Tobi winced at her yelling. "I just asked what you are doing! Fine." He got up and walked out of his house, staying on the stairs as a whole bunch of people ran past to the gates. He grabbed Itachi and pulled him next to him. "Whats going on?"
Zyuki nodded. "I am immortal, but I don't know about you." She held the blade infront of her.
Uzaki got wide eyed. "So this whole time...I thought you were the last of my family you wern't even from my family at all." He looked down as she touched his cheek.

Kuntai smiled a small apolgetic smile.
"No.....No I'm not, I'm sorry." She pulled her hand away and looked at his eyes. "Things probably would have been alot easier if I hadn't come around. You wouldn't have to deal with the pain of the rinnegan, you wouldn't have that curse mark." She looked down. "I might have been dead but you would be happy.."
itachi stubled a bit.
"The hokage's evacuating the village. The ultimate ninja is here and tor's about to realese everything she's got to protect all of us."
Tor closed her eyes and centered herself. She brought her sword up.
"I might not be immortal, but I am a pain in the *ss to kill. Ask any of the people that know me....Oh right! You can't." Tor opened her eyes showing the sundrokomi sharingun, her most powerful, dangerous, and painful sharingun. Her whole body suddenly burst into purple-ish blue chakura in the shape of a fox and heat radiated from her. "Because if you try to take one step twords anyone other than me in this village I will fillei' you."

Tobi growled. "God dammit Tor! Well get as many as you can get out and as fast as possible. Is Sasuke helping?" He asked.
Uzaki shook his head. "Without you...I could of been alone in the world. Even if were not blood related you are still considered my sister." He smiled at her. "Without you I couldn't have opened my eyes to the rinnengan."
"Ya, I heard your a pain in the *ss. But I must ask, where you get the know-how on me?" Zyuki asked.

Tor growled.
"Yama told me..he has to know alot, he's a gaurdian spirit..." Sh*t!! If I tell her about tobi she'll go after him for Madara.!!! "Toib!! Surpress your chakura!" Tor reached to the back of her neck and ripped half the seal of for Yama. Tor's skin melted away and a whole bunch of tails formed, she still had her sharingun.
Kuntai sighed and started walking away.
"Problem is I dont see you as a brother..." She opened the door the wind made her coat flap. She turned around briefly. "Good luck with the sword...I heard that kisume left hid sword somewhere by the sand for anyone who could guess where it is." She turned around and shut the door. She walked out into the mist.
Itachi-
"Sasuke's gotten alot of people out." A chakura blast hit them. "Tobi come on!" He grabbed his shirt and dragged him off.

Tobi nearly stumbled down as he was dragged by Itachi. He heard Tor and made a seal to surpress his chakura.
Uzaki frowned again. "Kisame's sword is pretty useless unless to take chakura." He said as she left.
Zyuki raised a eyebrow. "Makes sense for you both fear me." "Only a few know about me..." She thought and waited. "You gonna stand there all da- wait...your buying time aren't you?!"

Torgrita smiled a cocky grin.
"No, sence you're the immortal one, I'm giving you the honor of attacking first.." Tor took a stance she hadn't used in years. She made a symbol at the floor infront of her with her own melting skin. She handsignaled. ghost relignment jutsu: Deflection sheild of protector's gaurdian...
Kuntai kept walking.
'you are still considered my sister-you are still considered my sister-you are still considered my sister.'..So i am only his sister, he's older obnocous sister. Yet he is still blind- blind to feelings, he always has been. It started to rain and it completely soaked kuntai.
Itachi ran still pulling Tobi.

Zyuki covered her blade in black chakura and ran at Tor to slice at her sideways.
"Itachi! I can run too ya know!!" He kept up with Itachi so he didn't smack straight into the pavement.

Itachi let go of Tobi and looked back.
Tor be careful, dont get yourself killed....again.
Kuntai walked back into the atkatsuki hide out after walking for some time. She shook off the extra rain that was dripping from her hair. Anyone who was blind in both eyes, death, and mentally retarded could tell she was in a bad mood.
The sword hit a wall and bounced back.
"Release!" Suddenly the barrier became opaque black and blasted a chakura wave at Zyuki. It also dented the ground were she was at. So had sealed. "From the depths of the seals that were place by the third hokage, I call forth the demon spirit Iruko to gide my sword and give me power.." Tor's eyes turned blazingly red and black tendrills of darkness started thrashing around her, she went into third stage,

Uzaki walked out of the office and disappeared into the mist to escape the guards.
Zyuki growled as she was pushed back.

((*sniffles* It sucks that we live in two totally different time zones... gonk ))
Itachi whipped around and started to follow Tobi again.
"Do you think she'll go too far??"
A tendrill whipped out and kut Zyuki across her legs and otherone slashed her right down her side. Tor hand sealed.
This is only my second time doing this... "Acient Uchiha clan Jutsu: Bloodline Chidori!!" The red and white chidori formed in her hand. "Prepare to vanish Zyuki....Madara was tamed, I can tame you.."

Tobi bit his lip. "If we know Tor then ya...where is sasuke?" Tobi asked, people ran past them at the gates.
Zyuki raised e eyebrow. "Oh ya, thats right! Your brother is Madara Uchiha. No one can be tamed Torgrita. Not me nor him." She smirked.

Tor disappeared comming up behing zyuki.
"Lions barrage!!" She slid under zyuki, kicked her up, jumpedup beside her, kicked her again then disappeared underneath her, pulling her down then kiching her into the ground, then she dove and shove the chidori through her head.
Itachi-
"He's already gone!!! Come on!!" Itachi bolted off.

Tor stepped back and dropped her katanna. She changed back to normal, and there were cuts and bruises all over her. She waited sitting down.

Zyuki's body went into the floor disappearing as outside she regrew whatever she was missing. Zyuki made as eal and hid her presence so Tor would think she dissolived into the floor and was still dead.
