Jaeger_Ayers Koriand'r It's good to seperate the smaller ones from the larger kids. I applaud you. The guy in our town has a rented building, and because we're a small town, the people who own the property in 'downtown' think it's okay to charge half your soul for the buildings. It's good you found a place to hold the classes and dodge the operation of your own place. Well, it has it's own headaches. I lot of people thing I'm making a lot more money than I actually am. rolleyes God no! It's a very....unyielding industry. People tend to think when you have your own business (like a clinic, class, etc) you're rolling in dough. That's not always the case. Good luck to you - hopefully it will pay off someday.
