Hoshi- Yup when you go to the regional pokemon wifi tournaments you can get an event Eevee.

Well I'm currently training myself a Houndoom, since its one of my favorites yet I've never used one competitively...I'm debating on a moveset for it though, Should I go with Heat Wave, Fire Blast, or Flamethrower?

Hoshi- Well Heat Wave has a base power of 100 and Acc of 90% which isn't bad at all
Fire Blast has 120 with 75%
Flamethrower has 95 with 100%
So really its a toss up between heat wave and flamethrower
Edit- Ice types are also weak against Fighting types btw
