YESH THEY ARE..But I don't have my Note Book with me right now its at home! BUT I can tell you what most of the items do...
Famine- Causes Famine. Able to cause a drain onto people at amazing rank. The user also gets a personal summon called Drain. Which is a horse that can cause asborbtion of anything for 10 feet. It does something else but these are just the summaries of what I can remember. Item Alignment: Chaotic Evil
War- War has a large staff that fires off concentrated chakra blast. Also the madder war gets the stronger he gets to a point. The last thing war gets, as he kills people he gains some of their strengths. That will be up to me to decide what they get from that person they killed. Automatic Item Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Death- Gets a set of Adamantium wings. Which allows them to fly at a sonic level. The wings can provide defense and shoot out razor tip wings that have a poison on them to make a regular person dizzy and feel sick . The wings can also be used on the offense. However once the person takes this they will always be Death. The user will also get a blueish skin tone. Item Alignment Chaotic Evil
Disease- the Disease person can create their own strands of diseases. They also get there own personal summons known as the crows. The crows can be used for recon telling the horsemen everything that they see. They can also be used to bite a person and give them bird flu or even explode into a large cloud of influenza.
But the one I have written at home is much more prettier but that is just the gist of it.
