Lol, yeah, I think having an uchiha would be annoying. Everyone jealous of you, everyone cautious of you, and then the kills would be really annoying. Lol, of course I say that after having just made a new Kakuzu, so I'll be dealing with the kills too.

Well, here's how I see it. Their eye is very powerful; but it can also be thwarfted if the opponent only uses bloodline techs.
I dunno; copying jutsu would be useful; but only to a certain point. You really need to get the eye's advanced stages for it to be useful; and to do that you need to kill your best friend xD

Yuan vs Dragon Rulings
I have seen some bad mistakes in both of your RPing.
Yuan: You need to describe more. Please make note of the techniques and the summons, this makes it easier on everyone. Combustion would indeed seriously harm you or your summon. Kikuta Gaze doesn't see 'through' Genjutsu, but it does allow you to see in genjutsu's that would normally cut out off vision. If you felt the spartan's fingers against your back during the Sword of Wind jutsu, then you would have been dead...sinces its an invisible sword that is as close to unblockable as any Taijutsu/Ninjutsu skill.
Dragon: Your power over Combustion is too low to create implosions. Also, your armor can not pool Chakra out of the air. And Yuan is right, chakra is created in the body and as such it is unlike any other form of energy in the fact that it only leaves the body in a jutsu.
Outcome: You both lose in my book. I have seen some rule bending from Dragon and some powerplay from Yuan. Give up the fight and go your own ways.

And no; I'm just saying I didn't touch your back, you couldn't have felt me. That and he was misguided about some of the unwritten rules of the guild, which any mod could have educated him on. But yeah. I second Ryu's ruling.
