April came down stars with her hair dry and new clothes. June was following behind her.

Selina pauses resting a wooden spoon ion her chin as she thinks "I'm not sure, most bonfires get a little.. flamboyant, but it is the celebrating of spring, throwing off winters shackles and being loose and enjoying life.. Probably that time when Tempe and I split a single Pom with that troll.. what was his name? anyway, woke up later to find we'd also jumped a broom together. spent half a year married to him with Tempe as co-spouse. wasn't half bad really."

She walked up to John and gave him a huge hug for no reason.
June wondered around the kitchen, inching closer and closer to Matt as to not make it obvious

((i just realised this...but mari if you said that John was moved to a different room...he wouldnt know where it is..and i know for a fact he wasnt shown where!))John kept his head down but he moved to where his chin rested on the table and he was able to watch everything going on then looked at April and gave a small smile and returned the hug

Kia laughed "Could have been worse, I went to a bonfire, got wasted and ended up Married to that fool Tristan. or what about Lillith? she fell in love with that Deer pooka, chased him through the forests for nearly a year before his wife showed up and told her that while she didn't mind sharing him on bonfire nights, she had no intention of taking a co-spouse. Bonfires are better when you just share some seeds and don't look for meanings in the pairing."

June kinda stiffened when she said that. she looked over to Matt.... of course not.... he wouldnt do that.
She got a little closer so that now she was standing right by him.
