Barbara opened that file, "There's not much here. I don't think it's directly under Abbots control. I.O. -- International Operations... There's something about a unit called 'Team Seven'.... and what the heck is 'Project Genesis'?"

"Don't know. Can you see if there is anything under the empoyees working for either project?"
He stood back behind her keeping a close watch of the screen. The more that he saw in the files the more he felt more worried.
"If not at least print of the workers names and the division they are under."

Tim glanced around the front of Kon to see Rogue who was walking on the other side of his friend. Was she talking about Kai or himself?
Kon took her question as talking about Tim and he looked at Robin, who had an unreadable look on his face.
"Aw, he'll be fine. He's had worse."
Tim took his gaze off Rogue and stood up a little straighter as they walked into the infirmary. To an extent, Conner was right. He had suffered more severe physical injuries before these times... but psychologically, Tim didn't think he'd ever taken such a blow before in his life. There were too many disappearances, deaths, and the giant holes in his group's knowledge only made things worse.

Kai walked behind them and caught up as they neared the doorway. She kept her right hand over her gun shot would hoping that it would go unnoticed for the time being. Since she planned on waiting till they made it to the cave at least. She knew that if Alfred patched her up it would heal right the first time as long as she didn't push herself afterwards. Kai kept quiet trying to not get attention brought to her. She spotted Nightshade as she walked in. She stopped by the door waiting, hesitating to enter the room further as she looked around. Kai shivered a little seeing how much it looked like a hospital, more or less. Shaking it off and standing up strait she stood near the doorway nearly frozen in dread. "I hate this place... but... wait why did I let Gar convince me to come here?" She thought to herself. Her wounds were still bleeding a little bit and despite the faint feeling she had she continued to hold herself up by the door avoiding the beds and tables in the room.
Kurt watched as everyone left towards different rooms. The war room one way and the infirmary another. Kurt shook his head and double checked all the doors to make sure they were secure before he teleported to the garage, to the training room, the mess hall, and several different corridors. He couldn't find a sign of kitty or the others. Once more he teleported to the training room where he sat for a moment.
"Where is everybody?"
He sat quietly his tail flipping behind him.
"The only two rooms anyone seems to be in is the War room and the infirmary... but I didn't see kitty, Scott or Xavier enter those rooms..."

Nightshade leveled a gaze at Kai, "You're seeping Red Cardinal. Get over here, I'll patch you up."
Rogue smiled at Tim while keeping pace with Conner, "Don't worry, we'll be glad ta back ya up.... As soon as Ah can have this dang slug pulled outta meh. Not too many things can actually hurt meh."
Oracle continued working on the files, "There. The printout should be coming out now. On another note, Special Agent Quinn and his underlings are about to move out from StarLabs in Central City. I've been keep track of Central City Police's chatter. Quinn is ceding control of the scene to them. Which means, Quinn will be leaving there with Starfire. If we lose track of Kori, we probably won't see her ever again."

Kon looked down at where she was hit and his expression slowly picked up and unusual look of doubt.
"Um... you got that from Abbot, right?"
Two shots had fired... one grazed him, and it was able to do so because it contained kryptonite. Now that he was in closer proximity with Rogue, and she still had her bullet... he really could feel some kind of foreign source draining him of his built energy.
Tim turned away from the two a moment to look around at the room they entered. Des had just called for Kai, and through Robin's experiences so far, he expected she would be reluctant to approach the doctor. What a curious reaction to someone who dedicated his life to helping injuries such as hers. Then again, Tim probably didn't know anything about why she thought that way.

Kai stood there for a moment. Before she walked over near Nightshade. She stopped a long enough distance away to not be in grabbing distance of him but close enough to not be so rude. She spotted the few bullets that lay on a bedpan near nightshade.
"You were shot. If those are all the bullets... I could..."
She sighed a little and held her good hand out. She concentrated her aura, creating a red glimmer of light around her hand. There were a few holes in his shirt that would indicate where the bullets were pulled from. Extending her hand out Kai placed it over one of his bullet wounds stepping closer. The wound began to heal almost immediately, and with her anxiousness to leave the room her aura was beaming to get the job done quickly. For Nightshade that would mean less scarring and for her it meant that she could leave the room quicker.
"...I'm sorry... but I would like to go to the cave after this. I don't..."
She removed her hand from the one wound and moved on to another. With her aura being used up, she could feel her own injuries a lot more. To help stop herself from fainting she used her other hand to begin healing her wound from the shot she got at the clock tower in Gotham.

Garfield picked up the sheet from the printer looking through the information. Mostly names but also labels, levels of command. He held the paper studying it. He listened to what she said about Star. Taking a moment to think he paused looking up at her.
"We can't loose Starfire. We have already lost enough Titans, we've lost enough of our friends."
He flipped through the papers looking at what he could find.
"Do you think that we can find out where any International Operations facilities are? If Quinn left what would be the chance he would go to the nearest facility, or a facility that is capable of holding Korrie other than Star labs?"

Scott was walking through the halls. He spent the better part of 2 days in a lower room listening to the news for the mention of friends. He knew of Kurt being in the training room when he went into the room earlier. Since nothing showed up on the news, except for the San Fransisco dome which was had disappeared he packed a bag full of food and snacks to hand out to his fellow teammates. He first headed to the garage. No one. He almost instantly noticed that his 500 GT convertible was gone.
"It was here yesterday!"
There was no way the car could have left, the garage exits were unusable. He continued to the training room to see if Kurt was in there. He loved the training room and aside from the solid white walls of the whole basement it was almost like a get away spot for him, since it was dark and quiet. He walked up to the room opening the door.
"Kurt are you in here?"
Kurt's head perked up as he heard Scott's voice. He stood up his tail swinging in joy.
"SCOTT! I can't believe it's you."
He ran over to the door and hugged him. He let go stepping back, a smile shown across his face. His yellow eyes glistening at the sight of his good friend.
"Man I haven't seen you for days, have you been hiding in a cave?"
Scott pulled his backpack around to show Kurt. He pulled out a small back of chips and tossed it to his friend who caught it happily. After tossing the bag he quickly zipped up his backpack putting it back on his shoulders and putting it behind him.
"No... I got food and I have been listening to the radio and scanners for news on friends and current events. What have you been doing?"
"It's a long story. There are a few people here, they call themselves 'Teen Titans'. We went on a mission to get some information. We actually just returned."
"And no one told me. Are you also going to tell me that one of these newbies took my car too?"
Scott crossed his arms. Xavier always put him on missions. Scott trained longer then the others, he was older and had more experience. The idea that the professor would allow them to go without a leader.
"Take me to whoever sent you guys on that mission... Now."
It was obvious in Scott's voice that he was a little more than upset by hearing this news. He stood there waiting for Kurt to show him to the organizer of the mission. He almost felt that maybe Xavier didn't send them but one of the so called Titans dragged Kurt along with them.
Kurt suddenly felt guilty for having left without Scott. He kept quiet since it seemed to be the best thing to do at this point. He took a hold of Scott's arm and he teleported them into the hall outside the war room.
"They're in there..."
He whispered almost as though trying to hide the fact that he had brought his angry friend there to see them.
"Thanks."
With that he walked into the room leaving Kurt in the hall.
((I am thinking that under I.O. it would list these names... Ivana Baiul, Alicia Turner, Alejandro Rios, Marc Slayton, Professor Russell Tindalos, Dr. Simon Tsung, Dr. Jack Summers, and Dr. Rose summers. What do you think Skuld. Considering the circumstances I think this would be the best team to stick together. Although Dr. Simon would have to work against his will since he isn't a corrupt scientist in I.O. technically he went into hiding but I think we can have him stuck there again.))

(Oh man. I'm getting the feeling Scott won't be too... enthused to see that atleast half the team that went to Stonewall was under twenty...)
Tim wandered further from Kon and Rogue to approach Des and Kai.
"Is there anything I can help with?"
His question was asking either one of them, since they both had the abilities, one way or another, to heal.

Nightshade went to guide Kai onto the table, "Well, we need to get that bullet out of you and dress the wound. Otherwise, you could end up with an infection. We cant have that, can we?"
Rogue turned back to Conner, "Yeah, Abbot shot meh... and it really hurts. He's coolin his heels in the slammer. That's one twisted old geezer. He had a gun stashed in his shorts."
Oracle calmly wheeled around and looked at the stern-looking X-Men. Babs noticed his demeanor, "Can I help you?"

Scott stood there glaring at the woman through his Sunglasses.
"You're a 'Teen Titan'?"
Gar stepped forward towards the guy putting his hands up.
"Woah... okay I am a Teen Titan, this is Oracle..."
Scott walked over and pushed the Titan on the shoulder. He was furious about not going to that mission to help.
"I suppose your one of the Titans that thinks you can tell us X-men what to do, take our younger members on dangerous missions without guidence."
"hold on..."
.......................
"Nightshade... wait. I don't need."
Kai realized that she completely forgot the shot she got from the assassin when she was in charge of him.. Kai was led to the table near Nightshade's table. She stood next to it gripping the side.
"I don't know if I said this before but I don't like doctors, or hospitals."
She said nervously.
"Not that I don't like you it's just that I prefer Alfred."
She sighed standing infront of him. She glanced over at Robin hoping that he would intervien.

Barbara's temper flared up a bit as she moved forward toward Cyclops and addressed the X-man with some venom, "For your information Sir, no one forced any of your teammates. Everyone here has been very helpful. We have friends and family dying to these assassins, and your friends have been doing everything they can to help us. And as I understand it, you've had your share of people doing monstrous things toward mutantkind. We're mourning the deaths of friends and family, and you're bent out of shape out of some misguided idea that we have been forcing anyone to do anything they don't want to!?!? We have had nothing but kindness from the rest of your team, and quite frankly you're doing them a disservice!!!"
Nightshade set to work as he calmly spoke to Kai, "Is your Alfred an M.D.? Relax, you're in good hands. I used to be in charge of Central City General a lifetime ago."
Jinx heard raised voices, "What's going on over there?"

"Um, Kai, about Alfred... apparently there was an... incident at the manor..."
Ah man, Tim wasn't sure if this was the right time. It could have been the worst time to bring this up, but she had to know, and now.
"See he's... at Gotham General right now."
There was no hiding the nervousness in his voice, and Robin rubbed the back of his neck. He looked guilty for not telling her earlier, and he felt just so.
Superboy looked at Rogue rather uncomfortably with this information. So it was definitely the effect of Kryptonite he was feeling.
"Okay.... well, this might be a little weird to explain. About that bullet-"
This was so awkward. Conner never really had to explain the whole weakness thing about the little rare green crystal. Everyone he met already knew about that kind of thing because of Superman.
"It's got a rare substance that drains my strength. It's a little bump that comes with being Kryptonian-"
He paused a moment and turned his head. Oracle's yelling was echoing out of the war room and down the hall, and Kon didn't need superhearing to hear that.

Rogue showed concern, "Oh gawd, Ah'm sorry. Uhhhh... Somebody's shoutin. I bettah see what's it about."
Marie grimaced when she turned to make her way back to the War Room.

Kai took a deep breath standing next to the table. Hearing that alfred was at the hospital she became suddenly worried about him. She put her left hand on Nightshade to push him back.
"We need to go see Alfred... see if he's okay."
.....................
Gar shrunk back afraid of getting scolded next, despite having not really done anything wrong. He glanced at the man for a moment before looking back at Oracle.
"You don't understand. You might be loosing your friends but I don't want to loose mine."
He glared at her. He crossed his arms since he wasn't angry at the green kid anymore.
