Naaaami T^T! Happy belated birthday sweetie...we had to turn off our internet for most the day yesterday so Pete and I didn't get to say this yesterday ;_; *Hugs tight*

Happy early b-day Jude.
Now Jen's going to take the time to rant. Don't feel obligated to read. Also my apologies for any typos I may have. ^^;
LONG VERSION of how Jen's been:
I wanted to stop online long enough to let everyone know that I'm still alive. It's been a long, rough week though. Last Tuesday at 9:30 I woke up in pain. Called Hubby home from work and we ended up taking me in to the ER. Upon arrival the man in charge of admitance looked at my prego belly and told me I had to head up to Labor & Delivery. I insisted that I was not in labor... having had two children I was sure I could tell the difference. However I was in no state to argue and they sent me up to the women's center.
By the time we had me up to the women's center I could hardly even tell them my name. I was about ready to pass out (presumably from the pain). So they took me back to triage room of Labor and Delivery. Hooked me up to the monitors (to monitor the baby) and took my blood. Not too long after I got there the pain eased up. They blood test didn't show anything, they finished running the IV and sent me home.
Hubby and I stopped at the cafeteria to get me some food. Then took me back to Mom's where we'd left the girls so we didn't have to hauld them to the hospital. Hubby left the girls and I there at Mom's and headed back to work. Not too long after I got there I was nauseaus and in pain again. Called the Women's Center and they had me call the Dr on call. I was told to take some tylenol and go back if I coulnd't sleep that night.
After throwing up everything I had managed to eat Mom ended up taking me back to the hospital while my sister watched the girls. This time they did a urine test and told me I had a UTI. Sent me home with an antibiotic.
At both appointments I had been told to follow up with my Dr Wednesday when my next appointment was scheduled. So we go in for our appointment Wednesday and gave my OB the results of the urine test. She told me that they weren't consist with a UTI and my level of pain (she mentioned having gone natural with my first delivery). Her diagnosis was that I had a Kidney stone. So we went back to Labor & Delivery where were were once again hooked up to the monitors (for the baby) and this time we had an ultrasound done to check on the cyst we'd been keeping an eye on during my pregnancy and see if there was anything visible in the kidneys. The ultrasound having turned up nothing at the advice of my OB we got a CT scan. This showed neither a kidney stone nor a cyst either. My OB thought that it was sill a stone that didn't show up on the scan and I was sent home with a bowl and a strainer... redface Along with pain and nausea meds.
The next day I'm still in a great deal of pain and unable to care for my girls so I had a couple of neighbors in and out helping me with the girls. One of which said that she'd had 7 kidney stones and my behavior was inconsistant with her recollection of her stones along with the experiences of others she had talked to with stones. Being after hours I ended up calling my uncle (a dr-not an OB) and ran my symptoms past him. He was also of the opinion that it was likely not a kidney stone. Anything causing that much pain would have shown up on a CT scan, my pain was in my abdomen, not my back, and got worse when moving. His advice, my condition was still undignosed and to head back to the hospital.
We went back again Thursday night. Back to triage, back on the monitors... Nothing. So the nurse asked if we wanted to go to the ER. We informed her that had been our first destination on Tuesday and I was not allowed down there. She told us that once we had been cleared by Labor and Delivery we could be seen in the ER. Down we go. The only other possibility the ER doctor could offer was a possible clot. Ultrasound on the leg revealed no clot. But the ultrasound tech was sweet enough to check my abdomen again seeing as how that's where the pain was. And a cyst was found. They kept me overnight and the next day the cyts was drained with a needle guided by ultrasound. They took 50cc of fluid.
That brought some relief at the time of the procedure. After eating lunch there in the hospital I was sent home again. Still on pain and nausea meds. Saturday pretty much all I did was sleep. The on call dr (different from the one who'd been on call Tuesay) was sweet enough to call and check on me both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday still in pain and still taking the pain meds every 4 hours he asked that I get in to get checked out Sunday or make an office visit on Monday. Seeing as how Hubby was still my transportation and we'd already messed up his work schedule we opted to go in agian that night. More monitors, blood and urine tests... everything was okay so we got to go home and follow up with my OB on Wednesday at my scheduled appointment.
I'm still sore, but Since Tuesday I've been able to be off the meds.
SHORT VERSION:
Too many hospital visits, and had 50ccs of fluid drained from a cyst.
