I...am making a sweater. By crocheting it. ^^ I don't know if I will ever finish it. The yarn I chose is so expensive! Lol, why do I do this to myself? Plus there are three scarves I have tasked myself with and that crosstitch which I really should work on too....

The sweater will be one of those longer sweaters with an open front. I hope the yarn won't end up too heavy...That would suck. Ugh.

The scarves...I started making one last year. O.O Never finished it. So I started to make a mock one to see how to use the pattern because I couldn't figure it out. I figured it out! Unfortunately, I doubt a cabled scarf would look nice with eyelash yarn. All those pokey things would obscure the pattern! What's the point?

So I had to find another pattern. I found several and asked the DragonSong which she'd like and of course she picked the most complicated lacy like one there. XD I really should have expected it. Oh well, I should enjoy learning this one. Maybe. It uses circuler needles...

The third and last scarf is one I want to make for my step-dad's daughter. She's coming to visit us all the way from Texas for Christmas! She's actually arriving on Christmas day. I want to make a cabled scarf for her too. She like green and black, so I'd like to find a way to get both colors onto the scarf but I don't know if I will. Humph.

I'd love to make it so the cabled part of the scarf is black and the background green...or maybe the other way around. If I can't then I'll make a green scarf...maybe with black fringe? Black edging on each end? I do have to knit four rows at beginning and end. I was thinking about stripes, but my mom said NO right away. What's wrong with wide stripes on a scarf? oO

Does that need a hyphen? One-hundred? *sigh* Oh, Ash, why couldn't you have given me one color instead of two when I asked? XD As for the crosstitch, it's a huge one called 'The Green Lady'. I assume for her green dress and not for her yellow hair, and fair skin, and white horse. Oh man! My crosstitch is mostly green, my sweater is green, Ash's scarf is going to be green, She Of Many Names likes purple, and DragonSong's scarf is purple. Everything I'm working on is green or purple! Them's plagueland colors, them's is. If I add some red works, I'll have all the flavours of the plaguelands. LOL, I am such a nerd.

Better to over hyphen than not? *shrug* Anyway, speaking of plaguelands, I really should play WoW...Man, I haven't played since a couple days in September! gonk That can't be good! ...Need to make scarves, a sweater, finish a crosstitch, clean up my room, help clean the kitchen, clean the bathroom, do my laundry, read those books, write that letter...^^; Could playing KH and WoW make the list? Oh man, I am so useless! XDD

I like nudge. XD But man, that Wrath expansion that's coming up just sapped my will. All I wanted was to get Felawnie up to the max level, figured an expansion wouldn't be for some time and I could get there even though I'm a slow poke...Then they popped Burning Crusade on us and upped the max lvl. I almost choked but, ok, that's just ten more lvls, so now I have 30 instead of twenty to go...I should be ok. Then they start talking about the next one and how it'll go even farther...I don't even knoo if the expansion is out yet but that killed me. Really, think about it. You had 20 to go then BAM 30 to go. Then you get it to 20 again, and they start talking about the next one. By the horns of Sageras, I'll never catch up! It's like Mom and the drinking age! ...*cough* Betcha I start playing again and they release it. Bastards.

...'Horn's of Sageras'? sweatdrop Is it bad that I'm more worries about the spelling than by the fact that I swore by the horns of a fictional demon creature? And while I rather like the faction splits in the new horde, what is with people saying Illidan is now stronger than Sageras? Wasn't Sageras a TITAN at one point and one of the strongest to boot? ******** no, Illidan isn't stronger than him! No way! I don't CARE what Blizzard says; there's no way! You do not eat the energy of a long dead shaman and suddenly get that powerful. *clings to notions of demonly power* We poor mortals are going to save ourselves through constant vigilence, the intelligence to pick our battles, and alliances between the old horde and the...um, alliance.
