"And, how did it go?" Lily asked.

"He's breathing again," Brad said with a wink, "He's pulling through."

Lily let out a sigh of relief when he said that. She had needed to here that, she had needed to hear that so much. She was so happy that she actually hugged Bradley. "Thank you," she said to him.

Bradley was surprised at the hug, but it wasn't unwelcome, "It was no trouble. He is my son afterall. However, before I left to look for you I noticed something. Kir's wing is positively filthy and Ezio doesn't know how to preen feathers...It's weird when a man preens another man's feathers...So we're at a sort of dilemma," he looked down at Lily in a meaningful way.

"I take it you need me to do it?" Lily asked with a slight smile. She let Bradley go and then went to walk back to the hotel room.

Bradley followed along next to her, "Well I figured my daughter-in-law would know how to preen my son's wings," He said lightly.

"I'm nt your daughter-in-law, not yet," Lily said, still looking ahead. "But soon, hopefully."

"Well, personally speaking I think Kir chose a good woman to protect and swear his life to," Bradley said and opened the door to the hotel. He let Lily walk through first in a gentlemanly style Kir occasionally does.

"Thankls," Lily said, quietly and thenmade her way towards their room. SHe wanted to see Kir breathing, she really did.

"When he recovers from this I think I might have to disinfect his back," Bradley added as he walked with Lily. Soon they were at the door to the room Kir is in. Bradley thought that maybe Lily would want to open the door herself this time so he waited for her to do so.

"And he needs some new clothing. His are all covered in blood," Lily replied and opened the door. Then she looked in towards where Kir was lying on the bed.

Bradley agreed with that too, but for now he needed rest more than anything else.
Kir really seemed to be only asleep now, and his breathing was even and calm. The blood in the blood bag was almost completely emptied into Kir's arm.
"By the way...I wouldn't recommend removing that eyepatch, or letting Kir do it himself for that matter," Bradley said, "His eye is still collapsed so try to get him to not use the crystallis for a while too."

"Okay," Lily said and walked over to Kir. She looked arouind something something to clean his wing with.

"There's some bandages," Bradley pointed to the cloth he had not used yet, "Do you think I should wait until he wakes up to bandage his back?"  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Well, I was thinking about peeling off some off his bloody clothing, so you could probably bandage him now," Lily replied, shrugging. She picked up one of the bandages and dampened it. Then she began to clean Kir's wing.
