Sujin was starting to get a bit fed up with this jutsu. He looked into his own eyes, and fell back to the ground lightly, his robe coming up behind him and exposing his face. "I'm too good at finding myself." He said quietly to himself and thought for a second about the depth of the words. He would have to tell his grandfather about today when they had tea together later. With that he pulled his robe over his face and took off at a sprint, hopping onto the roof of the dojo. There he squatted down on the roof, and faded into the background. From above he saw his clone searched the trees touching them like he had before just to see if they were real.

(Omg just realized it's like the invisibility cloak in Harry Potter)

'Still...even assuming this is some sort of plot... that still doesn't explain why there was something so familiar about him...I'm positive I haven't met him before...' Of this he was certain. Xen had a fairly good memory for faces though sometimes he pretended he didn't, and earlier while he'd been hiding he'd even been combing through his childhood memories for some sign of him...but no, he was certain now, they had not met before. The agile arranging of the string was more rapid now as his thoughts became more involved. 'What does it mean then...' this was where he kept getting stuck. He knew what it didn't mean...but he didn't know what it did mean.

He tilted his head slightly, another habit of his, when he was pondering something intensely. He decided to recant what he knew, step by step from the start.

First of all the suspected Chuunin was older than him, but not by that much perhaps 17 or 18...19 at the most. Secondly that his abilities were, if he himself was not, that of chuunin, though he hadn't seen to much evidence, he'd seen the tip of the iceberg, and that was enough to tell him one was in the water. He might even have hiding his true power...but that was unlikely, still, he'd no intention on counting it out as a possibility.

Thirdly, his personality seemed light hearted and polite, kindly even...though of course no one was more suspcious of such an air as he, the one who wore it as a mask almost every day of his life since he realized it's usefulness.

Of course, now that he thought about it, it was almost habit now. It had almost become more a part of his personality than an act he was putting on. He simply didn't show what he was thinking, the happy go lucky, laid back front was just a natural reaction now.

Sujin, hopped down from the roof right in front of his clone who calmly turned around and shrugged. He didn't bother to take off his hood before jumping into the trees once more. he sat in the branches watching Xen work. The kid trained like crazy, he couldn't even keep up with him. His clone came dangerously close to him though, and Sujin stopped to watch him, holding his breath. This game was rather exciting. He passed by and the boy thought he was safe, however, the clone soon returned and looked up to him. Sujin knew he had been found and jumped down. "You're really bad at this jutsu." The clone said to him.

The sun was starting hit the 10:00 mark and a single beam shot the tree's making the surface of his glasses shine, covering his eyes.

Yes... he was certainly a puzzle... the man could be like him, putting on a mask, or...he could just be that way, and really was just what he seemed to be... Xen would have let the topic drop till further evidence presented itself, if it wasn't for the feeling of de ja vu... that alone was what prolonged this dilemma... Still, there was nothing much left that he could do. The fact was he still didn't have enough information... and without that information, grasping for a conclusion was fruitless endeavor. Though it was against his nature to simply let something drop. Xenon put it at the back of his mind. He would cross such a bridge if ever it fell before his feet.

He blinked absently. He held up the thoroughly cradled string and deposited it away a pocket of his black Jeans. With another hand, he pulled out his Black Journal and it's companion Pen. He opened the booklet and began to write something in it. After about three minutes he stopped, and put both away. After checking his watch he took a deep breath, starting to shift his weight from on foot to the other. He was going to go for a run... maybe when he was done he'd try for those push ups again, he smirked briefly, before taking off...

The training grounds were actually rather large, all things considered, but then despite his inexperience, Xen was training to be a Ninja, he didn't think he'd have to much trouble. Covering his mark at full speed, but he wasn't about to let himself get over confident. He continued to run at full speed, his coat flowing behind him.

As he rounded the corner he avoided running into occupant of the fields, he supposed he was foolish to think that he and Sujin would be the only ones present. He returned his attention forward. He supposed that running was suppose to be a calming time...one for reflection. But for some reason he could never really focus when he was running, his mind was at the task at hand...still... he supposed that was why he was running, he needed it to become natural, needed to increase his endurance such that running was nothing to him. He pressed on...

He didn't really even feel it yet, he was running just fine. As such he decided to try and detach himself, not loose awareness, but rather be able to concentrate on other things while still running.

What to think about...

"You know son, did I ever tell you our family used to be Ninja's?" His father said with a rather teasing grin.

"Wha!? Really? They did?" Xen asked with an excited tone.

His father winked "You bet they were. Your great grandfather was a real shinobi, though he never really made it all that far, he was the last person in our family to have our secret power."

Xen's eyes shone with wonder "Secret power?" he said as though they were in a temple.

His father laughed "Don't you worry, our clans long lost it's power. We're just normal folk now."

Xen stood tall "That's okay dad, I don't wanna be a ninja any way, I wanna be like you! I wanna be a doctor so I can help people." His father laughed.

"Say... Dad?".Xen looked up at his father as they ate ice cream on the park bench.

"What s it son?" his father asked with a warm smile.

"Do you...have nightmares?" Xen tilted his head, a habit of his.

His father looked at him slightly surprised "Hm? Well, sometimes yes." he raised an eyebrow "Why, did you have a bad one?"

Xen shook his head licking his ice cream "Nope. I've never had a bad dream."

His father lifted an eyebrow "Never?"

Xen shook his head absently "Nope...not never ever."

Suddenly, for the briefest of moments, his father's face looked slightly worried "Never?"

Xen took a long draft from the small Water bottle he kept for his work out, it was the only one he had. He'd have to refill it later, because their was little left. Putting it away, putting the small container back into the pouch like pocket just below his back one. He was about 3 tenths of the way through his goal.

"Hikari, I'm just saying its possible...I don't know-" But Xen's mother interrupted him.

"Daisuke, don't lie to me... you know don't you... you know what he is. He inherited you clans Blood limit..."

Xen's father put a hand over his face. "I...I don't know for sure he's inherited the Kekke Genkai...he's still to young to tell." he sighed "But...I suspect so."

Xen's mother looked heartbroken. "My god... we have to go somewhere, Maybe Oto, they'll-"

But Xen's father looked suddenly angry "No...if we go to a village he won't have a choice... it's true he might be safe there but..." he looked at his wife sadly "They'd turn him into a weapon Hikari...is that what you want for him? For our boy?"

His mother looked like she was about to cry. "No..."

Xen adjusted his glasses to stop them slipping further down the edge of his nose. He was almost half way there...

"Maybe we can just take him away from here then...somewhere far far away where we won't have to see another person..."

"Hikari listen to yourself..." Xen's father conforted holding her. "How would we live...?"

His mother was resting her head on his father's shoulder as he stroked her hair. "Daisuke...you know what they'd do if the found out... you know what they'd do to him..."

But Daisuke looked suddenly idealistic "No...I have faith in the people of this town... I've taken care of them...I've saved more than few lives...I have faith they would accept Xen even if they found out..."

Hikari just shook her head, tears starting form as she gave a sad smile "Your so Naive..."

His father winked at her "But that's why you married me right." she gave a sad laugh though her tears... Xen shut the door to his room as quietly as he could...

Xenon could almost feel the wind blowing beside him, he felt he could used to running like this.

Sujin just rolled his eyes. And jumped away, this time he scaled the pillar of the dojo and concentrated chakra in his hands and feet to attach himself to the bottom of the roof. He pulled his robe in close to his body so it wouldn't hang down and look odd. He waited for a few minutes, while people walking in and out of the dojo didn't notice him. The clone ventured inside as well looking all around the place, he didn't catch on at all where Sujin really was though. Beneath his mask he smiled, and the bunshin exploded. A few people close by who hadn't even noticed he wasn't real jumped and stared in awe at the clearing smoke. Sujin fell from the ceiling and pulled off his cloack teiing it back around his waist.

Xen stared as the squirrel ran about happily in a circle, pleased that it's leg was healed. Xen tilted his head.

"I bet you don't have problems like this huh little guy...you just collect nuts all day...that's all you ever have to worry about...yourself. You don't have to worry about things like...the right thing to do." He frowned "what's that mean any way...no one does the right thing because it's the right thing...not really...they just do it because they want to, they just tell themselves the right thing is the thing they want to do..." he looked slightly confused. "But...then...are my parents just wrong... they say I'll know what the right thing is...but... is there really such a thing?" the squirrel looked at him curiously, having absolutely no idea what he was saying. He smiled "Heh...don't worry...I guess I'm just saying stuff..."

Xen was still in top form, the sprint still not wearing him down. He was almost sure he'd make it through the whole way without stopping, but that didn't mean he was going to let up either, he pushed himself that much harder...

Xenon rounded a corner and slowed his pace a bit, while still not coming to a stop. The effect from the attack still scarred the village...still left their mark on all their lives. He wanted to say he hated the people who'd done it, but in truth he wasn't really the type to hold a grudge on such grounds. That's not to say he wasn't the type to hold a grudge period, his stubborn nature would probably hold a grudge for all eternity if he ever actually got the inkling for one, but in truth he didn't often take things personally. He was more often to hate people for who they were rather than what they did.

He examined things from others perspective and often times found he would have done the same or worse, hence their was really no point in begrudging them. Now that's not to say he wouldn't kill them with extreme vigor, but it wouldn't be personal.

He noted he was slowing and sped back up, continuing on.

The run was starting the show it's consequences, but he didn't pay it much mind, the side effects weren't to extreme. he once more had to push up his glasses, his face slick with the sweat forming, but it didn't slow him down at all, if anything, he seemed even more determined to keep his pace. His golden eyes were now sharp, as they were when his mask fell away, for whenever he was giving something his real effort, he didn't often keep his persona.

'I wonder...am I truly the only one who sees this world for what it is. Surely their must be others...' he remembered Sujin 'Him...if he truly was as he acted, how in the world could he get so strong...with such an attitude...' he stopped that line of thought, smiling "Heh..." he said through keeping his breath 'It's because power is not reserved for those who see the truth... if that were so...then this world would not be run by fools and weaklings...the shinobi ruled by the sheep...such a foolish system...still..' he smirked, a shadow falling over his eyes 'It works well enough I suppose... after all...if the wise ran the world, they would have all Shinobi outside their immediate control killed...but then...what could be said for marking missing nin..." he smirked wider 'Perhaps this system is not as inept as it appears... hm hm...'
