Skipping breakfast puts your body into panic mode and it stores the rest of the food for the day as fat assuming that's all it's going to get for a while.
The best breakfast you can have is high in protein and low in carbohydrates.

Oh it was all lies. xD My mom bought be Tim Horton's for breakfast, but it was in a box. I have a breakfast sandwhich and a cruller. :D

I mispronounce words with a French origin on purpose just so I can piss off every Quebecker within earshot. That's the beauty of living in Ontario.

Lady Psycho Sexy I mispronounce words with a French origin on purpose just so I can piss off every Quebecker within earshot. That's the beauty of living in Ontario.
I could probably go back to learning French. It'll most likely all snap back since I was sorta fluent in it due to like, four years of French Immersion.
