Trying to spur activity in an RP guild is extremely hard. Especially when the members seem to not want to post outside of the main RP thread..
I've also been trying to recruit people to join, but finding people to join an RP guild is even harder than getting people to post outside the main RP thread.
All I want is a little input from the members but when I asked for that, I only got input from one member and both crew members.
I don't even know what job the crew members are supposed to be doing. Recruiting people is apparently the captain's job, approving characters is also the captain's job. So far, the only thing the crew members have done is add in to the world-building/history section of the RP and disable signatures when they're forgotten to be disabled (for the main thread only).
There's no members to keep in line because.. well, no one ever really posts outside the main thread.
Is a liiitttlllee activity too much to ask?

I have had two girlfriends. I am still with one today, for three years now and currently still counting, she is the love of my life. My ex-girlfriend, I was with, I believe, for 2 years. She broke my heart and tore my world into pieces because she cheated on me with one of my friends, who was lied to at the time by her so many times. I still cannot forget the moment I walked into my room and saw her with him. All this time, spent with her, was nothing, she used me like a tool to get to someone else. Wasted my time, my life, my energy, such the cold-hearted b*tch. My friend who she had cheated on me with, I forgave him, since he was truly lied to by her. She dropped out of school since everyone shunned her for messing up my conscious then. I felt suicidal, had started cutting myself, with cuts all over my arms and legs. For a year, I had restrained myself from committing suicide. I Felt like a used tool, a pawn in someone's mind game. I felt horrible, ashamed that I would let myself be taken for granted like that. Shattered dreams can hurt a person's soul. It hurt mine with deep gashes.

What a random bombshell and ugh I hate having to act like someone Im not and take god damn criticism from everyone so what I dont wanna be adoctor or lawyer I d suck at those things
doesnt mean you have to rub everything in my face
I m not perfect but I try my best , can I get a break?
or maybe just a hug ?am I that scary?do I look like some freak? or a monster?and OMG someone had the nerve of telling go back to your own country and he wasnt even from ireland himself let alone speak irish Gah
Right I wouldnt mind being electrocute a couple of times just to maybe wake up from this sudden brief nightmare I am currently experiencing
also was thinking of taking a break from Gaia for a while but I guess I ll stick around

They never accepted me its not because of that its because Im not a pure blood I have dark hair, Im physically just to different to fit in the picture perfect world and it annoys me at times because I end up getting stuck in a place where I dont seem to belong and people treat me as If I have no emotion or feeling

You are an amazing person, and you don't deserve what crap they keep telling to you. You get to pick what YOU want to do, and so long as it makes you happy, that's is all that is supposed to matter. <3

I want to say who care what the hell people think about you, but sometimes, that's just not possible. D:
As for the "Go back to your own country" thing, I've never met someone who has said that to my face..yet. But it really annoys me when other people say that to others. It just boils my blood. People flaunt all the time that they're part this and that and this and this and this. etc >> I just want to yell something unflattering and very much not lady-like *innocent whisle*
