I've already put up the same mental barrier to it that I have to Twilight and Harry Potter, and me watching it would probably result in me going in extremely prejudiced, picking the show apart, piece by piece, and actively trying to not enjoy it. cool That's how I roll.

That's not exactly a mentality I'd embrace (partially because I could see it getting in the way of enjoying much more significant things than popular media, partially because Harry Potter is ******** awesome, and partially because it's what gets people over the age of 12 who play Pokemon picked on), but it's your life, and your horizons are yours to expand or constrict as you see fit. sweatdrop

Usually happens when a work's fans get on my nerves more than anything, though I really don't really know why it happened with Harry Potter...heck, I might even be swayed on that one if someone catches me in the right mood. *has probably been on Dramatica a little bit too much lately*

Right about now a game called sanctum is on sale on steam, for 3.50
That's pretty damn inexpensive, you might notice.
But hey, I'm not expecting that you want to go out and take my word for it.
You can go play the s**t out of this god damned demo, available on your local steam client, or here.
THIS IS PRETTY MUCH A GAME FOR COOL PEOPLE.
you have to know how to SHOOT things. IN THEIR ALIEN FACE.
you also have to know how to BUILD turrets, and make them SHOOT THINGS FOR YOU.
The nice thing is you can have as much or as little of the two as you'd like, Ie you can shoot everything with your b***h-pimpin guns, or sick you baddass turrets on them instead, spending your gold where you chose.
this can all be yours for cheap for the next 18 hours. get dem downloads
And If three of you seem really interested I might just spring for the combo pack.

I would totally go ahead and get the game, but the money I do have in my bank account is owed to someone else. I certainly wouldn't turn it down as a gift, though. biggrin
