It would have appeared that she had appeared in the hallway from nowhere, but in truth she'd just been running too fast for mortal eyes to see. Breathing in the apartments, she took in the odour of tainted, human, lycanthropes and vampires alike. "Yumm," she said sarcastically to no one in particular. Walking slowly down the hallways, she stopped in front of an apartment with no one in it, and no one else's s**t in it either. "Lucky me," Using an excruciatinly long fingernail, she picked the lock open and stepped into her new domicile.
After making another trip to Haven and back, unnoticed by the night, she concluded that her place was the freakiest damn thing she'd ever come across. Slipping into the bathroom she showered quickly under icy water. Wrapped in a towel stloen from Haven, she open her coffin(again, vampire sarcasm and a freaky apartment), she fell in and allowed herself to sleep soundly for the first time in weeks.

Inside an apartment, illegally impregnated hours before, lie Felicia and a veluptuous woman named Georgina. Felicia, spent, is sitting up in a tussle of bedsheets drinking vodka she'd been given earlier that evening. Georgina is gazing at her longingly, and without touching her, begins to speak. "I thought you said you had your own place." Felicia smirked. "Did I?" "Yes. That was part of your pickup, remember?" "Well understand, I'm new in town. And I wanted in your pants." "You're crafty," admitted the broad. "I hope you admire me for more than getting you closer to God." She threw back another shot and clenched her sharpening teeth. "I meant breaking into this place!" Georgina laughed, kissing Felicia's neck. "Of course you did," she turned to kiss the beauty next to her, catching her after-sex scent and exciting. "Well, I really should be going.. Who knows what I'm missing just laying here." Georgina began to stand. Felicia's eyes flickered unhappily. "Aw, but you just got here." She grabbed her playmate and victim firmly by the wrist. "Stay a little longer. There's more fun to be had." Georgina winced, "You're hurting me, Felicia.. Let go, please." "Sugar, you came to me willingly, remember?" She clutched harder and flung the girl onto the matress like a decorative pillow. "And to be fair, I'm not through with you yet." The bartender's eyes grew considerably as the vampire exposed her sizeable fangs. Though she struggled, Felicia had no trouble pinning her. "Shh, shh. Why do you fight this? You loved me so much more earlier." A scream grew on Georgina's lips, and Felicia covered her mouth. Georgina hit her with a free hand, jarring the open bottle of alcohol. "Dear, don't spill my vodka. You'll upset me." She held her harder and sat on her waist, leaning forward. "I promise, this won't hurt long." Though tears were shed and muffled whines were expelled, the woman's neck gave into Felicia's needle-like teeth, and blood spilled freely. As soon as it began, it was over. Georgina was no more. Felicia stood, finished her chaser, and got dressed. "Thanks for the fun, toots." She covered the corpse with a sheet and left her for someone else to handle.((exit to Las Noches))

Her apartment building was decorated in a rather classical fashion. The walls were a solid white, probably an eggshell white. But, many of the more intricate details were shrouded in darkness. His vampiric eyes could see just as easily as if every light in the room was turned on. But, their surroundings didn't matter at this point. Rather, the prize which stood before him was all that mattered.
"Why don't we lay down upon your bed, my dear?" Elyan seemingly asked. The girl complied without as much as a single complaint. His mind-control still affected her every thought, her every movement. But, some of her actions were still of her choosing. She had removed some of her clothing for whatever reason. All she remained dressed in where her undergarments, a bra and panties. Regardless, sex wasn't his desire, anyway.
She crawled onto her bed, with Elyan following right behind her, removing his jacket and blood-stained shirt. That left his pale body in nothing but his jeans. But, his body seemed as if it was sculpted out of solid marble. He was toned, but not ripped. His silk-like hair dangled from his head, covering his face as he moved ever-so closely to the girl's soft, clean neck. Though the vampire's eyes, her jugular was as bright and wonderful looking as he had imagined it. His tongue caressed the pulse-point, feeling the warmth beneath her lightly-colored skin.
His own body tensed as he moved further in, his mouth slowly beginning to reveal his unnatural teeth. At first, he struggled, almost as if part of him was still resisting what he was about to do.
'You promised. I kept my part of the bargain and now you must keep yours.' It was easy to recognize the child-like voice of his inner half, pushing forward an act his other half had agreed to go through with. Neither were in full control by this point. Instead, it was a mixture of the two vastly different personalities. But, blood lust brought them together as it had many times before.
With a deep bite, blood gushed into Elyan's mouth like a geyser. Some of the blood managed to splatter against the nearby wall, possibly due to the angle and pressure of the bite. The warm, red substance coated his tongue and mouth like a refreshing afternoon shower. The inferno found within his throat was quickly drenched as the blood came rushing through his body. Amber, the woman unfortunate enough to have crossed paths with such a vile being, began to grow cold and weak as her life was drained from her. Yet, she died with a smile upon her face. For whatever reason, Elyan didn't know.
With the last of his many gulps of her blood, he extracted his fangs from her pale and bloody neck. He gazed into her lifeless eyes with his own vicious ones, licking at the blood which had managed to escape his mouth as he became blooddrunk.
'Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful...' A clapping was heard from behind Elyan, with the sound of a rocking chair moving back and forth.

There was a minute of complete silence after the voice of the child-like Elyan spoke. Even New York, a city which follows only the rules set forth by its own accord, seemed silent.
"Wonderful, huh? What, if anything, makes this moment wonderful?" Elyan's body was still positioned over Amber's lifeless body. His face hovered over hers, supporting his weight with his arms as his waist hovered ever-so slightly over hers. Her hollow eyes staring into nothingness, like a child daydreaming. Her lips were blue, her skin pure-white. Blood began to seep from Elyan's eyes like tears, gliding gently down his emotionless face before finally dripping onto the girl's cheeks.
The rocking chair continued to creak and crack as it rocked back and fourth. The young child's face gleamed with amusement as he held tightly to his stuffed rabbit. Given different circumstances, this would be one of those moments to run and fetch a camera before the child decided he wanted to play. Yet, the child remained ever-so quiet, even after Elyan asked his question.
But, Elyan was growing rather impatient. His eyes stung and his chest felt tight, he was sick of the whole thing.
"I asked you a question..." Elyan was now resting upon his legs which still placed him on top of the girl's waist. There to the left of the bed was a small window, a luxury for apartments such as this. A slight crackling noise could be heard coming from the window's direction, followed closely by small breaks in the normally rigid glass. One of the child's eyebrows rose in curiosity, before his attention was redirected towards Elyan.
Elyan had turned his head sharply in the child's direction, a clear sign of anger and hatred upon his blood-stained face.
"What's so damn wonderful about any of this!" he screamed. The child's eyes widened as, before his very eyes, the rocking chair which he sat in had become engulfed in flames. What happened after that fell into quick succession.
"Wasn't that a pleasant surprise?" the child asked, mockingly. Within a matter of seconds, the child had managed to move from where a rocking chair once remained to the foot of the bed which Elyan and the girl's corpse sat. Elyan's eyes stared in awe. What had happened? Where did fire come from? So many thoughts ran though is mind at once.
"Don't you get it?" The young boy's eyes stared into Elyan's, like looking a serpent in the eyes. "This is all who you really are. Your power is what incinerated the chair and also gives me my physical form." Elyan's face went from shock to a more reserved look, actually giving his attention to this being which resembled himself.
The next thing Elyan did was step outside of the apartment's main doors. He carried a look of confusion upon his face. Could he really believe what he was told or was it just a trick to manipulate him? He didn't know anymore. He didn't know if he could even trust himself after what he had allowed to happen. With that, he made his way back to the streets of New York. Probably off to find a place to stare off into the newly turned night sky.
[[P.S. I did my own little character time-skip. Now, it'd be essentially a new night, since time does fly I suppose. But, lots of things had happened in just ONE night and it wouldn't seem right to just continue to that same night. Anyone following me on this one?
And, him leaving is as soon as the sun had set. You'll hear more of the events which took place in re-tellings and of Elyan thinking back.

Being phased by Jewel was like ceasing to exist. He insisted the exact science of it was difficult, if not impossible for humans at this point in evaluation to understand. The atoms had to be spit, arranged and refragmented enough to sour through space faster than the speed of light. For about the first hundred times, Sybil was physically ill once she was back on land and in one solid piece. Now, it was a breeze. Sure, She might be a little light-headed, but it was nothing compared to throwing up all over Jewel's feet perfect feet. Meredith was real lucky she was already knocked out and with hope, the women wouldn't even remember the little trip through time and space. The apartment they had materialized in was small and quaint. The paint job was beige and boring and the carpeted flooring wasn't much better. It was nearly bare, meaning that Sybil either didn't care for clutter or she wasn't really planning on sticking around in New York for long. Already, the place reeked of cigarettes and no matter how many candles she'd burned, She just couldn't manage to mask the reek. Jewel had so eloquently disposed of the wolf upon the couch that performed as the centerpiece to the living room the three now stood in. Planted before the couch was a battered coffee table and a TV so old that Sybil wasn't even sure it worked anymore. To the left of the room was a hallway and just beyond the couch to the right was the a kitchen that looked just as drab as everything else.
Sybil tossed off her cropped leather jacket and made a beeline for the kitchen. Wounds were supposed to be scrubbed clean, right? She snatched a few towels, wet them and returned. Jewel was standing to the side, keeping a watchful eye on the women, fully expecting such an unpredictable creature might suddenly wake up and burst some fur. For all his genius, It was pretty obvious the wolf was totally out of it. That's what happens when you stick silver in one of them. Just like that, bam! Unconscious puppies. Sybil leaned over and dabbed carefully at the wound, grimacing the entire time. She might have grown up seeing all sorts of gruesome ways people might be mortally wounded when their ghosts passed through, but this was different. Up close and personal, blood was just gross. It was dripping and getting all over her couch and just ugh, She was done. She was so not a doctor. Sybil shifted her odd two-toned eyes to Jewel, the question already spilling from her lips. Of course, Jewel complained. “It's not practical. You are asking me to waste my energy to heal a Lycan.” Jewel augured, spitting out the last word with a hit of disgust. Arrogant boy, thinking he was the best damn creature to roam the earth. He claimed his race was here first, but from what Sybil's learned recently, Fae weren't the first to have claimed such a feat. “What purpose would this solve? You are placing yourself at risk, I do not feel I should allow such.”
“For all the scientific logic you keep crammin' down my throat, You seriously lack common sense. Fix her and we'll get a 1up. Weren't you listening when everyone was spazzing out and shooting everything? This chick is the leader. I'll be like her new BFF for saving her life. Now, Don't you think that might help us out a bit? When we get on the inside where all the juicy info is, you're going to be real grateful.” Sybil mused, so smug and confident her plan would work. Why wouldn't it? The wolf was going to be in dept to her. “So, fix her now. Please.” She added swiftly, gesturing in Meredith's direction before tossing the towels in the corner. She planted her rear down on the coffee table, and geared up to watch the show. Healing the body was much the same as Jewel's phasing, expect he was forced to create new atoms to fill in missing ones. He'd began the procedure with removing the bullet in one snappy fast movement of his long fingers. Sybil never even saw him extract it, but next thing she knew, his hands were hovering over the womens body and emitting a pretty iridescent glow. Right before her eyes, the torn flesh was weaving together all good as new. It just a matter of time before the wolf was done snoozing now that she was all fixed up.

Not surprisingly, the first word to escape from their prison within the woman's voicebox sealed in by the woman's lips was, "Ugh ..." Her eye lids then proceeded to flutter a few times before her hazel eyes were fully opened and visble to all. At first she just stared at the ceiling but when she didn't recognize the scent of the place she abruptly sat up to see some gorgeous hot guy's hand hovering over her shoulder and she absolutely flipped. Flipped in the literal sense where she practically dove off the couch and comepletely hit her head on the side of the coffee table and groaned from the anguish it brought to her. "Who the hell ..." she complained as she held the side of her head, still somewhat drowsy from how slow she spoke and reacted to things, "put that friggin' table there ..."
She closed her eyes as she shook the dizziness and drowsiness from her head and then chanced a glance over toward the hot dude that'd almost been touching her shoulder. However, the thought occurred to her that touching someone's shoulder was rather odd until she remembered that she'd been pegged right in the shoulder by that crazy drunk guy that'd actually been on her side. The huntress' gaze then turned to her shoulder and when there was no bullet wound or wound at all there she became rather confused for a moment and turned to the fairy boy for explanation. Her head was cocked the way a typical canine would bob its head if it was scared or didn't understand something minus the fur for her, of course. She then looked back to her shoulder and decided to tap it to make sure she wasn't dreaming or something, her expression becoming suspicious as she did so.
Finally the drowsy huntress managed to put two and two together and realized why the hot guy's hand had been hovering near her shoulder and her pupils dilated slightly to a normal size as opposed to a sleep-ridden size. "Whoa. Am I like dead or something? Why else is there an extremely hot guy that's healing my wounds? Is this supposed to be purgatory or something and you're fixing up the damage that's bee-" Meredith spotted the girl and then she realized that this place definitely wasn't what she'd originally assumed it was. Her eyes narrowed for a moment though it was only because she was squinting to assure that she was seeing everything clearly and then her hand shot up, her index finger pointed at Sybil. "You. You were there. You can tell me why the hell I'm here, can't you? Why is your boyfriend healing me and why did you guys abduct me? I hope you're friendly and not just healing me so you can imprison me or do horrible, horrible things to me." It was clear she was kind of out of it despite being healed.

Jewel offered no explanation. His job was done. He'd simply stepped away into a corner of the room, placing a distance between himself and the Wolf. The fae's appearance overwhelmed the room, casting shimmers of light in all directions like a walking disco ball. He could manage to make even the dullest of rooms a wonderful sight. He wore an empty expression, giving away no knowledge of what might be streaming through that ancient mind of his as those iridescent eyes settled on Sybil. No doubt he was fuming over the wasted energy he had exerted on the other creature. Had Sybil not been nearby, he might have demanded the thank you he rightfully deserved. In fact, he might take it a step further and expected payback. It would not take much to bring the lowly animal to her knees, persuade her to worship him with a simple kiss or a whiff of the lovely exotic scent of him. The Fae had long since been thought of as gods, their royalty forming the myths of greek and egyptian mythology. Once many, hundred years ago, He had gone by the name of Apollo. Merely standing there, His image seemed to flicker. A change in mood perhaps, a distraction as he struggled to hold his atoms in place within the living world.
Sybil was visibility upset. Her arms were crossed over an ample chest and her brows were drawn together in an irritated scow. For the longest time, Sybil delivered the silent treatment and refused to answer the women when she was at long last noticed. This had been her brilliant plan. She'd been the one who was considerate enough to bring the women here, but who had the wolf noticed first? Jewel, of course. Who could miss that tinkerbell? The wolf had even thought he was an angel, come to take her soul to heaven. What was Sybil then, invisible? Geez, She was going to get no respect in this community if Jewel didn't take better care to conceal himself. This was her world, not his. Finally after a bit more fuming, Sybil heaved an angry sigh.
'No, Why would I abduct you? We are on the same side. Just thought I would be nice and help you out. But you know, Whatever. If you can't be grateful for me saving your life, Then you can just get out.” Sybil muttered, speaking much too fast. She pointed to the door, as if the clumsy air-headed women might not be able to figure that out for herself. “Geez. I saved your life. Next time I'll just leave you there to bleed to death.” Sybil wasn't normally so abrupt and rude, But damn. This had been her idea. What was with Jewel stealing all her fame and cigarettes lately.

Meredith was starting to get pissed off when no one immediately came forward to offer her an explanation and when the girl finally did she was completely indignant about it and extremely rude as well. Eden didn't expect to be treated like she was the queen of the world or anything but she certainly expected others to go by the friggin' Golden Rule that was taught to every kid in kindergarten. Apparently this girl maybe didn't attend it or something because she sure as hell had an attitude, perhaps she was just on her rag but Jesus was she unpleasant. By now Meredith didn't even have the time of day to pay attention to the flickering guy in the corner, as far as she was concerned, he was probably an a** hole as well. "I don't know! Why do serial killers decide to rape and murder women, men, eldery, children, teenagers systematically? Sorry if it's kind of weird as hell to wake up in a place you've never been in before with people you've never seen before except for briefly before you passed out!"
After she uttered her defence she decided that this girl had saved her life and that she could at the very least say thanks, as much as she wasn't inclined to now because of her rudeness. "And for the record, I'm not ungrateful for being saved, I just had and still don't have any idea who the hell you are. But sure, thanks for saving me then getting mad at me for being a little confused about the whole situation. I mean, golly! Some girl that walked up to an old man asking for smokes that I barely remember is the one to save me! Don't you think that'd seem the slightest bit sketchy to you? I mean, come on, give me a break here I was just knocked out for God's sake! Throw me a frikkin' bone here! Pun not intended seeing as I'm kind of a lycan and all that."

Okay, so maybe Sybil had overreacted just a bit. She just wasn't really accustomed and well grounded in social skills when she found herself talking to something that was actually living. Ghosts just complained a lot and the loads like Jewel normally had their noises stuck too high up in the air to noticed a petty little human girl. Out of nervous habit, Sybil nibbled at her lip. Man, what a bang up job she'd done with her first impression. It wouldn't suit her plan very well to go and get the Leader all huffy and angry at her. She' probably ruined any chance at earning any extra hunter props. Shed really just have to suck up her pride and apologize.
“I'm sorry.” She paused, holding out her freckled hand. “I'm Sybil Spencer. I'm not a psycho and I'm on the same side as you. Hope we can make truce.” She didn't introduce Jewel. Why pull more of Meredith's attention towards him than deserved. The conniving boy was probably too busy formulating all sorts of twisted ways to get ride of the women as soon as possible so they could get back to work on their oh-so boring task. Heaven forbid Sybil have any fun in life or make friends. Speaking of Jewel, Why was he still even visible to the women? “I''m new to the city. I heard there was a bit of activity, so I thought I might check it out. And what do you know, Vamps and wolves all blowing their caps and go psycho in the middle of the city.” Clearly, Sybil was referring to the earlier events. She might have been just a little prejudice, considering most of the riot had started because one very drunk Hunter but who could blame her. She was just a measly human whose only defense was slipping behind into the in-between and hiding like some little coward. It was absolutely degrading considering the creatures she'd surrounded herself with.

Meredith managed to clam herself down once she realized that this girl was becoming nervous due to her yelling and losing her head a little. Seriously, though, Meredith had just wanted a break and was trying to figure out what the hell was going on and why she was in a strange place she'd never seen before and such. She'd been out of it for who knew how long and to wake up to complete and total strangers doing God knew what to her, of course she'd have a reason to be flustered and wonder what the hell they were doing to her. Most people didn't take to being kidnapped well and even if they hadn't kidnapped her they must've just picked her up off the street or something so of course she was going to be suspicious.
Meredith extended her gloved hand although the gloves were ripped and people could easily see her fingers through them. Her nails were purple, they matched the streaks in her hair. "I'm sorry for kind of losing it too, I didn't mean to scare you or anything but you seriously did scare the s**t out of me. I mean, it's not every day I wake up in a completely different house and wonder if I've been abducted by aliens or something. Anyhow ... I'm Meredith Jackson, hunter leader and yeah, no hard feelings. You did take care of me after all and didn't kill me or anything so I owe you that much. Sorry for blowing my cap I'm just kind of out of it at the moment if you know what I mean, my head kind of feels fuzzy and stuff like that."
"If by activity you mean cops going crazy and shooting anyone they think might possibly be a vampire out to get them, then yes there is plenty of activity. There's lots of murders and whatnot too, I was actually called to a scene however long ago I've been out plus about an hour or so but yeah. Plenty to do in New York and plenty to be afraid of, that's for sure. And yeah, I tend to not have open confrontations in the middle of the street but that stupid drunk guy didn't really give us much of a choice ... Oh jeez, do you know how Julian is? I have no ******** clue where I am or what happened to me." Judging from Meredith's toned appearance and her weaponry, it wasn't really all that hard to tell that she was a hunter. Of course, he weapons were now stowed away safely but the point remained that Sybil, more likely than not, knew what Meredith was.
