If a bloodline technique is a ninjutsu, do post reductions for ninjutsu apply?
The answer is yes, if Odoeb's answer wasn't clear. This applies to Sharingan, all elemental bloodlines, and a majority of the clans. Bloodlines/Clans such as Byakugan and Hakemoto [custom clan] receive Taijutsu reductions, and I believe Sakkakugan get Genjutsu.
