So we were supposed to get lots of snow today, up to 6" in the valleys... In Saratoga, we got just a dusting of baby snow. Down in Provo, there's less than an inch, and the flakes are too small to think that they can really do anything. crying I wanna make a snow penguin!!

Snow Prinny would be EPIC!! Hopefully the stuff that sticks tonight isn't so nasty. The snow on Saturday was disgusting. None of it really stuck, but what actually made it to the ground left nasty splats of dirt on my car. My Red car was almost sandy brown.

So, we've finally got a couple inches of the powder here at the house and today, of all days, is my National Certification Examination of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and I've got at least an hour drive to get to the testing center in Draper... gonk
Why? WHY?!?

We actually had it snow all day yesterday (and well into the night), problem is that it didn't stick. I swear I think this state is picky about its snowfall. It'll put some here, and some there, but whoa! Not there! *gasp* It didn't even get up to a centimeter's worth of it - but in all honesty I'm glad because I really dislike snow. Living in it for fifteen years makes it really depressing when I start to see it again. confused

Thats why my parents hate it.
We normally don't get snow here, so for someone who rarely gets to see it, its a treat.

i love the snow... of course i love the cold too. i also love the silence of a snowy day... mmmm. all you can hear is your own breathing and the crunching of snow under your feet as you walk through it. then the sudden hair raising scream from behind you and the cold harsh impact of a soft ball sized snowball slamming into the back of your head at 40 mph. then you wake up later and your face is numb....
