would see it. On signs, boards, and there was even one nailed on a tree. But when she arrived at the Kage's building, she still had two with her. Haruka headed to the mission board and there was someone who worked there looking at it. Haruka wondered why that person started at the board but didn't really care about it. She gave him one poster and as she was about to place the last one on the board, he asked for that one too, it seemed that he had somewhere else to place it, but it didn't matter for Haruka, her mission was finished.
Turning her attention to the missions on the board, Haruka wondered what she should pick at that moment. There was one about taking care of dogs...four dogs...'I guess this one won't be boring...' she thought even though that mission could be troublesome she still wanted to do it. Haruka turned to the person in charge of assigning the missions. She took that mission and left the building with the dogs that were there already. 'I guess I'll be going to the park first...' she thought and took the dogs to the park.

Kaito walked down the hallway to the office,taking note of all the niceties this place had to offer. As far as he was concerned all this s**t was his anyways and was just waiting to be taken. There was no if it would happen it was only a matter of when for Kaito was determined to rule this village. He then suprisingly found himslef in front of a door marked 'Raikage' And proceded in. What he found was a young women,no older then 25 and a man possibly in his late twenties as well. He showed no embarassment however and brushed some of his sleek silver hair behind one ear. He waited to be adressed by his superior for he felt it rather rude to break up their little love scene

Kaiden nodded and examined the mission list. There was babysitting kids, ordering ramen, and yard work. Are these really ninja missions? He thought as he read down the list. Only one even seemed like a ninja mission to him, helping the hospital, but unfortunately he knew no medical jutsu. He looked down the the C rank section and immediately saw a stealth mission. If only I was allowed to do those, he thought as he looked back to the D ranks. There was a lost cat to find, at least this was a somewhat ninja-esque mission. He headed out to the Kumogakure Park to find this cat with the red ribbon.

On the way to the Raikage's Office, Haruka was running with the dogs, who seemed to be quite happy running. Yet, nothing is that easy and it seems that someone with a strong sense of humor was in charge of Haruka's mission. There was a cat walking in front of the Raikage's building. The dogs, as soon as they spotted the cat, started running after it, dragging Haruka with them. The cat ran around the building and almost went inside but the terrier leaped to the door before the cat. 'Wow, this dog is fast.' she thought while running with them. To escape, the cat had to get on a tree and jump to the roof of another building behind it. The dogs weren't satisfied with that but they had no choice but to come with Haruka to the office. She brought them back to where she got the mission. The person who was in charge of taking the dogs back seemed to be very surprised that Haruka brought them unharmed, or at least with clean clothes. [Walking the dogs 4/4]

After she had finished the mission, Haruka returned to the mission board in that same building. There seemed to be a lot of people who needed help around the village so she spent some time before choosing the mission. In the end, she chose the mission that required her to catch a cat with a red ribbon. It seems that the cat had ran away and its owners can't find it. Haruka went to the person in charge of assigning the missions and took that mission. She left the building and decided to look around the Kage's building first, she was there already so it wouldn't be a bad idea.
Leaving the building, Haruka made sure to pay attention to her surroundings. As every living being has chakra, she wondered if she could detect that cat's chakra. But of course, first she would have to find the cat, or else she wouldn't be able to tell if the chakra she follows is of the right being. Haruka left the idea to detect the chakra of the cat in stand by, before she would have to find the cat. While she was lost in her thoughts, two cats passed by and one of them had a ribbon. 'That's the cat!' she thought when she noticed the cats. The other cat didn't walk there for a long time, it ran away at the moment Haruka started walking towards the one with a ribbon. The cat with the ribbon noticed Haruka aswell, but this one she didn't allow to get out of her sight. She ran after the cat just as it ran away from her. That cat was quite fast, maybe it was used to running away from the shinobi.
The cat continued to run away from Haruka, while getting far from the Raikage's building. It headed to the village center, and the kunoichi went after it. [Catch the Cat 1/5]

The cat seemed to be almost without energy left to continue running, nor thinking. It ran back to where Haruka had to bring it to. Was it fate? Luck? Maybe who decides the destiny of those two creatures was on Haruka's side.
Arriving at the surroundings of the Raikage's building, the cat stopped as it noticed the mistake made while running from the kunoichi. It was exhausted from running for a long time, trying to escape. It probably hated being with its owner, but Haruka couldn't do anything about it, it was her mission. She caught the cat as it stopped running, without any energy left, and quickly took it to its owner, who waited inside the building. [Catch the Cat 5/5 Complete]
The cat was not the only one tired after running around the village. Haruka sat down on a chair inside the building, and rested for a while. She was going to take another mission as soon as she recovers her energy. The person in charge of signing the missions noticed how tired Haruka was, and offered her a glass of water. Of course, she accepted, even though it was just water, it was all he could offer at that time. After some minutes, Haruka had recovered her breath and part of her energy, and was ready to go for another mission.
