Kwubara watched as people headed inside the dojo or left he decided that he wasn't going to go in right away. After walking around the dojo for a little while. When the twenty or so laps where compleated Kwubara headed inside. The vocies from the kitchen lead him to the others. He stood in the doorway beside Tier and looked around the room memorizing faces and vocies along with studing everyone's posture.

Iri blinks. She had been off in her own world. But she quickly answers.
"As far as Rai Sensei goes, I don't see why Lina can't fill in the position. Most of what I know of Kaze has been learned through experimentation and a lot of imagination. Nyl and a couple others showed me the basics, and I think I've done pretty well for myself since then. Don't see why she can't do the same. So, she's got my vote." She looks to Reeve and adds, "Though, I don't think Rai will be a one person job. Lina has a more level head than you, Reeve, so she's better fit to lead that dojo. But, I would make you her Shojiki. Sending students out to fight would be her call alone, because, as you said, it's personal for you. But she could use your help in furthering her knowledge and rebuilding the Rai Dojo's list of techniques. She leads, but you have a purpose to keep you going and help you attain new levels of strength and skill. How does that sound?"

"It sounds good to me. It also sounds like we have a candidate for Headmaster," Reeve says, scratching the back of his head as he so often does.

He noticed Kwubara had also just now came in but didn't look at him right away.

She shrugged at Iri's suggestion.
"I don't have a problem with that idea I suppose... But something's been bothering me since Ishira's little power increase."
She started un-braiding her hair, it was basically a nervous habit
"I must admit, we seem to lack the higher elements now, but at least Hikari, Yami, and just straight spirit energy are in play with our opponents."
Lina looked to Reeve after his statement.

"That is a problem," Reeve nods. "We do have one paranormal element that they don't, however, but I don't know that it negates their advantages..."

Iri tilts her head in that birdlike fashion. So, at least her idea was a good one. But Lina's got another good point.
"Yeah, I'm thinking it was a bad move on Kaimen's part to abolish those three elements. I know we had Hikari and Yami. And I think we had a Spirit Dojo, too. Tamashii, or something like. Neither of which I have the least bit of experience in. And that puts us at a disadvantage. I've got respect for your foxfire, Reeve, but I don't know how far that gets us. So, we need Sensei for Tsuchi and Ho. Is it agreed that we should integrate Tamashii, Yami, and Hikari back into the GNA?"
Before she gets a response, she looks back to Reeve.
"And what's this about Headmaster? I hadn't thought much about it yet."
Jin moves behind Lina and puts his hands on her shoulders, squeezing just a little. He doesn't recognize her nervous habit. Though he does pick up on her tension. The gesture is purely supportive.

"I suppose we still have our own tricks, but Ishira's a light user which means my summoned creature shouldn't make an appearance if she can get in the way. I have the faintest sliver of how to force change energy from Rai to Hikari, but I wouldn't trust anything I did with it after Ishira's little threat pointed out that problem to me... "
She relaxed a little from Jin's actions. She kept her eyes on Reeve after Iri's question.

When Tier heard about the three newly introduced elements, it intrigued him.
"How powerful are those elements? I didn't even know those were things possible to be taught."

Iri goes to speak, but shuts her mouth. How powerful are those elements? Well, that's hard to say. And Iri really doesn't know how to explain them. The basics are even beyond her.
So, she gestures to Lina and says, "Eh, you take it away, buddy. I got nothin'. Nobody bothered to prepare me against elements such as those. I could make guesses, but I wouldn't trust a word of it. With your age, surely you've heard something of them."
Then she looks back to Reeve. "So who are you...?"
Iri stops and thinks about it. She really thinks about it. And the answer worries her a little. One finger comes up to point at her sternum.
"Oh. Uh... Well, I wouldn't say no. And I'm up to the challenge. Not sure what the general agreement would be on that, though."
(( Hate to sign out after such a short amount of time, but I can not stay up so late twice in a row. Was so tired I ran off without my wallet this morning. ))

She sighed and thought for a while.
"Ishira's hikari always either healed or used spirits, she never did much in the way of attacks around me though... I know that most people consider Light something of a mix between Rai and Ho elements."
"Spirit, it's different then elemental techniques. I've heard descriptions making it out as a way to put yourself into in-organic material, boost one's strength, cause damage similar to what those with the white eyes use. Best thing I can think of is it's like using a technique without an element, maybe it makes sense maybe it doesn't. Techniques change over time and I rarely find it a good idea to break out forgotten techniques as more often then not they are lost for good reason."
"Yami, you all knew that strange woman who used it didn't you? You probably know more then I about that element. The darkness can be shadow puppetry, attacks from the darkness, or maybe it's the real dark art in techniques. I know Ishira still knows some of that element, but she never really passed more on to me then that she used it and that one of our sisters lived in her shadow."
She tilted her head back towards Iri, amusement on her face.

Tier was looking at the floor as he listened to Lina's explanations.
"So it seems we aren't 100% informed on how these elements would be used against us. Intelligence gathering should be another addition to the list of things that have to be done.
I know that Kaimen saved certain documents from the Hikari Dojo before it was destroyed. What information they held and where they are is unknown to me. He had an underground "base" that he kept important objects in. Some of which objects are from the former Dojo's."

She felt slightly bad at upsetting Reeve. But at Tier's suggestion she shrugged.
"It couldn't hurt, didn't Tutsumi use Hikari as well? I doubt Ishira would have kept many records."
