Weld redirected his Gawin and it went for Kass to help her. He would wait until she was safe to free himself.

Without even moving the Gawin Nightmare was cut in half. The halves floated for a second before exploding, Dymalis appeared by Jasmine while it happened.
Weld sighed, he knew he had lost.

Weld reached into his pocket and drew a shard of a Atic crystal, cutting through the vines and drawing his sword back. He felt like he was on fire, but he wasn't yet.
