When he heard a familiar voice say his name, Kayden opened his arms automatically. A moment later a small figure jumped into them, "Hello, aileana. It has been a while," he smiled at Maya. "You haven't changed at all have you?"
He glanced over at the woman who greeted him, "Good day, fair lady. I'm sorry, but I did not catch your name."

Maya grinned up at Kayden - cranning her neck to actually see his face, "Nope. I'm still me."
She pouted, "And I'm still below you're torso! That's not fair! I want to be taller. Why am I the shortest in the family? Zeke is taller than me and he's my younger brother!"
