XD unlikely. Even if you get a ruling it'll get negated, or should I explain in plain terms why it wouldn't catch me? It's actually one of Yuan's annoying tactics. XD

So it goes as thus.
Tsuki raises her arm to block blade.
Blade connects.
Blade is used as a point of pressure,
at the same time Tsuki's hand slides up the blade
By the time Tsuki's hand would get to the wrist Adonis would have already pushed off. He pushed off on her hand when it first hit.
Any attempt after that to grab him with either hand would be ineffective as his form had turned incorporeal, the ghost face mask which he has been wearing the whole time would let him do that at a nominal cost.
Tsuki makes grab with both hands basically.
clawed hand first and dragon hand second.
First hand grab would be unlikely
the second might catch him which is why I said that it seemed as if she had caught his legs, but with no physical form to catch he'd slip right through.
He becomes solid again releasing blades over her as she puzzles out why he slipped through her dragons head.
You'd probably have time to strike back with your other clawed hand, but then I still have another hand to block etc...
oh and the dragon head probably wouldn't even be able to shoot flames since summons aren't really allowed at this point.

There was no note in said post in question of him being incorporeal. Also why aren't there summons allowed?

Well I figured you'd understand that when his legs seemed to slip right through unharmed that you'd get that he'd found some sort of way to get through your dragons teeth. Plus that's part of the mystery your supposed to figure out why you can't hit me. because someone in reina's group cast Prayers useless which disables summons of all sorts.
