I was at a party with my friend, Dragonbreeder, and he took me and 3 others to go tubing with a jet ski. I said that I would spot the two tubing and sat back-to-back with him driving. As soon as we got out, he sped up, leaving me to hang on for dear life. I almost went sideways when he turned sharply...that and it was rough out on the river.

I'm stuck on a quest in a squaresoft video game and it's annoying. I have to find a monster throughout one of the squaresoft worlds who is described as being really smart and wants to manipulate magic power. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to who this monster might be?
Requirements for answers: Monster must be from a squaresoft, or squarenix game. Can not be a person.
Most likely games include: FF3, FF5, FF7, Chrono Trigger, and Secret of Mana.
Clue: The engineer scratches his head, suddenly reminded of something. "Everyone dabbles with Magitek. The wise, the powerful, the greedy... everyone. Even those who aren't human. Monsters would like to possess the power of Magitek as well... maybe if you were to search for some very intelligent monsters?"

I can't figure out who and I don't want to replay Chrono Trigger again just to figure it out.... ...on a side note monsters wanting magic power I tried finding Ozzie in Chrono Trigger but Unless I'm supposed to beat Ozzie, Flea, and Slash at the same time (when all 3 of barely overpower me as it is solo). Azala is pissing me off I've searched all over for him but can't find anything....
