I have Xenogears. I just need to buy a new PS2 to continue. I swear, I thought Metal Gear Solid 4 had long cutscenes. The game is easy for me to get into because I enjoyed Star Ocean 3, which a lot of people don't like.
@Moonblade: I'm going to try Heroes of Mana soon since I heard it's a new game. See if it lives up to what I liked about the series. What I enjoyed about LoM was that it had great art, a good battle system, and it was fun being able to build your own land and how you progressed through the plot arcs.

C. Fox I remember playing a Xenogears demo on PSX. I was ******** hooked. I already knew that I disliked RPGs, but s**t was awesome. Yeah, it came with FF8 on that second disc. ...along with a couple other videos. I wanna say Parasite Eve was on there too, but maybe I'm just thinking of that because it came with a demo disc too. But yeah, the Xenogears demo was 'roughly' the opening segment of the game before it sends you on any world-map wandering. It just keeps getting better from there. RIDICULOUSLY complex storyline, and it's just... ********... glorious the whole way through. Also, most badass moments of any game.

Try the intro to Shining Force.
I got tired/rid of the game without even -actually- playing or starting it.

I should look for Chrono Trigger some time. More likely for the computer than PSX, but hey, if I can play it on console that's fine too.
I had an emulator for Xenogears but I had to do a lot of fixing things up on my computer and it went. This had a lot to do with me just not having time for it and having trouble getting used to playing it on the keyboard.

Heroes was enjoyable. It wasn't as deep as most RTS games, but I liked it. To be fair, I still had fun the other newer mana games. They just weren't very good.
I don't know. I've always had a soft spot for the mana series, but we all know I grew up as a Square fanboy. =/
I should look into getting Xenogears. I enjoyed Xenosaga, but those two just aren't the same.

Psychofish and having trouble getting used to playing it on the keyboard. Last time I played it was with a USB controller on my desktop. Hence the fraps videos.

Get some Logitech controllers for you PC (or even PS3 games). Seriously, you can get a good one for about $20.
Even their $10 controller is pretty decent. Well, for $10 it is anyways.

Axefurnaces, settled by The Eviscerated chambers. Same party.

This time I'll do that trick with the flaming tower of glasses at my parties.
Only with magma.
