Tao-Benshin Lance Fulgurant Lance Fulgurant Query: If I were to create a Hyoton character and wanted to be a ninjutsu/bukijutsu ninja, would I have to pick Elemental Brandish? And if I can pick Elemental Specialist, do I lose access to Fuuton and Suiton Jutsu?
You could choose either Elemental Dualwielder, or Elemental Brandish. Since it's a bloodline element, you don't need Elemental Brandish for the Ice element, but you must have access to two elements, Suiton and Fuuton, which makes Elemental Specialist impossible.
Basically,
Elemental Specialist: Can use only one of the five main elements (Fuuton, Raiton, Suiton, Doton, and Katon)
Elemental Dualwielder: Can use two of the five main elements to their full extent (my favorite because you get double the ninjutsu)
Elemental Brandish: Can use three of the five main elements, but at a reduced level because you're spreading yourself thin over three elements.
Hyouton does not count in any of these, as a bloodline element. It's completely separate and has no requirements other than having Suiton and Fuuton, as well as applying for the bloodline.
