Bye Sammy! Here's a semi-Star-Trek-ish question for the rest o' ya:
What makes Vulcan and Romulan blood green? (I don't have an official answer, but I can make a pretty good guess)

Trinity_Eclipse Well that's just sexist, now isn't it. Yup. I won't argue with that xD. And Thard my guess is because it's science-fiction. Blood isn;t allowed to be red in stuff like that, other than the humans.

C'mon, you don't even have any kind of scientific guess? What makes human blood red? And Klingon blood, and any number of other ST species that I can't recall bleeding at the moment?

I dunno, I'm not a scientist D: I assume it's due to some mineral in the blood stream. Or it's kryptonite and they were specially bred to kill superman.

Hemoglobin. In humans (and presumably the other red-blooded species), it's an iron-based compound. My guess is that it's copper-based in green-blooded aliens.
And if Romulans and Vulcans were meant to kill Superman, then are Klingons supposed to make him lose control? (Red Kryptonite)

I'm really not into that kinda stuff xD. Anyway I'm out for the night guys. If I'm not back tomorrow then fair well for awhile.
