Figures appearing in faded mist and blackened alley, faces that loom out of darkness into the pale rising sunlight. All so very strange, but uninteresting to Leviathan Cortez.
As the road stretched longer, a large '24 HOUR' Diner sign began to stand as a monolith ahead in the distance, a black tower within the forefront of the sunrise, it's shadow just now beginning to grow.
Lev never even bothered to look back. "Bring your friend if ye like." Lev scratched at his neck, biting at his bottom lip. "I'm gettin' some coffee." Lev wandered up to the old establishment, the jingle of copper bells his welcome into the warm diner as he parted the doors. Lev sat at the '70's style swivel chair bar-top, his muscles immediately relaxing, himself suddenly noticing the burden of draining and pushing electricity.
Leviathan was exhausted.
His eyes were heavy lidded, black rings hanging under his eyes like tea bags, his hair frazzled and spidery. His arms and fingers ached, himself now rubbing at the joints of his knuckles, a grimace forming over his lips.
A voice interrupted Lev's internal affairs, a waitress speaking up, "What'll it be hon?"
"Just three small coffee's, black, please?" A warm, tired smile, and Lev kept his face tilted down, resting his chin in his hands, elbows upon the counter now. The older woman smiled, scuttling off into the back, Lev giving a glazed and airy eye to the two strange men, one new one old. "So strange one, who's your friend?"

Gidget climbs back into the suit and nods to Annie, "Got it, I'll make sure it gets back here quickly. Don't worry about the kittens either, I'll take them back to Shane's apartment and Lilly can pick them up when she's ready. I'll catch you guys later." The armor envelops her. There is a hissing sound as the seals are pressurized. Her voice comes out of the com, "Then again, maybe you wont."

She giggles as the light bends around her suit. Her silhouette now resembles the Predator when it is cloaked. She turns and heads for the alley they just came from. As she does, she halts in place any time there is someone walking by. Though someone could make her out when she is mobile, if she remains absolutely still she is practically invisible. She decides it best to go ahead and contact her brother now.

The PDA of Shane Morris vibrates on his hip. He looks down at it to see the caller ID appear as ":3"

He grumbles and answers, "Gidget, you had better be calling to tell me you are on the way back."

"Psht, yea right. I just wanted to tell you about some people that I met."

"I don't care about that right now. That suit isn't ready to be used. And besides, it sure as hell isn't ready to be used by a thirteen year old girl."

"Do you really think I would have taken it if I hadn't tinkered with it myself to my liking. Anyway, shut up for a second. The fire at the office building in the city was caused by a man named Leviathan Cortez. Someone also said he is responsible for nearly killing a man at a bar earlier. I'm sending you a picture and a description of his powers now. This guy is dangerous Shane. His power output is stupid high. Also, he seemed to have an interest in a girl named Trinity. She seems to be new to her power, and he may attempt to use her for his own means. I'm sending you a description of her power. You may want to show it to Ms. Soichi."

"Where are you now?"

"Not gonna say specifically, but I am close to where Trinity lives. Shane, I want you to let me talk to her first. She's confused and scared, and I think she may trust someone closer to her own age."

"That isn't you job Gidget, you don't even have a job. Now get back here before-"

"Sorry Shane, I've got to go. I just found her bike and she needs it returned. Laters."

"No wait, Gidget...Gidget! Son of a b***h!" He snaps his found shut sharply and goes to find someone who may be able to track her down. He knows there is a good chance that wont happen. His sister is smart enough to disable any tracking devices the suit may have had.

"I'm seventeen," Annie said raising a brow at Lily's sarcasm. "And about your acid burns, most of the procedures you would need to do have already been taken care of when I changed the acid back to water. The key to treatment of acid burns is mostly about keeping them from getting worse. Personally I usually just bandage myself up and deal with the pain for the days to come. It doesn't look like you got affected too bad, just minor acid burns. Worse case scenario you'll have really faint raindrop scars wherever the acid hit."

She held out a hand, showing the back with a few small round scars scattering her hand, they were barely noticeable, "These ones bled for a whole day whenever unwrapped. Back in the days whenever I got frustrated everything turned to acid around me. Needless to say, taking a shower for stress relief was not a wise decision, not that I knew right after the accident with the meteor what I was capable of."

Annie bowed her head as she helped Lily along and said, "Sorry, I'm rambling. I never meant to hurt you. I've gotten sort of used to the chemical burns over the past few months, so I can help you clean up and wrap the wounds. It is mostly something that just heals in time."

Alias Part One follows after Lev, motioning to Vain to stay with him. He needed a break anyhow.

Alias Part Two, however, had made contact with Trinity. He spoke.
"Testing, testing..." He spoke to the silence. "What, nothing? It's a joke. Can you hear me?"

Alias 1 took the seat next to Lev. Vain looked around for a moment, and, seeing no available seats, stood near Alias, arm on the counter. He sighed and slumped a little, happy to be away from the girl Tansy's mind... that place was flat out creepy.

Alias gave a weary smile to Lev. "Strange one. That's me, right?"
He rested an elbow on the table uncivilly. "This is-"
"Vain." The other stranger was tired, but he proved himself able to speak. "I can speak for myself, Leviathan."
Alias raised his eyebrows. "No need to be rude. Guests should be polite and this man just ordered you a coffee. Show some respect."
"Oh, please, like you ever show respect when-"
Alias whacked Vain's arm and sent his head to the table. Vain didn't pick it up, he just murmured "Ow..." and lay in that position.
Alias looked back to Lev. "I'm assuming you want to talk." He said seriously, verging on darkly.

Vain had to put in a last word. "Brilliant, Sherlock."

Something about this song reminds me of Gray... but something about this song reminds me of Alias.

Gidget giggles, "Sorry to startle you. I used my suit to find your number and hack my name into your caller ID. That way you knew who was calling. Anywho, I totally forgot to find out where your kittens are."

Ratchet comes into her mind. She'd have to get back to the apartment soon to get him. He has enough food for a few days, but that litter box is going to be an absolute terror to clean.

Ako nodded to the nurse's question, saying; "Maybe she'll calm down when she sees she's got a friend close by. Where's her room?" To be honest, he felt like he needed to see a friend, too.

Ako smiled. "Hey, Tansy. How ya been?" He walked to the side of the bed, frowning at the straps. He turned back to the nurse and asked; "Can you take these off? She seems calm now, these are only causing stress."

Ako thought about telling the nurse he could handle Tansy if something did happen, that just yesterday he'd fought a robot, and help take down one of the most evil and powerful men he'd ever met. Instead, he just groaned under his breath and took a seat in the chair next to Tansy's bed. Once the nurse left he asked; "Are you okay, other than the drugs? It looked like you just passed out back there."
