Bloodline: The Byakugan doujutsu of the Hyuuga clan
Current Knowledge: The Byakugan provides the user an almost-360 degree field of vision, the exception being the back of the neck where the third vertebra is located. It also provides a degree of telescopic vision, which varies from person to person. The Byakugan can sometimes see underground when the second stage is reached. The greatest ability that comes with the Byakugan is the ability to see both chakra and the chakra circulation system within the body. Using Gentle Fist, the user can close or open an opponent’s chakra points, giving them control over a person’s ability to use jutsu. (In order to do this, a significant amount of points must be closed.)
RP Sample:
“So, Sayuri, are you ready to be shown what real power is like?” Sayuri’s pale blue eyes narrow at Sarutobi-sensei as he circles her, crouched forward slightly and stepping at a slow pace, like a tiger stalking some poor, helpless animal. A quick set of handseals, and Sayuri activates her Byakugan quickly, feeling the veins and capillaries at the corners of her eyes and near her temples bulge out gently. Her vision changes with the use of her clan’s doujutsu, from basic overlapping 180-degree binocular vision to a sweeping, nearly-360-degree telescopic view. She focuses her gaze on the tiny threads of her sensei’s orange chakra flowing through his body through the Chakra Pathway System, focusing on the 361 tiny pinpricks that lie along the pathways, invisible to everything except her enhanced eyes. It’s these Tenketsu, as they are called, that are her targets. “Well, Saya? Show me what you can do.” The taunting voice and cocky attitude have Sayuri falling back into a stance, preparing to perform her family’s Taijutsu style. Her sensei’s face is twisted into a smirk as he leans casually back into a taijutsu stance different from any she’s seen before.
“Shut up and fight.” Her usually gentle voice is oddly cold, showing her utter disdain for any kind of taunting or teasing. As if hoping that an unprecedented attack has any hope of knocking Sayuri off balance, Sarutobi-sensei charges at her headfirst, aiming a fist at her face. Effortlessly, moving as gracefully and fluidly as a dancer, Sayuri twists to dodge the strike and begins her attack. She directs the flow of her chakra to focus into her fingertips and bring the tips of her middle- and forefingers down sharply into the crease of his elbow to close one of the major Tenketsu in his right arm. Her sharp eyes watch as she chakra flow to his hand, wrist, and forearm slows to a trickle. Her attention is distracted away from her sensei for just a millisecond too long, and his knee crashes into her face, causing her to spit blood onto the dusty ground. Her eyes narrow fiercely, looking even more menacing with her Byakugan activated, as she lunges in for a second attack. As a defensive method, a kick is aimed at Sayuri’s face by her sensei and she is forced to cut her attack short and use Eight Trigrams Empty Palm. Her chakra imbued hand thrusts violently against Sarutobi’s chest, releasing her chakra in a burst and forcing him back while she is pushed out of the reach of his extremities. Moving quickly, lithely, like a cat, Sayuri puts herself in position to deliver another set of blows to her sensei’s Tenketsu.
“Ow, Saya, dammit.” He growls when her fingertips connect painfully with his skin. Her chakra forces its way though his clothing and skin to target the Tenketsu in his right wrist and forearm. The force of the blows close off the two Tenketsu and Sayuri watches intently as the chakra flow to a couple of his fingers stops. The look in her sensei’s eyes tells her that training with him for the next few days is going to suck and she nearly crashes into a wall in her efforts to dodge a punch aimed for her left eye. Her face twists into a sneer as she pools her chakra into the tips of her fingers again, lunging to aim at the pinpoints in his shoulder and upper arm. As the Tenketsu close, stopping the chakra flow to the rest of his right hand, a punch to the cheek sends Sayuri sprawling. She leaps to her feet gracefully and charges back into the exhibition fight to unleash her fury at being hit in the face. Her attacks increase in speed, her slender body blurring with the agility of her attacks as she focuses on his left arm, intending to stop him from being able to use any jutsu or even move his arms by the time she’s finished. The number of strikes dealt doubles as her speed increases and adrenaline rages through Sayuri’s body.
“Hakke Rokujuyon Sho, Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!” Her voice, calm even during her rage, rings out clearly over the training grounds, causing nearby trainees to turn and observe the exhibition match between sensei and student. Moving with the speed of lightning, Sayuri closes off first two, then four, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, then a final sixty-four Tenketsu, totaling 126 pinpoints that can no longer channel chakra. Her sensei slows noticeably, the attacks having made it increasingly hard for him to move. He recklessly charges in for one last attack, knowing that this will be his last if he misses her. A pulse goes through the air, chakra releasing itself from Sayuri’s chakra points to form a shield. She spins quickly, gracefully, almost in slow-motion, to parry the attack as the shield formed by her own released chakra forces her sensei away from her. “Hakkesho Kaiten! Eight Trigrams Heavenly Spin!”
The inertia of her sensei’s rushed attack sends him facedown into the dirt, coughing up a bit of blood from the internal damage dealt by his favorite student. Sayuri looms over her sensei, deactivating her Byakugan and panting slightly. Using the back of her wrist, she wipes away a fine bead of sweat build up on her forehead before grasping Sarutobi by the hand and helping him up. He winces at the pressure that his weight puts on a rib that it seems Sayuri has broken and smiles weakly.
“Sayuri-chan. Excellent. Your attacks were flawless.” His slow, calm voice murmurs to her reassuringly as she helps him over to where several medical shinobi are waiting. Tilting her ehad back to let the sun warm her face, Sayuri smiles.
“I believe the student has surpassed the teacher.” She mutters, picking up her things and heading to her house, believing that it’s time for a bubble bath and bedtime.

I hate to do this, but Orchid, you shouldn't be the one to approve this application. You've been campaigning for Shira to get the bloodline for weeks, to the point where I honestly think you wanted her to have it more than she wanted it. Due to all of this, I have to say you are biased on the matter, and someone else should look at her application.

It's not a case of whether I think it's an unfair judgment. It's just a case of the judge being highly biased. It's the same as if I was to approve a jutsu for Kaze, that I helped him make. I would be overstepping my authority, and not going by the proper procedures, because he's my friend. All I ask is that if the judge is very good friends with the applicant, or has a known bias on the matter, that a more neutral judge be found. This is nothing against Shira's application, or Orchid herself.

What you know about the clan/bl: It began with Sakon and Ukon. These ninja are two speperate but identical beings with the same set's os types and chakra etc. The main body is stronger than the other, and the two bodies can help each other defend and attack.
Rp Sample:
"Are you ready Jin?" Taki asked him as the two of them began to seperate. Jin was the one who used more of the two man cells taijutsu, and was the teams main body. Taki was a offensive jutsu style fighter.
"Indeed," he replied as the two of them prepared for their prey to come in view of them. Jin put a hand on both of his swords and stood still as Taki did handseals. "Earth style, swift earth!" he called out as the ground beneath Jin pushed him forward, giving him the boost in momentum he needed to get close to his target and swung both blades in a sweeping motion. The jounin level ninja were prepared however, blocking his blade with their own and attacking back. Little did they know Taki had used a military movement jutsu.
"Little rat!" the male called with a quick slash to his side. Jin jumped over the blade and landed perfectly on it, slamming it to the ground as he swung the blade at his neck. Taki surfaced behind the enemy ninja, but was unaware that the man had seen him. He reverse kicked Taki, the blow harming him a bit more since his was the weaker body, but Taki smiled as Jin caught his other half. He stood up, still relatively unharmed, and sunk back into his body. JinTaki ran forth, slashing with percision as the man was shocked by what he saw. He still dodged this however, and tried for a kick to the chest. Taki's upper half shot out and caught the foot, a smile forcing out of his face, and Jin ended the man's continued state of shock.

People who are wanting a 2nd bloodline for your 2nd rpc, I will not be accepting apps till the Vc's give me a list of those who can.

@havikthecold: Denied, You need to describe your Jutsu's better and also preform them correctly.

This is described horribly and when preforming a jutsu you preform a set of hand seals, speak the name, then the jutsu is preformed.

Also your Info on the bloodline is lacking, I told you that last time.
