She could hear him, as clearly as he could hear her Soemthing about two psychics connecting, she supposed, and something in the back f her mind whimperes, as she slid into his lap, shivering, cupping his cheeks.

He swallowed the lump that built in his throat and nodded. Of course she was right, they'd know. But he didn't care. He wouldn't tell anyone unless she wanted him to...Then he'd tell whoever she wanted.
I can keep secrets...he muttered, gazing deep into her eyes, longing to kiss her again.

She wtched him, pantign softly, mind racing. This was wrong, this was wrong, this was wrong. She closed her eyes and groaned softly, chewing her lip, roughly, puncturing it again, murmuring,
"I can't. I can't do this. Saber . . . I can't. I love him, I can't do this."

Jak drew a sharp breath, his wings sensitized to his lover's caresses. He pulled away from his kiss, dropping heated kisses down his throat.

Suru shivered, pleasantly, biting his lip and arching up to meet him, stroking the soft, leather fans between the phalangeal bones.
He paused a moment, lookin back and muttering, softly, thickly,
"Did you hear something?"

Shinji swallowed hard and looked to the side. I should leave then...he said softly, shifting to stand once more. He looked back to Opheliah, a deep sadness in his eyes. He couldn't deny his heart what he felt for the girl, whether he wanted to or not. And holding her just then made it all that much worse for him. He shook his head and looked away, not wanting to leave.

She whined, softly, unconciously, and reached out for his hand, gripping it tightly. Despite everything, she didn't want him to go. Things were so jumbled in her head between her feeling for the two boys and the alchohol . . . .
"Shinji, please . . . stay. Please."

Jak shivered, his wings flexing under his fingers. With a soft groan he lifted his head to listen, lowering again to nuzzle Suru's ear, murmuring softly, "I dont hear anything love..."

Blushing softly at Opheliah's grasp of his hand, Shinji nodded and slunk back to the couch, wrapping an arm around her and pulling her to himself. Talk to me, love...he whispered softly, petting her hair. He let his eyes fall shut and rest his head to hers, sighing softly. I want to know what's going on in your mind...People and creatures in the mortal realm always seemed so confused, and he didn't quite understand. Where he was from, if people cared for eachother, they acted on it. Nobody was reserved to one, because tehre was no need. If you loved, you loved. That was all that mattered. For example, he thought to himself, his mother had so many lovers she couldn't count them, and he had so many siblings it was maddening. But here, people stayed with one. One. Otherwise, it was taboo.

She leaned in and rested her head on his shoulder, sliding into his lap, closing her eyes.
"I . . . I don't know. I mean . . . . . Shinji . . . . Liam, ever since the first day I met you, I wanted to know you. I wanted to be with you. But I was so afraid. And Saber. Sabe is so much like everything I liked about Lucius. Everything I like about you. And I love him. But now . . . "
Suru hummed softly and nodded, pulling Jak back down into a kiss, but made sure to stay quieter. He listened as he pressed him back onto the bed, nuzzling his cheek and kissing down to his shoulder.

Shinji kept his eyes closed softly as he cradled Opheliah. I wanted to know you too...he told her, sighing softly. But you always got so flustered, and left. I thought I was doing soemthing wrong...and continued to feel that way...He held her closer and shifted to kiss her lips softly. I don't want you to feel afraid...I don't want you to feel lost...his voice was soft, sincere - honest.
