"You'll see," Cody said, and smiled. He took a bite of his cake. "I'll take you tomorrow, if you like." He smiled at Toby. "Yeah," he said. "Dari's shown me almost as much as I've shown him, though."
"It's fun to share things," Maia said, and smiled.

"Sure," Dari said with a nod. He was willing to go anywhere with Cody, really.
"...an alien'll do that," Toby teased. He smiled up to Dari who smiled back.

"He gave me information on aliens for my birthday," Cody said, smiling at Toby. "Finally showed me his baby pictures! They're not as embarrassing as mine, though."

"I know. I had to help him get it," Toby admitted. Being Head Agent meant you could pull strings. In fact he was a little disturbed by how little pull Dari seemed to have with anyone who wasn't a friend. Hopefully people would learn.
Toby laughed then and shook his head, as if he had been about to say something and rethought it.

"Really? Thank you, Toby," Cody smiled. "I'm going to read it tonight." He looked to Dari and smiled happily. "We could start a bakery one day, you know. Out of this world cakes for sale!"

Toby let out a bark of laughter. Dari reached out and playfully punched Cody's leg, but smiled fondly at him.
"I'm no baker," he said, "Only on special occasions."
"It's my recipe anyway!" Toby assured them.
"Your mother's," Dari corrected.
"Well close enough."

"Fantasy cakes?" Cody suggested, smiling at Toby. "I don't know. Werewolf cakes doesn't have the same ring to it."

"Hey, at least I don't shed any more than the average human," Toby said with a smirk. He was lucky for that, at least, or there would be some serious electronic maintenance needed for anything in those were-rooms, air intake especially.

"Good, the health department won't have to get involved," Cody snickered. "Dari says he's going to take me to visit your head quarters soon," he said.
"You get to meet Seamus, then," Maia piped up. "I'll tell him to be nice."

"I'm hoping everyone will be nice," Dari said, "Seamus isn't the worst of my worries."

Cody shook his head and grinned. A non regulated entity only bakery!
"Seamus likes cursing people to believe they're cursed." Maia said, looking to Cody. "But if you give him something to eat, he's very nice. He's never cursed me."!

"That's all cat sidhe can do," Dari added. "It's their only curse. For an Unseelie they can't do all that much damage with magic." He turned to Maia then. "We're bringing food for sure."

"He likes cake," Maia offered, looking to Cody, then she smiled at Dari. "And turkey slices."

"The ones that are especially unseelie don't stick around long,"Toby admitted. They tended to want to head back out on their own.
"And tuna, lunch meat, plain meat, bread... not so big on fruit but he'll eat watermelon," Dari added.
