Xavior Hellzwing Hey, I have a couple questions out of curiosity.
What do you guys do usually for pokemon that evolve by trading? Do you just grab a friend to help out?
And what about pokemon that need a hold item to evolve? There's generally only one of those items per game, but what if you want to evolve a second one? Is it just 'too bad, so sad' and 'tough luck'?
theres ALWAYS a way to get another one =3
ussually wild pokemon have a 10% chance of holdinging one, like magnamites have a 10% chance of having a metal coat, magmars and eletabuzz have a chance to be holding their evolve item.
a lot of the items can be bought at the pokeathalon dome for points.
as for trading, either ask a friend to trade, or go to the GTS, and put it up there, ask for something ridiculous/impossible so no one takes it before you can take it out yourself, and apparently it will evolve when you take it back.

Or just ask someone as myself who have a bunch of all the items. In which I would trade over with a weak Pokemon and you keep the Item

Oh wow, I'm glad I asked. I should have guessed that wild pokemon hold more of those useful items. I know about a few, like magnemite, actually, but I didn't know about the rest.
And using the GTS sounds incredibly easy. Awesome.

the best pokes to know theif are the ones that have the abiliy that tells you what the enemy is holding,
like bannette or stantler
also, they cannot be holding an item, as using theif make steh item your hold item, if your already holding soemthing, you wont get anything.

then you only have to use thief when they have the item, rathert han constantly trying to steal items they don't have xd

I could never decide on what Unown letter to use. Impossible!
But hey! I got six out of six pokemon now with the correct natures, and egg moves. Then it'll just be EV training with pokerus and my poor-man's macho brace.
Eventually I'll work on IVs. But for now, I have my Christmas shopping to do before it gets too late. Talk to you all later!
