Marc_Spector that's not bad. and it's easy to maintain and clean...so that shouldn't be to hard to install Actually going to pay to have it installed. The dishwasher is going to require some rerouting of the plumbing, so I'm focusing on that.

@ jaeger: becareful with the rerouting. do it wrong and you can get some major sewer kickback whenever you use it.
