We are getting allies from Luthor's Dimension. From what I've seen in that battle armor he could easily give Thor a run for his money. We need more guns, so far Ms Marvel, Thor and I are the only Heavy Hitters of us Thor will last longer in a fight with him than Carol and I.
We are going to have to beat him tactically if we are going to win this.
I'm waiting to hear from Carol she went to the Bistro to see if she could find help.

So what's the next step ?. Have his heart and lungs being normalized at least ?. We have Tony's DNA we can clone his vital organs for transplant, or I can build artificial heart and lungs for him. We need to make sure his spine is good enough shape as well.

Ideally we don't want to fight Luthor. So what about Matt? I think we're going to need a lawyer soon.

We wait? Keep Tony stabilized and leave Luthor alone for now. He probably thinks we're preparing to attack him - but that's not something we want to do. He is, evidently, much stronger then we thought. He's fought Superman for all these years after all... I honestly think his weak spot is the courts right now.
