Nihilistic_Impact Clash, after reading your long post a few pages back I have a quick question. If my character animates a suit of armour to fight would that be consider a full fledge familiar or something like dragging up a golem. Somebody else asked about that, but I suppose it depends on the way you use it. You can use a mobile suit...only if you're riding in it. And as for the armor, I suppose if you worn the suit in and then animated it, I'd allow it. Damn, this place is quiet. God, so close to starting the Barton Branch. Just a few more spots to fill. Looks like I'm gonna have to go on another recruiting mission.

Yeah...
Clash, I have to ask what method you use for randomizing these fights?
It just kind of made me quirk that both my first round fights were against Tacitus. Sure, he's got 5 characters in there, but both fights just makes you second guess yourself. xp
I'm going to laugh if I get stuck against him 3 times in the Barton bracket...

Well I'm just getting the mental picture of plate armour moving on its own without anyone in it but mentally controlled by my character.

I literally write down a number on a little slip of paper that corresponds to each person in the branch and then draw the slips from a hat, while making sure to shake it up each time. =/ Hey, it works. You being paired against Tac for both matches was completely random.
And Nihil, if you wore the plate armor in, then made it do that, that'd be fine.

Okay, that works for me.
In other news, I ******** hate commerce threads and how people ignore things that happen. I'm trying to start a bar room brawl, with the owners permission and them fighting in it as well, and no one has done s**t.

Works on the same 'assign it a number' system, and you can choose the amount of draws and whatnot... basically just have it draw the amount of numbers you give it, and disable double-results, and it will spit out a list of numbers that you can use in exactly the same way as your hat thing. 's what I used the last time I set up brackets. Man, I had something to say, but forgot it. I hope my Barton fights pair a little better. Nothing against Tac, but I was sort of hoping for a couple of fights that were actually fights, rather than just two people trying to figure out how to use their character's abilities to loophole their opponent's abilities. xp
